Best Drain Cleaning in Seattle WA

Dave was highly responsive when I finally decided, after several months of a poorly flushing toilet, that I needed help. He quickly dispatched Jimmy who came out, went through a great elimination process, communicated superbly with me, isolated the problem, made the repair, put everything back where it belonged & graciously made his exit. I love these guys! They do what they say they're going to do, when they say they'll do it and are incredibly gracious in the process!

I was referred to WS Sewer & Drain by a friend and I could not be more impressed with Bill and Judy.  They were so helpful.  I didn't need immediate assistance so was able to schedule and get Bill over for an appointment and then a second appointment once all my parts came in without issue.  Bill was fast, courteous and knowledgable.  
I was so happy with the service, the results and the cost.

We just moved into our new/older house and had problems from the first day.  We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing, servicing King & Snohomish Counties. They were here the same day with an estimate, next morning they had the permit needed from the city and started working.  We had a major sewer line issue and he (Henry) told us what needed to be done to fix it right.  We had other plumbers the weeks before, they would work and charge us, and we still had the same problem a couple days later.  I'm not sure what it would have cost to have some other company do what they did, but I know this ... You get what you pay for! Problem solved!! Thank you Henry and your coworker for doing such a professional job. Left everything just as it was, minus one huge bush out front that was part of the trouble and our pipes flowing freely!  We will call again if we are ever in need of a plumbing issue, big or small.

They've come out twice now - first to install a toilet which went like clockwork. This time I needed them to address a leak. When the appointment window passed, I called and Tyler acknowledged that he had gotten tied up on another job but came over right away. He addressed the problem within a minute!  I was so relieved it was something minor. He didn't even charge me for coming out - this IS integrity.

Will helped us with some plumbing repair work and installed co2/smoke detectors for us. He was really helpful, ordered parts, & was communicative. Highly recommend!!

I called Jeff Driscoll of Stellar Plumbing because of his excellent reviews on Yelp and other sights and I am so glad I did.  He asked the right questions on the phone so that he came prepared to work and he did, finishing a three hour job in 2 hours and 15 minutes and giving me loads of helpful advice as he did so.

The job was to install a hose faucet under my kitchen window.  He arrived on time, was organized, professional and thoroughly pleasant.  I hope I don't have plumbing problems in the future but, if I do, I will always call Jeff.  Experienced, reasonably priced, courteous and knowledgeable: what more could anyone ask?

I messaged them for a quote to add a water valve for the house as we were unable to use the old style lever water shutoff outside the house. They were quick to reply in a sunday as well as be honest that there was a cheaper easy option of using  a free service from seattle public utilities to get the lever replaced for a knob . Thanks for the tip and providing options!

I didnt have any other service performed by them, but they earned my trust with this experience. Would definitely reach out to them if i had a plumbing job to consider them next time.

Our morning started off horribly with an embarrassing toilet fiasco. My husband called at 7am and MVPP was at our house by 10am. Tucker the tech was very nice and made light of the embarrassing mess. Everything took 15min and he was so professional. I was able to clean everything up before my son got home and no one was the wiser. Thank you MVPP I would recommend your service to anyone.

They installed water heater in our house. The strap was not properly installed. I called them twice and they promised to come but never showed up.
Moreover, during the installation water pipes outside of our house, they drilled the base of our house and damaged our base board.
They hid it and did not let us know. Very unprofessional

WOW WOW WOW! What can I say about this company. Tim was absolutely fantastic! The best thing I can do is describe our experience. We called tech city about a faucet that wasn't working. They booked us less that two days later for an appointment at our convenience. Tim and his partner showed up right on time and were incredibly polite and professional. Tim listened to our problem and found the solution within 60 seconds! Not only did he find the problem, but he fixed it right away! Such an amazing company and will 1000% be using them exclusively in the future!

Don is THE MAN!!  We had a pipe burst and he was able to fit us in between appointments when all other companies tried to push us back for days... including a company we USED to use all the time.  Don was in and out in no time and great price! Can't recommend him and Action Jackson enough... we used to use that other company, but now Action Jackson has our business for life!  Thank you again, Don!!

I was really impressed with their work. They came in and did everything really fast and cost efficiently. I had an older toilet replaced, the kitchen faucet, and also a bathroom faucet. They came on time, came in and did the work, and got out fast. Everything is working great, and I was impressed with both the quality of the communication, their ability of fix anything they ran into (one of the sinks had an old, non-standard hookup that they worked around). All in all, I was really happy with the results and would hire them again :)

David worked quickly to resolve my plumbing issue. I'm in a building with old tap drums and parts that you can't find easily anymore. Considering my schedule David and his helper got the parts same day and left when the job was done. Happy with their work.

Called on a Thur and they agreed to come on Monday morning and appreciate they were on time.  Problem was toilet on third floor clogged which I knew was not a clog in the toilet.   They snaked toilet which I already did, then lifted toilet to quickly check for clear pipe which it was.   Since other toilets were draining on the same g=fllor ok they said it had to be a problem with the toilets internals. I replaced the toilet the next day and they were correct.

They quoted it would be ~$350  ( I agreed) before they came out then on the call added more totaling $400+.

My warning to all is I did not have time to call around for competitive prices but I think Jafco's price was likely very high.  Be aware if you use them

I used Blake Plumbing very recently to have my kitchen sink and faucet removed and discarded prior to the installation of granite countertops. After the install, they came back out and installed my new faucet.

I'm pleased with the service I received throughout the entire process. I needed work done at the last minute possible, so I called around to several plumbing companies and Blake Plumbing was the first company to call me back.

Janelle was very accommodating to my schedule and the plumber, Brian, was super friendly and explained to me what he was doing. Really a great company, and I'm glad to give them my business.

He went the extra mile to get my plumbing fixed! Literally climbed on top of the roof to get it done. Couldn't recommend him high enough.

This company tried to convince us that $38,000 of unnecessary sewer repair work was urgently needed. We had a backed up toilet, called them out, and they charged us an outrageous amount of $1,800 to remove the toilet, snake the line, and put a camera down to see what was going on (that was a $500 upcharge). We were told our sewer line was close to collapsing, would need an epoxy liner installed, for a total fee of over $42k. We decided on a second opinion. A local sewer company came out, put a camera down for FREE (not $500), and told us our repairs would be about $4200 (and not urgent). Beware of this company. Their employees are taught to upsell, overcharge you for services, and try to convince you that you need unnecessary work.

I found this company through the internet using a search for drain cleaning services and picked them because they were the first people I could get to my job. I also was somewhat influenced by the term Plumber in their business name, assuming they actually had plumbers and not just generic roto-rooter technicians. It is being charitable to say the two guys they sent out were unimpressive. They could not clear the problem, charged $317 and said the blockage was on the outside of the house, probably due to a broke pipe. Based on their assessment, I spent the better part of the day digging up the pipes as they come into the house to provide access for them to further triage the problem. When they got there later in the day and we had further discussion about next steps it  became really clear they had no idea how to trouble shoot the problem ,,,,when one made a comment about water wearing out the pvc pipes causing them to break, I knew they did not have a clue. I should have known better that competent plumbers would not be available within thirty minutes for two call outs on the same day. These guys were not real plumbers! There did not seem to have any real interest in fixing the problem just in selling very overpriced services.

I then got a referral from someone I trusted and called 206 Plumbers for a second consult. Although they could not eliminate the blockage they could think, troubleshoot the problem and identify options for next steps. The problem is inside the house and so all of the excavation that took a better part of day was for nothing. 206 Plumbing charged a lot less for much better service, good advise and a level of professionalism that was entirely lacking with Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating.

I would not recommend Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating for any plumbing related issues.
