HISTORY

Established in 1985.
Previously I was a general contractor, Master plumber. I am the President of the WMPHCC local chapter. At present I mainly install and service highly efficient boilers( Viessmann, Triangle Tube, Navien) plus indirect water heaters. Replacement of water services, sewers, water heaters. Install tankless water heaters. Replace water lines in home with L copper, or pex piping.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

I chose to focus on efficient heating systems as a way of helping people enjoy their homes weather it is a remodel of the basement and removing the large heat mains in ceiling, replacing the fuel oil boiler.
I have found that I view my installs as my children. I do not short change my systems because I want them to last.

I've used Kensington Plumbing for a few projects. Robin in the office is great, and gets back to you asap. I prefer communicating via text, and she has no problem with that. The guys that come out are professional, extremely courteous, and look for the most expeditious, and cost effective way of taking care of your problem. I highly recommend! Will always use them.

This is where a homeowner meets an old fashioned expert at his work. Fred and Joe showed with our replacement indirect hot water heater, actually Joe showed up in the am to get started removing the old one and Fred showed up with the replacement. Since it was a warranty replacement, all they asked for was time. Fred worked it out with the company to get a replacement for us and more importantly told awesome jokes on the phone.

I know when I find a Gem and Kensington Plumbing is definitely one of those keepers...
