Best Water Heater Installation in Seattle WA

These guys are amazing. We had been struggling with water heater issues for months, trying to figure out what was wrong with our system causing temperature fluctuations when it finally just STOPPED producing hot water altogether (tepid or downright cold, alternating), smack in the middle of winter!

We had also been dealing with terrible pipe rattling in the laundry room where the water heater is, right next to a bedroom, so that wasn't pleasant either.

Called Green Planet Plumbing to come and assess the issue. Justin was very pleasant and easy to work with and when it seemed we were still having some issues after the initial fix, Jeremiah and Justin both worked to get back to us ASAP for another look.

Not only did they completely fix the issue (which had other underlying causes we hadn't noticed before), but they also discovered and repaired a leak we had no idea was even there! Will definitely be calling them for any future work. Justin was great and highly recommended. Prices were more than reasonable for all the great work they do too!

Will helped us install a new outlet, and fix 2 other outdoor outlets on our home which work great now. He also repaired an outdoor faucet which had started leaking. That was more complicated because of how it was integrated into the side of the house and needed some patching up afterwards, which he also did. It's been a little while since he completed the jobs and everything works great now. Highly recommended.

Quick response to phone message, and friendly service.  Rates are very good.  Solved our blocked drain problem in about 30 minutes.  Will defineatly use them again.  Thanks to Yelp users for the great reviews that made up my mind to call.  The BIG BOYS in West Seattle were going to take up to a week to MAYBE have an opening.

Ben is a fantastic plumber. He is literally the closest listed plumber to our house, which is how we found him, but he's turned out to be great. The previous owner of our house liked to fix things himself, which led to some creative solutions in our plumbing. Ben has helped us get some of that straightened out. He also referred us to some terrific contractors when we decided to remodel our kitchen and bathroom.

Who would have ever thought having to call a plumber would be a pleasant experience?  After putting off our basement toilet replacement for way too long and too many vague quotes and stipulations, we found Sam and All Ways Rooter.  He was prepared, on time, professional, very quick to get us on his schedule, and does wonderful work, I cannot recommend Sam and All Ways Rooter more. I certainly don't want or wish for any more plumbing issues in the near future, but if that is the case, it will be a pleasure to work with Sam again. to take care of our problems.

One of their vans passed me on a double yellow line with on coming traffic. Extremely reckless and dangerous. I would never hire someone who employs such immature employees.

My water heater broke and flooded the garage the night before Thanksgiving. I called and got many quotes. Vortex gave me a call back right away. They had the best price and they had the availability to come out on Thanksgiving morning. They didn't charge me extra for the holiday. They did a professional job. The new water heater was installed well and works great.

Very happy with my experience. Needed a water heater moved temporarily while a bunch of water leak repair work was completed. Elvis and Tim(?) were friendly,  efficient, and accommodating. Wound up needing a new water heater due to leaks detected when they came out to reset the old heater. Unexpected work that they shoehorned into their schedule without issue. Highly recommend!

Action Jackson did a sewer scope for two of the houses we were interested in. The were very upfront about long term maintenance we might  have to deal with.  The folks we dealt with were very professional and efficient: we got a cd with the video that parts of the sewer where problems might arise marked. Their fees are not low but they seemed on par with other companies.

Simple toilet repair turned in $10,000 job.
Thought I'd give them one more chance on another simple water heater supply leak and they didn't fix the leak and just wanted to replace the water heater.  Had to call another plumber who just replaced the shut off valve to the tank which was probably the issue all along.
They give fair fixed price bids, but that does no good if they can't fix the problem.

Zach and trainee Matthew we able to squeeze me in urgently for a clogged kitchen sink. They were professional and  courteous. Booties and floor covering on the house while working.  They explained the plan and process for what they thought might  be wrong. Gave suggestions on how to avoid same issues in the future. They were  recommended to me by another plumber that wasn't available at the time.  That speak volumes. Would use again and highly recommend.

5 star review for Tommy. I was given an 8-10am window and he showed up right at 8. I was even given a courtesy call from Joe's Plumbing around 7:40 advising he would be here at 8. He went straight to work diagnosing the problem, what he needed, and how he would solve it. Replaced an outdoor faucet in less than an hour and needed to cut into sheet rock to do so. Fast and excellent work. We were so pleased with the service, we asked him to add a shut off valve for our main water line in a more convenient place for us. He provided a fair quote and completed the work in about 20 minutes. All in all, he took care of 2 serious issues we had at a good price and in less than 2 hours. He will be our go-to plumber from now on!

Had a kitchen sink stop draining, called and the service was excellent.  The line was snaked, the problem was discovered and solved with no surprises.

This is the third time I have used Blake plumbing. I highly recommend! They are on time, great communication, excellent explanations, professional and came in under budget.
Not to mention did a terrific job!
Everyone from the receptionist, Janelle to Aaron and all in between were pleasant to deal with.
Will use for my next plumbing project and will refer to friends!

Jose and JV Plumbing did a great job fixing our plumbing issues.  He tackled a failed shower valve and then re-established water to our house by fixing a split pipe after our winter storm.  He fixed the pipe the correct way that gave it longevity, not a bandaid fix just to get us going.  Jose was extremely communicative, timely, and took extra care to ensure we had water running effectively after the repairs.  He invoiced quickly, and asked for all relevant information to make that possible.  Jose's plumbing business and professionalism are important to our community, and I will definitely use his services again.

In short:
They ghosted me, even though they came highly recommended. Not sure what to make of this.

In long:
I needed a plumber and got a referral to these folks. I called and everything seemed normal enough. Kinda had that family-business vibe, like maybe the office was the house and family answered the phone.

The person who answered the phone had trouble with my last name, street name, city name, and zip. I was just repeating and repeating, but that happens, so no big deal.

She then said she would text the info over to the tech right away. I knew the tech couldn't be sitting around waiting to drive to my house, so I asked if I should expect a call back tomorrow, today, or later in the week. I'm having this entire conversation with my work persona, very laid back and curious, no pressure, but she bristled HARD at this question. Huh?

Well! Huh! Um, I said right away. He'll get it right away.

What? I'm curious how busy he is and when he can fix my sink...I am in no way questioning your ability to send him a text. I'm sure he's busy. Right away is the same as 30 minutes or more if he's on a job, so I am good. We hung up with no ETA for a call or an appointment.

That was 3 full business days ago and no sign of them yet.

I'd go one star but they did come recommended by someone I trust completely. Overall, though, I'd look elsewhere for plumbing help.

My first time using Wezee's Plumbing and what a pleasant experience!  I had recently moved back to my condo, and was having bathroom sink water pressure issues.  I emailed Wezee's with an immediate response.  I was able to receive service the same day.  The faucet was fixed perfectly, and the staff member was very kind and professional.  Thank you!

We were charged over 700 for a 15 minute air pressure test and they made no fixes. Our inspector was quoted a minimum of around 250 dollars over the phone, but the final price was outrageously expensive for just hooking up an air compressor to a pipe. The techs on site also told me it was standard pricing that could be looked up, but when I called into the office they can give no pricing over the phone at all.  This company feels like a scam.
