Best plumbing service in the area. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

This is Lee's third project on my house and I'm consistently pleased.  He has replaced and repaired exterior trim and recently replaced and entire window that was cracked.  He's dedicated and values his customers.  He crew is very respectful and professional.  I plan to use him of all my future home improvement projects.

Lyman is a true professional. We own an older home in Arlington and have used him twice over the last year. He is very responsive (and good with email) and timely for appointments. He also takes the time to thoroughly explain what caused the plumbing issue & detail the steps taken to fix. Highly recommended.

Plumbers came on time. They were courteous and professional. They changed the toilet in half an hour and left. The quote I got from them to replace the toilet was the least I got among seven quotes. I recommend them.

Mr. Thomas just finished plumbing work at our home. I found him off of Yelp and have to say that all the reviews are accurate. He was very responsive, came prior to when he said he would arrive and resolved the problem within 30-40 minutes. He was very professional and efficient and had everything he needed along to resolve the issue. Also, he did a great job cleaning up after he as finished and was very pleasant and personable. I would use him again hands down and plan to refer him to others. I would give him more than a 5-star rating if I could. I am all about customer service and this is definitely as good as it gets!!

So Yelp threw me a curveball when I went to submit a request for a quote for some plumbing work. What I didn't realize was that Yelp would randomly send out multiple requests (what?) ...

That being said, Michael called me back about 10 mins later (lightning fast!) He was extremely polite and professional, and I would have made an appointment except it was only after we'd had a great conversation that he found out I was in the Maryland side.

Will definitely refer him to my VA friends!

I've used Kensington Plumbing for a few projects. Robin in the office is great, and gets back to you asap. I prefer communicating via text, and she has no problem with that. The guys that come out are professional, extremely courteous, and look for the most expeditious, and cost effective way of taking care of your problem. I highly recommend! Will always use them.

We figured out that we have a significant leak under pavers that are around our pool. We called and they were able to get us scheduled quickly. Brian came out and in no time pinpointed with 100% certainty the exact spot we need to remove pavers to find the leak.  He used some pretty sophisticated technology to also trace the line so we know exactly where it is - very cool!

I've used this service several times and have always had professional and reliable work done at a fair price. I highly recommend this business.

Had a toilet problem suddenly pop up, as these things usually occur. Found the glowing reviews here on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Called and they were able to book me for the next morning. Technician (Mike) showed up on time and notifications of when he was arriving were great. Once here he was extremely friendly and after assessing the problem, fixed it and was in and out in under 2 hours despite having a skirted toilet. Prices seemed reasonable to me, though I don't have tons of comparable experience. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs you might have.

I had an issue with a leaky faucet and saw that Fred and Son had great reviews.  Called them up three different times and the answering machine picked up all three times.  I left them three messages to call me back and they didn't even bother contacting me.  I guess they don't want my business.  Poor customer service!!

Second plumbing crisis and of course Tom was there to save the day, again. Simply the best plumber.

Although I had to wait 72 hours for Fry to send a plumber out for my clogged bathroom sink drain, Thomas turned up on time and did a great job finding the problem and snaking it out. Cleaned up his mess very nicely. The price was reasonable, as well.  No regrets.

Horrible customer service. Plumber did not arrive during scheduled window or call to give an updated arrival time. Extremely rude lady answering calls. Would not use or recommend.

Terrible customer service with terrible on site agents. Also be cautious while they inspect, they will disrespect your house and leave it worse than it was before they came.
