Best Water Heater Repair in Seattle WA

Sometimes when people go to my house they do an, lol. But to my face, and don't even try and hide it when they see this.

Bill is a great guy that happens to be a plumber.  He has done about $10k worth of work for me at my facility in West Seattle.  From the big jobs to the small ones I know I can count on him.  

We had a busted sewer line and Bill was knee deep in poo and he still had a great attitude and he knew exactly what to do.  I was throwing up behind the bulldozer thing because the smell was so bad.  It was terrible.  

I trust him to do all my work and I highly recommend him if you're in deep poo.

Had a gas leak in the pipe to my fireplace.  Dave (the owner) was very helpful, communicative.... his crew showed up right when they said they would.  Class act.  Reasonable prices too.

Will helped us with some plumbing repair work and installed co2/smoke detectors for us. He was really helpful, ordered parts, & was communicative. Highly recommend!!

I thought I was hearing water dripping noise in the ceiling, so I called and just got the appointment. He investigated noise and told me it is most likely water hammering noise. He said he could put some holes in the wall and investigate but as long as I do not see the obvious sign of leakage, it is not likely that there exists a water leakage. At the end, he told me that he won't charge me anything, so I offered a tip but he did not take it either. I have not had any experience with plumbers before, but I think I can trust these people.

Sam is really great. I had an underground downspout get clogged. Sam was able to come on the same day during a big rain and got it fixed. He also explained to me what is the root cause and showed me other tips for how to maintain all the pipelines I have. Highly recommended!

The service was great. They showed up early. They did a water heater replacement and our water is hot now! Elvis made sure to explain everything before and there were no delays and no surprise chargers, will use again!

Great customer service fast and cleaned.  I recommend them...I had my Sewer line scoped this weekend.. They explained the process and gave me a DVD for my records.  225.00 and I had a 50$ off coupon  so 175.00 after that.  .

 I'm a union plumber myself and they did a great job.. I see a lot of complaining on here from people who probably don't even know how to use a pipe wrench. Let them do there job. They are good at it and deserve to be paid well for it.

I was really impressed with their work. They came in and did everything really fast and cost efficiently. I had an older toilet replaced, the kitchen faucet, and also a bathroom faucet. They came on time, came in and did the work, and got out fast. Everything is working great, and I was impressed with both the quality of the communication, their ability of fix anything they ran into (one of the sinks had an old, non-standard hookup that they worked around). All in all, I was really happy with the results and would hire them again :)

Thank you Zac for coming out to take care of our plumbing emergency when no one else returned our calls for service. He called to update us with a timeline of when he would swing by. Zac not only fixed the issue but also helped us understand the problem and to look out for future costly issues. We really appreciate his knowledge and warm approach to taking care of his clients.

I called this company to fix my kitchen drain issue last Saturday. Because it was on a weekend, they charged me $99 for a special dispatch fee and $380 for running a cable line. I paid a total of $540  for 20 minutes of service. If it fixed the issue, I would have been fine. But it didn't!

My kitchen sink clogged again in ONE week without me doing anything abnormal. Called this company again because they offered a 30-day warrant. However, they wanted to charge me $99 again for calling them to come on a weekend. And the person who pricked up the call, Chris, immediately told me the first technician should have offered a hydro jetting solution and insisted that they need to charge me $99 for a dispatch even though they did not fix the problem the first time. And now they are going to upsell the solution and planning to charge me more.  They said my warranty does not cover running different solution. Disappointed by their customer service and ability to solve the problem.

Very pleased with the quick response to our plumbing request from Jafco and the service tech who came to fix our leaky connection hot water to the bathroom sink.  He noticed that the connectors we had were faulty and had been recalled by the manufacturer and quickly installed new metal ones - an upgrade from the plastic ones that were compromised.  I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.  Communication with the company through yelp was excellent.  I SO appreciated the fact they responded and came out in less than 24 hours of my request for help... It's why you got my business Jafco and a faithful customer.  You guys ROCK!

Al quickly scheduled an appointment, arrive on time, efficiently performed the job of installing a min tank hot water heater we provided into existing pipes, and explained everything he did and our complex plumbing system. Price was competitive or lower than the other estimates (4) we received.

Two for two with Wezees.  

First one going back, circa 2011, I called Wezees when my terlet stopped working and bathtub stopped draining.  Clogged sewer pipe.  Wezee (or her associate) diagnosed my problem on the phone, quoted me a price and Zach came out a couple of hours later and fixed it.

My house is 100 years old - so I gathered I was on bought time even with the 2011 intervention.  Jan 2015, same issue, more serious diagnoses - cracked and displaced pipe - Wezee's came out and fixed it next day for a very reasonable price.  Before I called Wezee's I called another company much to my detriment.

Mike and Tyler showed up on time, reviewed the project with me, and got to work immediately. I have my water shut off valve in a basement closet and it is an old twist knob that was about 7ft high.  I asked them to replace the shut off and install a quarter turn valve. I also asked them to lower it a couple feet so my wife can access the shut off without a stool. All work completed in under an hour, including removing drywall and cleaning up the area. Definitely will use Otter Plumbing again.

Soon after I bought my home I realized I needed a complete sewer liner to resolve the multiple issues with the 1959 sewer line. A sewer scope showed a misalignment and heavy roots grown into the line in several places. Part of the line ran under the deck and a storage shed.
I called Mr. Rooter and received a reasonable quote. The project manager, Jimmy Jack stayed in contact with us throughout the process and helped us understand the work being done and took the time to show us the scope of the newly installed liner when the city inspector was present. I really appreciated Jimmy's commitment to our project.

We liked the work so much that Vortex did on our kitchen drain pipe (see below) that we had them come back and re-pipe our entire house's hot and cold water pipes. Our home had the original galvanized pipes from 1967. This which meant that the pipes were flaking (potentially a health hazard) and had a lot of mineral deposits - making the water pressure pretty bad. Baldeep and his team came in quickly and had a clear plan that reduced the amount of demo'ing they needed to do. Everyone was very nice, professional, organized, and did a good job following covid-safety protocol. I can now highly recommend Vortex for both big and medium-sized jobs.

Vortex did a great job replacing our kitchen drain pipe too: We noticed water leaking in bubbles in our drywall ceiling, opened it up, and realized the entire drain pipe needed to be replaced...stat. We couldn't use our kitchen until we had someone out to do the work (doing dished in the bathroom sink is not fun, let me tell you). Not only did Vortex come out same day to do an estimate - they came back the next day and fixed it completely! They were professional, nice, and went above and beyond to get us back up and running. Highly recommend.

Stay away from them! They over charge their  work! I got them from Amazon service. I trusted Amazon to filter out bad providers but I was wrong. They charge $99 for dispatch fee to inspect the toilet, then $469 to pull and reset the toilet. Then after they took out the toilet, they saw it was missing a flange kit and charge me another $417 for installed the flange kit.  With discounts, They charged me $900 in the end to reset a toilet and add a flange kit.  Other places only charge $300 or less!  I asked them to break down their cost and labour and they refused to do so saying this is a fixed job charge and can't separate parts and labour. They say they charge expensively because they have a 30 day warranty. But other providers do the same for much cheaper!

I called them for a price dispute and the only thing I got was a $99 coupon for the next job. I will never ask them to do anything ever again!
