I just reactivated my account to add reviews again. I've been waiting to give my feedback on Jeff. I have to say I was kind of surprised by the one super negative review.

Jeff answered my call promptly and also arrived pretty close to the appointment time. We had a leaking pipe to be fixed among other minor issues to be attended to like a broken flush lever and a very intermittent but annoying leak in the bath room sink. Since this was a newly purchased house, chose to get a professional instead of messing things up myself.

Turned out to be a good decision - Jeff spent about 2.5 hours at our place doing the repairs and the bill came in at about $370 including parts. Having dealt with other plumbers where the bill fluctuates out of bounds of reason, I felt this was kind of reasonable. Jeff was personable and polite and you can't ask for much more.

These guy are simply terrific. On time, quality work, flexibility in adding additional tasks, very courteous and convenient scheduling by Molly, although they're much in demand, so check. Price wasn't cheap but worth every penny. I trust them totally, which is rare in today's world.

I've asked Bill to come over around 5 or 6 times and he also worked for a friend of mine. Always on time, figures out what needs to be done on existing construction (replacing a kitchen faucet today), works fast, keeps things clean, and never a need to call back. Never has needed to go fetch a part because his truck is completely stocked and organized. Very reasonable price (I pay before he leaves the house). It doesn't get any better.

We thought we had a leaky drainage pipe in our garage ceiling, and needed a quick and reliable fix. Dave at Maple Valley Plumbing was very responsive and reassuring. The tech, Andy, was also fantastic, diagnosed the problem as originating under the sink rather than the lower pipe, and fixed the issue. Thank you!

WOW WOW WOW! What can I say about this company. Tim was absolutely fantastic! The best thing I can do is describe our experience. We called tech city about a faucet that wasn't working. They booked us less that two days later for an appointment at our convenience. Tim and his partner showed up right on time and were incredibly polite and professional. Tim listened to our problem and found the solution within 60 seconds! Not only did he find the problem, but he fixed it right away! Such an amazing company and will 1000% be using them exclusively in the future!

Shout out to Anthony and Uchenna. Who spent last Saturday with me for 4 hours, these guys would not give up. I am so grateful we successfully resolved the problem. My tenants were happy and so was I. WELL SO FAR... The work is not complete, but I just called them and they have someone showing up 30 minutes after my call and it is 'AFTERHOURS.'   I Am SOO pleased with their calls, call back and customer service over the phone so far.   Very pleased with explaining the regular process regarding insurance claims.

Our bathroom upstairs started leaking and we saw drips from kitchen ceiling downstairs. Called a few plumbers and Joe's was one of the first to agree sending their technicians.

Josh, the technician, did a quick look and identified the problem quickly, offered mitigation steps and also wrote down an estimate. We moved forward with the plan and Josh showed up on time, did everything and left the site as clean as if nothing has happened. The work was done thoroughly and he ensured everything is working before leaving. Also mentioned one year warranty for the project.

Although I would prefer not to have to use a sewer repair company, it was essential in our case.   Aaron and his team were quick to respond, provided a fair estimate and solved our problem.  Very professional and easy to work with.    My city inspector also confirmed that their work was solid so if you need a side sewer replaced or fixed, I'd highly recommend Jafco.

Learning the hard way about home ownership. Just a month or so into our new place we had a small leak from a pipe. Upon further inspection we were told by several plumbing companies that we would need a full re-piping of our house. JV plumbing was among the most affordable quotes we received, but probably more important was Jose's communication and enthusiasm. He described his plans to not only replace our pipes, but create a better system, and didn't talk down to us. Despite some unforeseen challenges, the work was completed on time at the original cost estimate.  We've already recommended JV Plumbing to some family and friends, but they deserve a positive Yelp review as well.  Great customer service, quality work, and fair pricing. I don't think you can ask for much more.

These guys really came through for us.  We forgot to disconnect the garden hoses from our two outside faucets during this Dec '09 deep freeze and today we paid the price.  One of the faucets cracked and blew, water spewing all over the driveway this afternoon.  Good news is there was no water damage inside.  Bad news was that we had to shut off the main valve and hope to get a plumber on very short notice and not get ripped off in the process.  Thanks to Yelp reviews we called these guys.  Two hours later a very friendly, very professional plumber was explaining our problem, the solution and the cost.  Of course it was more than we wanted to pay.  But like another reviewer, I was glad to see it was a set price, not a random number he pulled out of his head knowing we were desperate.  He hooked us up with a few available discounts and cheerfully went to work in the 20 degree weather.  After fixing the faucet that had cracked and installing an inside shut off valve for it, he inspected the other outside faucet and free of charge, used his blow torch to warm it up enough to disconnect the frozen hose and confirm that the faucet didn't seem damaged.  Gave us a few pointers about our hot water heater along the way.  All told we dropped $750--half of it necessary to fix the busted faucet and half for deciding to go ahead and install an inside shut off valve.  These guys back up their work with a very solid warranty.   We probably could have gotten the job done cheaper if we'd had time to shop around, but probably not with the same level of professionalism.  Of course I didn't like having to spend our Xmas flat screen money on a plumbing emergency today.  But I *really* liked finding a plumber here on Yelp who was so incredibly professional, skilled, and able to answer every dumb question we asked with a smile.

Called Southwest Plumbing to our rental house on said that the toilet was plugged.  They arrived at 11:00 AM according to the tenant.  The Tenant had removed the toilet and then set it back in place with out bolting it back up. On or about 12:00 noon My wife arrived the house and found the plumber diagnosing the problem and wanted to pull the second toilet that is in line with the pipes.  Wife said no that they are in line and was not necessary. On or about 12:30 pm the plumbers had finished unclogging the toilet and the line was free.  My wife wrote a check for $657.75 and then left.  According to the tenant they then re installed the toilet and on or about 1:00pm and left at on or about 1:30 pm.  At no time did the plumber look or get in to the crawl space under the house.  
The plumber, Technician told the Tenant, after my wife was gone that there were bad pipes, the floor was rotted and the pipe had lead joins that were not up to code. He left a detailed repair estimate of  $2836.69.   He also said that there were mold issues.  The plumber later called the tenant and left a voice message that said that if there were any more issues to call him.  
I have since inspected the house including getting in to the crawl space, checking for a rotted floor, mold or a leaking pipe.  I found none.  
Two hour of work for a cost of $609.60 plus tax, then telling the tenant that the house they are living in is unsafe to live in is unacceptable.
Southwest is unethical way of doing business and charging more than $300.00 an hour. BEWARE

Called Puget Sound Plumbing a few weeks ago when my sewer backed up cause they were the 'new kids on the block'.  They would not provide any pricing over the phone and warned me against any plumber charging hourly, and said they could send somebody out to assess the situation. Fine.  I had already told them that my problem was more than 50 ft out as it had already been snaked to that distance.  The plumber said $300 for the sewer line, $200 to remove and replace the toilet, and another $200+ to run a camera through the pipe.  I took care of my own toilet and refused the camera, and felt that $300 was still rather high for a domestic snake job, but ok.  Well, the plumber calls me at 50ft and didn't find the problem, and wants to know if I'd like for him to go further.  Of course, I said, that's why I called you.  He informed me that the next 50ft of snaking would be and additional $200.  What a scam!  So he spend 2.5 hrs at my house from arrival to departure and charged roughly $500.  He also left sewer spatters from my ceiling to the floor that I had to clean up.  I will never call them again, nor will I refer them to anybody.
