We just had Southtown plumbing replace our sump pump system, outdoor spigots and utility room faucet. They were prompt, very courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. They don't skimp on the components and recommend and use the best. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Called on Friday morning and had plumber working on leaking faucet 8:45 Monday morning. Found leak quickly, got replacement hose and replaced hose and tested fix. Cleaned up the area. Also asked him to replace one-way valve on
Main sump pump and task was also done quickly and once again area was clean when he finished.

Friendly, honest, quality work. He shows up on time, explains things well and takes great care with his work. We've hired Pekney plumbing for a number of projects and we've always been happy with the results.  On a few occasions the issue ended up being significantly less than what we originally anticipated.  Rather than take advantage of the situation like some people might Joe explained everything and saved us time and money.  We've also had a water heater go out late on Friday afternoon, and Joe was able to come out that day with a new one saving us from a weekend without warm water.

A must if you want quality, affordable, plumbing service.. Also they have great personalities, helps with other odd jobs... Will be recommending to all contacts..

Had received a quote from another plumber for my cabin in Three Oaks.  Thought it was somehwat high so decided to get a second quote before proceeding...so glad I did!  Not only was Goodman lower but my experience from initial call to on-site completion was top-notch on all.  Nick (owner) took time to explain the issues and even though they ran into an unexpected on-site issue (I actually had a 120v water heater versus a 220v), he was able to pivot immediately and get a new unit in and install it the very next morning in time for guests arriving following day.   Could not recommend this company enough - just an honest, efficient, professional small business that always make sure they have a happy and satisifed customer whatever it takes.  Thanks to Goodman team and will be recommending you to all the other owners at Lakeside Cabins!

We needed help with removing our toilet and replacing the wax ring, but we didn't have the tool to cut a rusty screw. They were quick to respond to my initial call and flexible with coming later the following day when my husband was home from work. They arrived on time and were done very quickly, at an affordable price. Both men were polite, friendly, and social. We will definitely be saving their number for future needs!

We hired Gus to add on to and stain our old outdoor playground which turned out great! He really worked with us to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. It looks like new again and now our son has a clubhouse! He stained our fence and did some work under our deck. Reasonable prices, very friendly and communicated to us when he was available and would come over to work. Would hire again and share his name with friends! Thanks Gus!

I was recommended this plumbing company by family. Discussing the nature of the project I needed completed (new sump pump/ ejector pump/battery back up sump pump) with Bill on the phone and through email was pleasant and professional. He was able to price quote me with products he would supply and/or if I were to supply to give me options without breaking the bank. The idea of working with a company who is not trying to up-charge me and who is fairly priced is refreshing. Scheduling was also easy, and worked well with my schedule. They were able to come out the next day. The technician/plumber Bill who came out to the house was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he also brought and wore the shoe covers and took away the old materials with him. Although Bill made the job look easy, hiring this professional was definitely the better idea. I would definitely recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

I'll I can say is that Jason is top notch. My sump pump decided to break down today just a few days after I received surgery. I googled plumbers in my area and the first business that popped up was BEE QUICK LLC. I spoke with Jason he said he would be there in hour. Jason was actually there in 30 min. Not only is the guy awesome but he's a true professional when it comes to his work. He changed out the pump and did not leave until he made sure it was all in excellent working order. Don't let any bad reviews steer you in a different direction keep in mind that there is always two sides to every story. All I know is that BEE QUICK has a new loyal customer.

Dennis was very professional and was able to restart the AC in my condo. He was one time and able to diagnose the issue and repair the unit all in the same day.

We recently hired him for a small shower renovation. We paid him $4k and he never finished the job. We had 3 separate plumbers check his work and All of them said it was incorrect. We ended up paying someone else to finish the job correctly. He ghosted us and never responded to us after he took our money. HORRIBLE! Please Do Not Hire Him!!!

I called them for an estimate on changing a gasket in my bathroom. I was told that they charge $165 to come out and that will be for one guy and half hr. Its it takes longer than that, they need 2 guys and it will be around $400. Are you kidding me?
I called another plumber and he came our, fixed the gasket and did other work, was there for about 4 hrs and the charged me $195. Of course I gave him a little extra as I felt bad he did so much work. This guy is licensed and bond. I will be happy to refer him to anybody.
