Horrible customer service. Plumber did not arrive during scheduled window or call to give an updated arrival time. Extremely rude lady answering calls. Would not use or recommend.

After using another so called plumber to install my water heater, I had to call the professionals. Sykes services provided excellent exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. Coil McKenzie and Herman Sykes assisted me on this job. Coil came in and within a one minute time frame deduced that my water heater wasn't getting gas. Apparently the pilot would light but kept cutting off. Herman further determined that the original plumber that I had previously used ,had installed the wrong type of water heater. Herman and Coil were able to pick up, install and assist me with taking back the wrong water heater to the store  so I could a refund. All this was done in a much shorter time frame than I had anticipated. I highly recommend this company because not only are they very personable, but they really know what they are doing!

Knowledgeable and honest!  We've used Skye's Plumbing for several projects, including replacing a sink and repairing a leaking bathtub faucet.  Working with Sykes is a pleasure from start to finish.  They are always pleasant and answer the phone quickly.  Herman Sykes, the master plumber, is great.  He is personable and shows up on time.  I have consistently been impressed with how Mr. Sykes looks for ways to keep costs low, even when it would be easy to do more expensive work.  For example, Mr. Sykes explained he could try replacing a part instead of spending a lot more time (and charging me for more hours of work) to cut pipe and replace an assembly like I thought would be needed.  Recently, Mr. Sykes helped troubleshoot a faucet that was not working.  It would have been easy to come out and charge me to fix it, but he immediately suspected what the problem was (embarrassingly, a valve was shut on a pipe) and walked me through how to turn the water on myself.  Mr. Sykes knows plumbing.  I trust him and we will continue to use Sykes for all our plumbing needs!

Sykes Plumbing is an excellent plumbing company. My experience with the company was superb from the telephone call to the completion of the job. The woman who answered the phone was simply the best. She answered my questions with no hesitation and was very polite when I called back a few times.

Herman the master plumber arrived on time and fixed my drain in a timely manner. Their price was fair and he was very knowledgeable and personable.

Was getting solicited messages. Asked them kindly to be removed from mailing list. They mentioned they didn't pull the info from the county. They got it from the mortgage company. This is a complete lie. Through lies and deceits is how they operate their company. If I were to ever hire a company, truth in information is critically important

Sykes Plumbing is the absolute best.  I had a pipe burst in my home and contacted Sykes immediately.  The Master Plumber Herman arrived at the time slotted, which was within a few hours. Upon entry into my home, his professionalism showed. He gave me his business card and introduced himself accordingly.  He got right down to business, which was asked questions and detected the area of concern.  He then began to fix my pipe.  Not only did he fix it in a timely manner, however, he also took the time to explain what took place and ways in which I can prevent this from happening in the future.  I was so satisfied with the services rendered and I highly recommend Sykes for your plumbing needs.  Will definitely utilize him again as well as pass his business on to others.  You won't regret using Sykes Plumbing Services.  They are the best!!

Did my research and was not disappointed! Sykes was prompt affordable and informative. They came took time to fix the issue and explained what the issue was. I will be calling them in the future for all my plumbing needs. I recommend this business and appreciate their services!
