Best Heater Installation in Seattle WA

These guys are amazing. We had been struggling with water heater issues for months, trying to figure out what was wrong with our system causing temperature fluctuations when it finally just STOPPED producing hot water altogether (tepid or downright cold, alternating), smack in the middle of winter!

We had also been dealing with terrible pipe rattling in the laundry room where the water heater is, right next to a bedroom, so that wasn't pleasant either.

Called Green Planet Plumbing to come and assess the issue. Justin was very pleasant and easy to work with and when it seemed we were still having some issues after the initial fix, Jeremiah and Justin both worked to get back to us ASAP for another look.

Not only did they completely fix the issue (which had other underlying causes we hadn't noticed before), but they also discovered and repaired a leak we had no idea was even there! Will definitely be calling them for any future work. Justin was great and highly recommended. Prices were more than reasonable for all the great work they do too!

Quick response to phone message, and friendly service.  Rates are very good.  Solved our blocked drain problem in about 30 minutes.  Will defineatly use them again.  Thanks to Yelp users for the great reviews that made up my mind to call.  The BIG BOYS in West Seattle were going to take up to a week to MAYBE have an opening.

Ben has now completed three plumbing jobs for us (one major: a complete replacement of glavanized piping in our house) and he does an exemplary job.

He takes pride in his work and does the job as if it were his own home. He is extremely knowledgeable about older homes, codes, updating and recommended brands/materials. And best of all for us: taking the time to explain why, and give examples.

Each time Ben completed a job, he drew a diagram explaining how the system works and what he would be doing. His job quotes are on point (actual invoice has been slightly less than quoted, even) and has followed up to see how things are going for us.

Highly recommend- and the glowing reviews here are justified 100%

Please don't book up his summer- we need him for our main line replacement!

I had water leaking from my upstairs bathroom into my living room (I am in Sammamish), a friend recommended Dave and his team from Maple Valley Plumbing. I texted Dave and he got back to me straight away, and maintained contact throughout the process. One of Dave's team members, Justin, came out the next day ahead of schedule (Dave contacted me beforehand to check if that worked for me). Justin was great, diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly, an explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Maple Valley Plumbing.

We were in a pickle with a bathroom sink that decided to stop draining. I wanted to work with someone local and after reading the reviews decided to give Erik a call. This was a Tuesday morning and although I received his voicemail quickly after I received a text letting me know he was with a customer and would call me in a bit.

Not much time passed and Erik called. I explained the situation I was in and he shared he could meet that night! What's that Batman? YES...the day I call he can meet me. He arrived when he said he would, was polite and professional and quickly cleared our problem.

Who would have ever thought having to call a plumber would be a pleasant experience?  After putting off our basement toilet replacement for way too long and too many vague quotes and stipulations, we found Sam and All Ways Rooter.  He was prepared, on time, professional, very quick to get us on his schedule, and does wonderful work, I cannot recommend Sam and All Ways Rooter more. I certainly don't want or wish for any more plumbing issues in the near future, but if that is the case, it will be a pleasure to work with Sam again. to take care of our problems.

We have used blake plumbing for awhile now, they are awesome. They have fixed many issues in our houses.

Our master bathroom shower drain was clogged and Jose was able to come by the next day after contacting him the evening before. Even on his busy schedule, I appreciate that he made time to stop by, plus his pricing was very reasonable. He was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the situation and also gave expert advise on the need to replace any old pipes and valves to prevent future flooding. I feel like he's very honest and helpful and I would totally recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I called them yesterday and the person in the office Kim said they would come out today between noon and 3 PM.  I waited and no one showed or called.  I called back at 4 PM and was told I was not in their system for an appointment at all.
The manager apologized but he is not the one that set up the appointment for me to sit here for 3 hours and no show no call.
I had a competitor do work for $1800 end of May.  I was looking for someone to help with this issue and be much cheaper.  I guess I will continue to look.

WOW WOW WOW! What can I say about this company. Tim was absolutely fantastic! The best thing I can do is describe our experience. We called tech city about a faucet that wasn't working. They booked us less that two days later for an appointment at our convenience. Tim and his partner showed up right on time and were incredibly polite and professional. Tim listened to our problem and found the solution within 60 seconds! Not only did he find the problem, but he fixed it right away! Such an amazing company and will 1000% be using them exclusively in the future!

I had a stopped up toliet. I called this company at 9:30 and they came out at around 11:30 and where done at 12:00. They where very friendly especialy Jason. They are very professional and friendly. I will use them for my future plumbing needs. Thanks for a job well done Action Jackson. Love the name

We had Price Busters come out to help with our tub/shower drain after a remodel.  They scheduled someone very quickly to come perform an initial inspection.

Zach from Price Busters was professional, kind, and SUPER helpful.  He offered a pragmatic solution to our issue that was one tenth the cost of what competitors were suggesting.

They will be our first call for any plumbing needs in the future!

I am not sure if my experiences tell something about the company or just the employee I interacted with. On 1/20/20 Our kitchen drain was clogged so we called them for an emergency repair. They did the job and I happily pay the service with a premium.  

My problem was weeks later I contacted them again for a quote for re-piping the waterline in the house. Since I didn't have any issue with the previous plumber they sent the same person. long story short I was given a $18000 quote for the job. I was surprised since at this point I had 5 quotes from 4 different plumbing companies (from 7K to 10.5K, with slight different ways and justifications for their pricing when I asked them to break down the costs). I later called Joe's 2 Sons back asking them to help me understand the cost. They transferred me to the same plumber and he basically said re-piping just costs a lot. He did not have any justifications or even explain the breakdown costs. I had to be the one who kept asking him questions for an answer, like whether there was an miscommunication so he included something we actually didn't need, whether he would be using different materials, or was there anything he saw in the house that would make the job difficult to do. He just didn't have any justification other than it took time to do it or it was an expensive job to do, and he seemed didn't believe other plumbing companies could do the same job for much less.

In short the interaction was a bad experience. I feel they thought since I was a returning customer I probably didn't do basic researches like average home owners would do. My advice is you need to at least ask them to break down the costs and consult other plumbing companies if you plan to do business with them.

I explicitly told this work is about fixing/resetting kitchen undermount sink under the countertop/quartz and provided pictures at the time of schedule.
When a plumber came to my house, he didn't even know this is the case and refuse to work. It's okay since he honestly responded. However, I wasted my past two days waiting for this appointment.
The thing is the scheduler (Andrew) didn't seem to communicate this info to the plumber. Then I wonder why he asked me all the details including pictures in the beginning.

Just called for estimate on a small job. Was given a figure that was double that of all the other guys including Home Depot. Passsss......

Of course when the weather turns super cold, our furnace goes out.  Everyone I called was booked up for weeks.  South West was able to send someone out the next day.  Dominic wasn't able to fix the unit that day, but came back first thing Monday morning with the parts to get it done.  What I thought was a particularly great piece of customer service was Dom called me that night when he got home at 6:30 just to make sure our house was warm.  The repair wasn't cheap, but the service was great.

Just had an amazing experience today with Puget Sound Plumbing!!!
Starting with Brianna who answered my call to Taylor who came to repair and replace my expansion tank that sprung a leak. The whole upsetting episode began at 1:30 pm and by 4 pm the entire job was completed and working better than ever.
High quality workmanship and professionalism stands out!! They now have a lifetime customer in me. I could not be more pleased or impressed with their kind service and the price was right too!
