Absolutely terrible. We hired them to power wash and stain (solid stain) our deck. After they were done staining it looked worse than before they started! Paint/stain was in big clumps everywhere & some sections of paint/stain actually started to peel right off after 1 day. When I called to ask them to come re-do it, the owner, Jose said Well, do you have more work for us? I had to argue with him to come make it right! Finally they came & re-did it. It looks better (not perfect by any means) but after 3 days it was chipping again! I think they use the cheapest product on the market. Deck stain should not chip when we simply walk on it. It's pointless to have them come back again. Will never use them again.

Excellent Company! Called on a Monday, they had a Team/ Owner out to review my Project, cleared the problem. They Explain everything to you, to provide you comfort! Reliable, Efficient, Trustworthy!

FANTASTIC 5+ star service! Having recently built a home from the ground up, I've interacted with at least 35+ different home-service providers in the last year and have never been compelled to write a review -- or been this pleased. Sami's is clearly an honestly run company and beyond refreshing to do work with. Rates were VERY reasonable and competitive with other service providers (believe me, I've done the field research on this).
TLDR Preview:If you're researching plumbers, you probably have a time sensitive issue and aren't browsing reviews for kicks. You just found your plumber -- good luck!
Longer version: Had a very significant leak coming through a garage wall, which I thought may have been our fault for not winterizing early enough. In theory, this would be an out-of-pocket expense and not covered by the builder, so contacted Sami's (based on Yelp reviews - thanks!). Got an immediate call back from Eric and a SAME DAY service visit (whaaat?! unheard of).
Turns out, it wasn't a frozen/burst pipe, but a builder-installation error.... grrrrr. Eric could have easily done the repair and taken my money, but instead strongly encouraged me to bring this to our builder's attention first, since they should be accountable and responsible for the repair. He even wrote some notes for me to share with them! I was so impressed by his honesty and quality of work -- would/will definitely use Sami's again!

Abe will be my first call for all future work. I found him cross referencing businesses that are highly rated across review sites.
I see why folks that work with him, review him so highly.
With the below freezing temperatures approaching I closed off the hose bib shutoff valves and opened the external faucets to drain the water.
Unfortunately I found out that the front faucet continued to leak.
After calling Abe and leaving a message, he responded quickly, offered a very fair quote, then was on site doing the work later that day.
He patiently explained what he was doing and what I needed to do to continue proper maintenance.

Great plumbing service! Enough said! Dan did an awesome job putting in a gas line for me, and will be back later for the line to the grill. If the wife lets me of course. Seriously though, I would definitely use them again.

Bob is great. My HVAC/heat was not working - or so the gas company told me - and it's the day before we're expecting a huge snowstorm, so you can imagine my panic. I called Bob around 230pm and he was there by 330pm. Turns out my HVAC was fine, so the unneeded stress & expense was annoying (which I chalk up to bad luck on my part). However, I really appreciated Bob's customer service, quick turn around, and reasonable fees compared to others in the area. I had a plumber in that same morning that charged me 2-3x what Bob would have. I will absolutely be calling him first the next time I have an issue.

Axel was punctual and answered all my questions. He did a great job installing my shower. This is the person you'll want to have as your plumber. Pricing was fair & I was very pleased with $50 military discount as well. I will definitely be hiring him for future plumbing needs.

I would definitely recommend this company. I had a bird entering my HVAC vent and also had a beehive removed from the same vent. They were very responsive to answering my questions, came on time, were professional, and got the job done throughly and quickly. Thank you!

I don't know if they always have absurdly high prices for everybody or just because I bought two very expensive toilets and think I'll overpay for the installation but, their estimate for labor-only was over $1,200 per hour.
All the rough-in was done, and all the finishes are done as well.
For installing two toilets, replacing 3 angle valves, installing the shower and vanity faucets, plus vanity drain, their estimate was over $2500.
Of course, to make it more obscene and onerous, since I supply the parts, there is no warranty from them.
Lawyers charges $200-$350 per hour.
How can this be legal?
The worst thing is that I'm capable of doing 90% of the work.
I was trying to incentivize the company with more work.
The only part I was not confident in installing the P-trap for the vanity drain.
because a fixed shelve of the vanity is in the way and I don't want to alter or cut the shelve. I was hoping an experienced and skilled plumber could install the drain without cutting the shelf.

Milton and his team did a great job fixing multiple plumbing issues on our older (built 1948) home we just purchased in January. He provided honest and reasonable estimates and completed the work well ahead of time. He didn't charge for anything unnecessary and walked me through some plumbing basics that a new homeowner may not be aware of. He was also incredibly respectful and left the house cleaner than he left it, which was difficult due to the complexity of the job.
I'll definitely be calling him again when I have any plumbing issues.

Wow such an impressive customer service!!! Had a leak and called this company that my friend recommended. They showed up in 30 minutes and fixed the problem! My plumber Wes was extremely professional.
Thanks for an excellent service!

While they did a great job on the first repair, we asked them to come back to fix our dishwasher and they ended up breaking it worse. They need to stick with what they're good at.

Khiangte #7909 is deservedly a senior technician. He was 100% professional, courteous, and knoweledgeable, trouble-shooting the source of main drain back-up. Not only did he solve the problem, he also explained how to avoid it in the future. In short, he turned what might have been a nightmare afternoon into a genuinely interesting learning session about how my house works.

Mr. Williams was super helpful with determining the problem and resolving it within the day. Will be returning for any and all future plumbing requirements!

Very disappointed with the service I received from Michael & Sons. Charged over $2,000 for work that should have cost less than $500. And now I have to hire another electrician to fix the low-quality, rushed job they did. Terrible customer service, worse technicians, go basically anywhere else.

I was forced to go with this company because it's the company used by my Home Warranty.
A week in advance, they scheduled an appointment for a 3 hour window on a Thursday. Instead, they showed up Wednesday, and then didn't show up during their 3 hour window on Thursday.
After they already wasted 3 hours of my time, I called in. The lady admitted it was her mistake, and they tried to schedule a new 3 hour window the next week. I asked to schedule a specific time so I don't lose another 3 hours due to another one of their mistakes. They got rude on the phone and then said they can't guarantee a specific time- after we already learned that they're not in the business of meeting any of their own guarantees anyways.

Side note - I have a family friend that owns a plumbing business. Have used him for over 30 years. Did good work, came within an hour, but was super expensive. So as I age, I finally decided to try a different company. We lost water about 10 a.m. this morning. Didn't know if it was a well issue or an inside plumbing problem. Saw that Len The Plumber did well work also so called them. Had someone here by 12. He explained what was wrong and gave the estimate. Went right to work and, after having to break off for over an hour to get the pump, finished up around 7. Tech was very pleasant and thorough. Work was done well and I believe the charges were very reasonable. I can 100% recommend this company. Feel confident if you use them.
P.S. I just read the reviews here and they are definitely the opposite of what I experienced.
