These guys are honest and the job was done right.  I am selling a home and had a leak that needed to be fixed fast.  They were out within two hours and did not charge for an emergency call.  The gave me an estimate before the work started and the final work was the lower end of the estimate. If you are in the Orland Park area I would use these guys.

Let me start by stating that I typically never write reviews and my husband usually takes care of all repairs in the house. After discovering we had a hole in a pipe in our wall on a Sunday, my husband decided this is more that he really wanted to tackle. After clean up and a temporary fix to get us through to Monday, he made 4 calls to 4 companies based on reviews from the local FB site. One call back asked us to send pics and then he backed off, another said he could maybe stop by later in the day & to call when him back in the late afternoon (code for no thx), the third was in Elgin and was trying to see who'd be available to come to Schaumburg and then we got the call back from B&A.  They scheduled an appt to come out Tues morning.  They showed up on time as promised and got to work.  The initial problem was address and repaired quickly.  We then discovered the issue was bigger than we originally thought.  Corrosion in one pipe meant problems with the others.  Ultimately they had to schedule a second appt to break into the concrete to make the fix.  They came back as promised and fixed the issue. It was the best case scenario thankfully!  I was scared to look at the bill for the two visits but it was honestly a great surprise.  They were very reasonable and the total came in less then the deductible on our homeowners policy! A big thank you to Jim & Ryan for a job well done!  I highly recommend B&A!

Friendly, honest, quality work. He shows up on time, explains things well and takes great care with his work. We've hired Pekney plumbing for a number of projects and we've always been happy with the results.  On a few occasions the issue ended up being significantly less than what we originally anticipated.  Rather than take advantage of the situation like some people might Joe explained everything and saved us time and money.  We've also had a water heater go out late on Friday afternoon, and Joe was able to come out that day with a new one saving us from a weekend without warm water.

Awesome guy who fixed my plumbing problem in five minutes after another plumber worked on it for three days.  Also he checked a few other issues for free. Reasonable price as week.

Had received a quote from another plumber for my cabin in Three Oaks.  Thought it was somehwat high so decided to get a second quote before proceeding...so glad I did!  Not only was Goodman lower but my experience from initial call to on-site completion was top-notch on all.  Nick (owner) took time to explain the issues and even though they ran into an unexpected on-site issue (I actually had a 120v water heater versus a 220v), he was able to pivot immediately and get a new unit in and install it the very next morning in time for guests arriving following day.   Could not recommend this company enough - just an honest, efficient, professional small business that always make sure they have a happy and satisifed customer whatever it takes.  Thanks to Goodman team and will be recommending you to all the other owners at Lakeside Cabins!

I called and left a voicemail message on a Monday morning, 48 hours later I have still not received a phone call or text.

We needed help with removing our toilet and replacing the wax ring, but we didn't have the tool to cut a rusty screw. They were quick to respond to my initial call and flexible with coming later the following day when my husband was home from work. They arrived on time and were done very quickly, at an affordable price. Both men were polite, friendly, and social. We will definitely be saving their number for future needs!

Our shed doors were falling from the hinges.  This was due to rain water and snowmelt rotting the wood at the base of the door and the framing around the doors.  Gus evaluated the job via pictures.  He texted me and came on a day where he had completed a job.  He was prompt, extremely courteous, and went as far to source the wood and parts at Home Depot nearby.  We were extremely pleased with the finished job.  The doors are again perfectly functional and the quality of work is outstanding.  Will call Gus for any future handy work.

Glenbrook Plumbing was not able to help me with my particular water heater, but I appreciate their candor in letting me know that up front and giving me suggestions on how to find a plumber that can help.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! A pipe in my basement burst from the rigid winter we had. A friend of mine referred me to Bee Quick Plumbing & Sewer. I explained to the gentleman the problem and within 15 minutes the gentleman sent someone to my house. He explained and repaired the busted pipe within a matter of minutes. He was very courteous and professional!!!  My experience with Bee Quick was amazing, never expected for them to come out as quick as they did.

We had to shut down our furnace on Friday evening due to a strange sound and smell. I contacted King Heating online early Saturday morning. Their callback came within the hour, and they scheduled us for their technician to come out. The tech called to let us know his approx. arrival time. He did a great job explaining what the problem was, and what our options were. We decided that replacing the furnace would be our best investment. We first met with Ralph their salesman, who did a fantastic job breaking down all our options and prices. He was extremely professional. Ralph set-up the installation, and stated that the installer would also call us prior to coming out. Mario their installer called about 1 hour later to confirm his approx. arrival. They did a wonderful job installing the new furnace. The whole process took about 3-4 hours. Mario thoroughly explained the features of the furnace and new thermostat. Being a small business owner myself, and always looking to provide great customer service, King Heating delivered at every level. We will certainly use them for any future work!

Do Not Hire this person!!!
We recently hired him for a small shower renovation. We paid him $4k and he never finished the job. We had 3 separate plumbers check his work and All of them said it was incorrect. We ended up paying someone else to finish the job correctly. He ghosted us and never responded to us after he took our money. HORRIBLE! Please Do Not Hire Him!!!

Service completed one year ago and the leaking came back. Called Mike and the phone was answered the first time. Promised that he would called me back when he returned to the office but never did. The calls were then never answered. Very disappointed.
