I can't believe I never thought to leave a review before! Southtown Plumbing is the best! If you need a plumber, call them! Work is done quickly and professionally. I've used them, and so has my neighbor. Very trustworthy.

Called on a friend's recommendation at 8 am. He was here by 9:30am. Respectful, honest , and clean work. So grateful! Highly recommend!!!

Joe was an incredible find when we moved into an old house.  He's easy to contact, arrives when scheduled and does outstanding work.  He stepped in at the last minute during a big project when another plumber that the village recommended turned out to be a disaster.

Awesome guy who fixed my plumbing problem in five minutes after another plumber worked on it for three days.  Also he checked a few other issues for free. Reasonable price as week.

Had received a quote from another plumber for my cabin in Three Oaks.  Thought it was somehwat high so decided to get a second quote before proceeding...so glad I did!  Not only was Goodman lower but my experience from initial call to on-site completion was top-notch on all.  Nick (owner) took time to explain the issues and even though they ran into an unexpected on-site issue (I actually had a 120v water heater versus a 220v), he was able to pivot immediately and get a new unit in and install it the very next morning in time for guests arriving following day.   Could not recommend this company enough - just an honest, efficient, professional small business that always make sure they have a happy and satisifed customer whatever it takes.  Thanks to Goodman team and will be recommending you to all the other owners at Lakeside Cabins!

Great service. He came when he said he would. Fixed what was needed in the most economical way. The repair ended up being less that what we first discussed. Not to mention he was genuinely nice. I will definitely call him again with any future plumbing needs.

We needed help with removing our toilet and replacing the wax ring, but we didn't have the tool to cut a rusty screw. They were quick to respond to my initial call and flexible with coming later the following day when my husband was home from work. They arrived on time and were done very quickly, at an affordable price. Both men were polite, friendly, and social. We will definitely be saving their number for future needs!

The job was small but the professionalism was huge.  Gus was prepared and masked up for safety.  Within the quoted time he replaced the bathroom faucet and drain assemble.  Done on time, no leaks and feeling safe was a perfect experience.  THANKS GUS!

I manage a portfolio of properties all over Chicagoland and Jason has been our go to plumber for all our plumbing. He charges a fair price, and is always available for questions. In the last 3-4 years I've probably had him work on 40-50 homes, and have always been pleased. I've recommended him to family, and other property owners(investors), and they've always been pleased.

This is the worst place!!!  Try to avoid them at all cost!!  My furnace wouldn't stay lit.  I called about 3 different companies.  Naturally, King's was the first to arrive.  The technician, of course, stated I needed a new furnace.  He got my old furnace started and then spent the next half hour trying to sell me a new furnace. When he saw I wasn't going to make a decision on the spot, he proceed to take out a device which he said detected carbon monoxide.  After playing around with it for 10 minutes, he finally got it to start beeping.  Then, he said yep, you need a new furnace.  I immediately asked why the other 6 carbon monoxide detectors I have in the home (battery and electric) weren't going off.  He then told me his was very sensitive.  I told him no on the new furnace.  He charged me $85 to start my furnace and told me he was going to put on the receipt that he had disconnected the furnace.  I gave him the money and he left.

The next day it would not stay lit again.  I called a different company and all the furnace needed was an igniter.  I had intended to file a complaint against King's with the BBB and the Attorney General, but I got really busy.  I will still file a complaint with the Attorney General's office and file a complaint with every online review board.

Do Not Hire this person!!!
We recently hired him for a small shower renovation. We paid him $4k and he never finished the job. We had 3 separate plumbers check his work and All of them said it was incorrect. We ended up paying someone else to finish the job correctly. He ghosted us and never responded to us after he took our money. HORRIBLE! Please Do Not Hire Him!!!

I called them for an estimate on changing a gasket in my bathroom. I was told that they charge $165 to come out and that will be for one guy and half hr. Its it takes longer than that, they need 2 guys and it will be around $400. Are you kidding me?
I called another plumber and he came our, fixed the gasket and did other work, was there for about 4 hrs and the charged me $195. Of course I gave him a little extra as I felt bad he did so much work. This guy is licensed and bond. I will be happy to refer him to anybody.
