Lou was friendly, courteous and meticulous.  He just wouldn't leave until he had it just right.  Not the first  plumber to look at the problem, but the first to get it working the way it was designed.  So long as Lou never retires, these are my go to plumbers and I recommend you to do the same.

I recently had a situation where my basement sink baked up onto the floor. I called Rescue Plumbing and the lady I spoke with was really polite and helpful and she was able to get someone to come out right away. Sam and Rick came to deal with the problem and they were really great! They wore masks, had shoe protectors and were really respectful and careful inside the house makings sure to keep the work area as clean as possible, not dripping any dirty water on the carpets or anywhere else. They told me what needed to be done before starting and they let me know each step of the way what would be happening. They answered all my questions as they came up and they were really personable and easy to talk to. The problem was fixed with recommendations as to what to do going forward. I will definitely be calling Rescue Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future!

Scotty is definitely our new go-to plumber.  He's thorough, careful, knowledgable, and dependable.  He showed up smack on time, knew exactly what he was doing, passed muster with our building engineer, and did fantastic work.  What impressed me even more, though, is how careful he was with the work.  He knew about the unique problems presented by high-rise buildings.  He made sure that the fixtures we were buying were going to be safe to use with our water pressure.  He insisted on seeing the spec sheets and brought with him all the valves, hoses, and supplies that were correctly rated for our building.  In short, he prevented me from making a mess of things.  I can not recommend him too highly.

Rocket plumbing installed my new water supply line into my 3 flat as well as decommissioned gas lines and trimmed out the 3rd floor claw foot tub. The work for the water supply line was arduous and painstaking, but after weeks of coordinating with the City of Chicago, Rocket performed the installation perfectly. Mike in particular was exceptional at managing the work site, completing the work, and making sure everything was clean throughout.

Tom's work on the inside with the gas line and claw foot tub looks exceptional and was very efficient. I absolutely loved working with Rocket and would absolutely use them in the future.

I had water backing up in my basement in Pilsen area and needed help quickly. I put a request on Yelp that sent to 7 different companies and these guys responded under 2 minutes it was crazy fast. David came out the next day and had to trouble shoot a few things because I have an odd setup in my basement. He figured it out fairly quickly after some conversation with his manager and they ended up having to hydrojet my pipes because we use too many flushable wipes. (Ladies and gentlemen learn from us those wipes are NOT flushable. Well they flush they just don't break up as easily as toilet paper) I really appreciated the fact that David took the time to explain that to us. We aren't plumbers and just go about our days. He sees this Sh!+ (pun intended) on a daily basis so to hear what caused the issue has already changed our bad habits. David fixed the issue and even came back the next day with his manager to make sure it was all good for us. I will use Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals again. Hopefully not too soon but will recommend to family and friends.

Another HuGE note here is I have had plumbing issues in the past because I had a bad contractor so had to have things rechecked and redone the right way. In the past I have always felt bamboozled or swindled by having to purchase something more or felt as though the issue was bigger then it really was and therefore cost more money then originally quoted. I can tell you I didn't feel taken advantage of Infact I felt the price was extremely fair here for how quickly they responded and had my issue rectified.

I was waiting for a truly phenomenal experience for my first Yelp review and these guys delivered. We had been without hot water in our kitchen sink since moving into our condo 3 years ago. After a terrible experience with a different plumbing company, I thought we would be forced to wash dishes with cold water for eternity. But thanks to Windy City that is no longer the case. They found the root of the issue and had it fixed within a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. We ended up needing to buy a new faucet and they even came back later in the day to install it. Professional, very nice, and incredibly accommodating!

I had a problem with a connection to my dishwasher. I took photos and was told that my connection was not to code . I needed to correct this. They brought two disposals for me select based on my need. The plumbing needed reconfiguring . It was costly but I had no estimates from other sources so I can not evaluate the costs.
The workmen were neat friendly and did the job. They kept me in the loop.

These guys were awesome! Jesus gave an estimate over the phone (others wanted to charge us $100.00 just for an ballpark estimate). , so we had a general idea of what it would cost.   This time we were having them replace a water heater.   Super careful moving things, truly treated our home like it was their own.  I must have texted Jesus a a dozen questions coz I am anal and he was always responsive.  Excellent job They are my go to plumber!!! Great service nowadays is hard to come by (post COVID) !  So it awesome finding such a great company.  I highly recommend J Sewer and will use them every time for all my plumbing needs!

Although I'm not a customer, I am also not a fan of the greater good who by all means is not a good person. This person lacks happiness and is completely bitter. Yes Suzanne Coleman, I'm talking to you. I wish other businesses could see you coming from a mile away but sadly they can't. Please get a therapist because all this negativity coming from one person is just sad. However, you may give that psychiatrist a one star review as well. Looking at your history, seems like you had a busy week writing bad reviews.

I requested a quote on Yelp to find a plumber for a line backing up with raw sewage into a walkway. Mike and another guy came and rodded out the main line and found a problem with a small sidewalk drain also.  They responded and came within a couple of hours.  Were knowledgable, fixed the problem right away, were very fair and also so pleasant.  Their work was guaranteed. I wont use another plumber after this.

Adam and Brandon did a fantastic job with out kitchen sink line. They hydro jetted it and has the drain back to working.  The customer service team is also very helpful. Overall a great team there looking out for your plumbing needs.

I am in the process of selling my condo and suddenly needed a fast adjustment on my circuit breakers, and Darrell knocked that out real quick and easy for me. And i will say, I shop around on prices being offered and Sims and Sons was clearly a contender in that field! Highly recommended!

I didn't use the service at all, but this company gets 5 stars for me because the owner took the time to try and help me with a small issue, and every other place I messaged wanted to come out and charge a service call before giving me any advice. Thanks again for your help.

We had a water heater shut off in a 15 unit building. Apex made the repair easy. Office staff was great, and our technician Geoff was fantastic. Clear communication, fast work, and even gave follow up consultation on a Saturday evening when questions came up. Excellent service.

It was a Saturday evening when we discovered a waterfall in the basement and we couldn't turn off the water line!  Our regular plumber didn't even respond to our message so we realized we had to find someone who was willing to come out at 10:00 at night so we put out a request on yelp.  Victor responded right away.  To be honest we were waiting for a reply from another 24/7 listed plumber.  In the meantime we described the problem to  Victor, checked his reviews and decided we would take the plunge.  Luckily for us Victor came out with his covid mask on late Saturday night to assess the problem and was willing to come back the next day to execute the job that was needed to stop the leak.  First thing Sunday morning he cut through more of the drywall, found the leak, repaired the pipe and told us what to watch for.  As the other reviewers have said he was professional in his demeanor and appearance (both he and his truck were spotless), knows his way around pipes and patiently answered our many questions.  We would recommend him to others and would definitely use him for all of our plumbing (and sewer) needs in the future.

The pipe under our kitchen sink burst at 5pm on a Sunday night and we were sure it would be impossible to find someone to fix it.  We reached out to a few different places and Drain Works was the friendliest, most responsive, and best price.  They told us they could be there at 7pm and then called 10 minutes before arriving, and arrived right at 7pm.  Erick explained what needed to be done to fix it and gave us a fair price.  Would definitely hire them again.

I had some minor problems with my plumbing and water heater , both times I called , the technician was at my house on time and very professional, he even did some minor maintenance to my water heater free of charge , and he gave me an estimate on replacing the water heater part just in case it kept acting up . I will definitely call them back if I need any other work done.

This company is always the most  reliable, responsive, honest and as straightforward as they come. Walter the owner will always make sure you can get back up and running. He is conscience of working around your business schedule to help you minimize your losses.

He will also give you options. Most plumbers will only give you the most expensive option and nothing else. He knows how to treat his customers well which is why I have used Zuniga plumbing for the past 15 years and he has never let me down. In my book he would get ten stars.

Had an appointment that was supposed to be between 11-1. It was about 1230 so I called to see what time they were going to arrive since I asked to give me a 30 min heads up. Apparently they had me down for 615-815. Since I didn't own the house and took an Uber there Kevin said he'd figure it out and call me back. He called back within 5 min and said he had someone coming immediately. John arrived within 30 min. He was very friendly and informative. He did the job pretty quickly (a camera sewer inspection) I also was able to use the coupon they offer on Yelp. Our quote was underestimated by $100 so the coupon definitely helped. Even though the appointment ran a little late it was immediately resolved. I'd definitely use them again and request John.
