Bill Sauter from West Seattle Sewer & Drain is Fast, Professional & Knowledgeable.
When I say fast, I mean this guy can hustle! He planned and executed something in less than 30 minutes that I couldn't have figured out with 30 YouTubes. Bill, you are my hero. Setting up the appointment with Diane was a breeze; they were flexible and accommodating. Rates were more than reasonable - cash or check. I wanted to use my CC, but the positive experience far outweighed that want.
Feel very fortunate to have found this wonderful company and will be calling WSSD for all my plumbing needs.

I called them yesterday and the person in the office Kim said they would come out today between noon and 3 PM. I waited and no one showed or called. I called back at 4 PM and was told I was not in their system for an appointment at all.
The manager apologized but he is not the one that set up the appointment for me to sit here for 3 hours and no show no call.
I had a competitor do work for $1800 end of May. I was looking for someone to help with this issue and be much cheaper. I guess I will continue to look.

These guys are amazing! I was prepared for a very expensive fix but they were able to find the problem quickly, and fix it way under what I thought it could have been. I appreciate their honesty, integrity, and very responsive. Tyler was great on site with his crew and Jeramiah is extremely responsive, professional, and follows through when you call for an appointment. THANK YOU!!!

Jeff was great! I called him to come and handle a number of different issues in a new house we moved into (shower that didn't work, clogged sink, leaking pipes, improperly installed dishwasher), and he handled them all extremely well. He really took the time to explain what he was doing and why and made sure that he did a top quality job on each item. I felt very confident with everything he fixed, and his price was so reasonable for all the time he spent doing work! He does get booked up about a week in advance, so make sure you call and book early for any work you need done.

Garrett, Jason and Adam were easily our favorite part of this process. The repaired a broken sewer on our property, and we're on time, professional and easy going. They made a very stressful process much easier by doing the right thing and treating us well. I would recommend Pro Sewer Repair to anyone!!

A genuine thank you for helping and making it out to our house in the ice storm and being able to fix our water heater that was spewing water everywhere, due to a burst shark bite. Then telling us, young naive folk, how to unfreeze our kitchen pipes and everything to do if it infact burst due to freezing. I can't thank you enough for your company being awake at 5am and then coming out bright and early to get it fixed so we then had hot water.

All Ways Rooter is very easy to work with, gives good rates, and is thorough with explanation/communication about the work done! I cannot recommend them enough

Action Jackson took our money and provided no service. We had them out to scope our backyard drainage. When they arrived, they told us they would need to cut into our downspouts and would leave holes they would not repair. I asked if they had any other options than damaging our home and they said no. We decided to not have them cut irreparable holes into our property and ended the visit. If they had let us know at the time of booking this may need to be done, I would not have scheduled. Although they provided no service, they forced us to pay $130 by threatening a lien on our house. Very shady practices and terrible customer service - steer clear!

Great company. One of the most responsive for my project. I needed a bathroom faucet /p-trap pipe replacement for a pipe clog issue. They scheduled quickly, the team was on time, respectful and performed the work to utmost satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

We recently had a sewer blockage over the weekend during the COVID shutdown. Price Busters responded immediately, arriving within an hour of my calling, and had the problem fixed within another hour. The work was top notch and professional, and reasonably priced. Our home is older with relatively fragile clay sewer pipes and they unclogged it without damaging the pipes, and verified with video monitoring. For this type of professionalism and service, Price Busters gets my highest recommendation. Big shout out to Beau and Zac!

After posting a review the owner Tyler contacted me to resolve the situation. We were able to find a solution and now I'm reverting my feedback doing my end of the bargain. ********If the owner meet his end of the bargain than both sides will be happy.

Great experience, work was timely and on their quote--i would definitely recommend them. We called them because we received a suspicious quote from another company that was literally 7 times higher than what we ended up spending. We got good service/honest advice.

Forest Ridge Plumbing was on vacation and they referred me to Top Gun Plumbing. The outside faucet wouldn't turn off and it was a weekend. They came out Sunday. Showed me what was wrong. No charge if I went up to Home Depot and picked up a new faucet. Told me how to install it which I did These guys are honest, honest, honest. I would definitely use them again.

I panicked and call these guys. Their advertising is effective I guess (a business card ended up in the house). I ordered a snake and a camera. They snaked the pipe and cleared it, but the camera didn't show up. 4 days later, it backed up again. The camera showed up a few days later, but couldn't see anything due to being backed up. I was quoted $10,000 or $50,000 depending on what was wrong. I tried to get them to come out again to snake it with the camera guy present to get a realistic idea of what was wrong and what it would cost. They stopped returning my calls. I paid them double what other folks charge for nothing. In fact, the people who are doing the job now snaked, cameraed and quoted for free while knowing full well I was looking for the best price.
The guys who came out were cool, it's the business end that sux.

Maybe I should give them 2 stars for teaching me how to recognize and deal with scam artists. I had a sink that wasn't draining. The working theory was that it wasn't properly vented. I couldn't quite manage the job myself even though I hypothetically had all the parts. So I contacted Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating to help me out. They did warn me that it would be $100 for the trip. That was fine by me.
The guy showed up, looked at it, and told me he didn't have the parts with him so he's going to cut a hole in the sink tailpiece. He quotes me $650. Taken aback, I asked how much the part he's missing is, because I'd probably rather do it myself. He told me that I was at something like $400 in charges. When asked why, he told me it was the cost of driving his very expensive van out. When I asked him why it was different from the $100 dispatch fee, he said I was also paying for his many years as a journeyman plumber. So, like an idiot, I thought, Well, I might as well pay the rest if I'm already out $400 and let him do the work.
He cut a hole in the sink tailpiece and came to me with the invoice for $715 (after tax). He then asked me Do you want to save $50? and tried to strongarm me into going onto Yelp to give his company a 5-star review. Let's read that back. They were charging me $50 for not giving them a 5-star review. At that point, I said Uh. No thanks. I'm good. because I wanted him out of my house as fast as possible so I could call his company and see if I could do something about the insane cost. He wanted me to pay and I said, Let me call your office and pay them. He was very reluctant, but finally shoved some paper in front of me. Again, like an idiot, I signed it.
Once he left, I called their office to see if they were more reasonable. I told them I wanted to discuss the price that was given because it seemed high and that I was strung along. The lady answering immediately went into script mode: I see, sir, so do I understand correctly that you are refusing to provide payment in breach of the contract you signed? So I backed away from that, paid them, and looked at the paper the guy left me. And of course I had signed the Acceptance of Work Performed. Interestingly, I hadn't signed the Work Authorization. I guess he didn't want to let me know I had a choice to say no after his claims that I already owed him $400.
But we're not done yet. An hour later, I tried the sink. It leaked. So I called them back. I asked them if they would fix it and if they planned on charging me. The office said they stand by their work. I was very clear about not intending to pay more and they were expected to complete the job. A couple guys showed up, complained about how the other guy's work was weird, and fixed the leak. Then they handed me an invoice for something like $250. But the first guy prepared me well! I told them I was very sorry for any miscommunication, but that I would not be paying or signing anything. They called their office and relented.
So for the low low price of $715, I got some great education about how to handle contractors. As a new homeowner and a pretty naïve person, this lesson was invaluable. It's just too bad that now I have to be a distrustful jerk to all future contractors.
