Best Drain Cleaning in Seattle WA

SeaTown did our service panel and they got it done in a day. The guys that came out were friendly and did a good job. After the work was done, I did have some feedback to offer regarding their work.

Their customer service was excellent and followed up with me to let me know they updated their training based on my input. Great to hear the company is open to listening to customers!

Our fixer was great in fixing our clogged kitchen sink.  He was quick to diagnose the problem, honest in his appraisal of what would be the best and most affordable solution, and able to get everything done.  We appreciate the convenience and honest and hassle-free process.

Seriously fast service and even quicker diagnosis time!  I called Dean on Thursday morning who offered to come out that afternoon; I couldn't make it that quickly so we scheduled for the following Monday.  He showed up on time and called ahead with his ETA. Fantastic!  Dean got right to work looking at our electrical concern which turned out to be a bad breaker and a tripped GFCI outlet.  

Five stars for Fast and Friendly service.  I would recommend Dean to all my Real Estate Clients who need an emergency diagnosis or repair; the Electrician we called was scheduling about three weeks out.  I thought I was calling a Handy Man but learned that Dean is a licensed Plumber and Electrician.  He knows his stuff.  Thank you Dean!

Did not show up for scheduled appointment, waited over two hours and when I called to find out where the technician was, no one called back for over 3 hours. Person who called back said that my appointment was not in their system. How is that possible when I called and confirmed my appointment the day before? I do not recommend using Hunts. Terrible customer service.

Had a great experience with Farmer and J.J.  They were very friendly, informative, efficient and professional.  I called in the morning and scheduled an appointment in the afternoon.  I would highly recommend them.  I think I found my plumber for life.  Thanks, Sun-Hee

As expected, our furnace took a siesta and decided it wasn't going to top 67 degrees in our house since we had a little bit of a cold spell outside.  This is by no means freezing outside, but I was a little concerned since this is just the beginning of the cold weather.  I called Black Hills Thursday afternoon and they came right out Friday morning on time and was able to repair the problem quickly and reasonably priced.  The service tech was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Thank you

I set up an appoint to get an estimate on outdoor flood lights and I specifically asked the office if their team could also recommend high quality flood lights, they said that would not be a problem. When service people showed up they had no input for the project and were admit about not recommending and type of flood light, but for some reason they were trying to sell me on getting a camera flood light (which I didn't need or want). I waited an extra week to get their estimate but in the end it was just a wast of my time, they were even taking cell calls while I was explaining the project to them. Beacon is a huge waste of time and money.

I had my septic tank pumped for the first time today.  We have only lived here for 3 years and it was pumped out fully before we bought the house.  I came home to a pile of dirt with the seal for the lid sitting on the pile. I had to call and find out where the seal came from if it needs to be put back on or did they replace the old one. The first time I called they said I had to wait for the office to get the paperwork. The second time I called I was able to talk to one of the managers and he said that the driver said we need to replace the lid. This is not noted on the paperwork and was not reported to my wife.  I am not sure why anyone would not replace a lid that needs to be replaced. If you don't want to have to come home and find a pile of dirt and a lid seal on your lawn I recommend using another company. The only reason I used them was the good reviews on yelp.  I hope other home owners do not make the same mistake.

FIxer did a great job repairing a light fixture in my kitchen that had broken.  Conner and Isaiah were friendly, efficient, and I was charged a fair price for the job.  I'm very pleased with the service I received from Fixer.

I emailed Craig for a quote for a ductless heat pump and he quickly got back to me and came out to our house (in Shoreline) to provide a quote. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgable. On the day of installation, his workers were clean, considerate, and thorough. He even called to check and see how they everything was doing. I would definitely recommend Craig and his company for your heating and cooling needs.

If I could write a negative star, I would. Ultimately between 2 days I wasted  more than 10 hours waiting for them to show. I had one rescheduled appointment (they called one day before the appointment to tell me they weren't coming) and two no shows from this company. The first no show, I called 4 different times and ended up having to wait 6 hours in order to hear they were cancelling (which is two hours past their 4 hour service window.) The second no show, I called 3 times, and heard at the end of the 4 hour window that they were going to have to cancel. They offered me $50  towards service and a waved consultation fee (which is $69) and that was it. This has got to be the worst service I have ever received and I work in the construction and real estate industry.
