Best Sump Pump Installation in Seattle WA
I was referred to WS Sewer & Drain by a friend and I could not be more impressed with Bill and Judy. They were so helpful. I didn't need immediate assistance so was able to schedule and get Bill over for an appointment and then a second appointment once all my parts came in without issue. Bill was fast, courteous and knowledgable.
I was so happy with the service, the results and the cost.
I would definitely recommend... Thank You!!!

One of their vans passed me on a double yellow line with on coming traffic. Extremely reckless and dangerous. I would never hire someone who employs such immature employees.

Layne plumbing is far from me. They were willing to come fix our hot water issue for a travel charge. But they also suggested someone closer who might charge less. I really appreciate layne plumbing and their customer service!

Best plumbing service ever! Reasonable rates and quick service! Zach the owner works 20 hours a day to make sure his customers are satisfied. I would recommend them highly!

Honest and helpful. They came out quickly, showed up on time, and gave me advice - all without charging anything. Their advice was to wait and see if I truly have a problem or not, rather than charging me $100s.
I'm glad I called them and will definitely be using these guys if/when I have a problem that needs fixing.

If you have sewer problems this is the company for you! I have an older house and started to experience clogs. I called the plumbing company that sent me a magnet because it was convenient and I had the number handy. The magnet company cleared the clog and couldn't identify the cause. It happened again a month later and the same magnet company looked at it again, gave me an outrageous questionable quote that made me want to cry and so I did like any responsible homeowner does and started to get more quotes. I submitted a request for quote on Jafco's website that night, they called me back 30 min later and sent James (my hero) out to do an inspection the next morning. James went above and beyond to help me find and understand my problem. He mapped out my entire sewer system explaining everything to me that he saw on the big screen. He pointed out areas to be mindful of and was courteous, patient and extremely knowledgeable. The magnet company did not clear the clog the second time around and James helped me out and called one of his team members to clear it to buy me some time until they could fix it which was the blessing I needed at the time. They got me on the calendar quick and started work the next week. So I have an older house with lots of quirks and like any project, there were surprises. The surprises were brought immediately to my attention with solutions. Yeah it was more money but the solutions were not bandaids but permanent fixes and they did not exploit the price. It was fair and reasonable. Each of the employees they had doing the work also provided the same outstanding service. I highly recommend this company to anyone that has sewer adventures or maintenance needs!

I would definitely recommend JV plumbing Jose is awesome super responsive and a good communicator. He showed up when he said he would and was courteous and polite. They diagnosed my toilet clog issue and gave me my options. I chose a newer toilet and he ran and grabbed it at the supply house and installed it quickly and efficiently. Pricing was honest and fair for work. Will be calling him back for anything plumbing related at my home.

Carlos replaced a toilet at my preschool and besides doing a stellar job he was also kind and answered a lot of kid questions. Very professional and very patient.

My toilet was running, I sent Otter an email and they responded right away and had an opening the next day , they showed up in the window time frame , we're polite and courteous, and professional. Evaluated my issue and gave me a reasonable quote. Had my toilet repaired within the hour. I highly recommend them. They are also a local company to maple valley which is important to me.

I contacted Brandon to clear a blockage in an underground downspout drain line. My communication with him leading up to the job was very professional and prompt. He contacted me and asked if he could come a day early which was much appreciated. He worked hard in pouring rain and tried everything possible to clear the drain line. Unfortunately, it looks like the line is collapsed and will need to be dug up and replaced. Brandon has referred me to another trusted company to do the work. The most amazing part is that Brandon refused to take any money saying that he was unable to complete the job and it wouldn't be right. Brandon is as hardworking and fair as they come... I trust him and will definitely contact him again with any plumbing issues.

Done Right Plumbing replaced a water main from the water meter to the house - gave us an estimate on the phone, came out to verify a couple of hours later. Scheduled the work to start the following Monday. Work was done to our satisfaction in 3 days - Day 1: utility locate and trenching, Day 2: drilling and connecting water, and Day 3: asphalt patching.
The work was a logistical challenge as we had to maintain our neighbors' access road while locating utilities and working on the main. Done Right spent time and potholed to confirm utility depths to make sure the new line would not conflict/hit other utilities, including scoping the private sewer line. Hand dug the trench next to the foundation for the water main into the house.
Bored the new main under trees, asphalt driveway and other utility lines. Pulled the permit and got the City of Edmonds Public Works sign-off. Came back with hot mix asphalt to make sure the asphalt patches would adhere in the cool, wet winter weather.
All and all, they did a great job for a fair price, and got it done right away which was a bonus! They worked with us, communicated their plans and answered all of our questions. We'd highly recommend Steve and his team!

came to do the drains, left lots of yellow and black stains, won't remove them, very bad service, zero rating

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish. I definitely recommend them!

Fast, did more than asked, bid was %50 lower than competion. Put in on demand Gas hotwater heater, and I would highly recommend this company.

Update - I received an apology and gave the company a second chance. The team sent out were friendly, timely and knowledgeable.
Called for what may or may not have been a minor job. Appointment made for the following day. It was then rescheduled. Another appointment made and again I received a call seeking to reschedule whilst I was at home waiting for them to appear. Although I'm a stay at home Mom I still don't appreciate waiting around for hours when I could be out doing something fun with my sons. Especially as this was the second time and there was no apology. Not impressed in the slightest. Shoddy service of the highest

Called them the first night we moved in and they tried to troubleshoot with us over the phone before coming out. Once we couldn't resolve the issue, they were over within an hour tops (after normal business hours). A few days later we discovered another massive problem in our new house and they came out to assist us with that as well and did a great job. Highly recommend this company.

I was doing a large remodel on an older rental home I own and wanted to re-pipe the whole house. Allred's was recommended to me by the plumber I had used for years for smaller jobs. Good recommendation! Because I was replacing old, galvanized pipe of a small diameter, the permitting process required that we install a new water meter to handle the increased load. The city did that part; and then Allred's did all the rest, including piping, water heater, fixtures, and installation. The crew was fantastic (and tidy!) and kept me informed at every step. This job went on for a few weeks, with lots of other subs in and out of the house; but Allred's was right there when we needed them. They even installed a new, stubbed-out, ready-to-go valve system for my irrigation crew to connect their new piping to. They couldn't believe that a plumber would do that! Made their job easy, too, which saved me money. One of the things I appreciate about them is how they treat their employees and furnish great benefits. That costs a company money, but it also allows them to hire the best employees. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We recently had an issue with a shutoff valve/water line. I was able to call and speak to a plumber on the phone to get an estimate for the time involved and cost. It ended up costing almost double, partly because when he arrived there was more work necessary to repair the issue.
There were a few communication issues with getting the estimate, so I actually didn't know how much it would cost until he arrived. But, it needed to get fixed, he arrived early (with a call ahead), repaired the problem, and was on his way. It was also nice that they were able to send someone out the same day I called.
Overall, it was a good experience, but I am taking away one star because communication between the office people, myself, and the plumber could have been a bit better.

Robison came out for a big job--plumber had to reschedule for a day he could bring a second pair of hands. That got canceled at the last minute. On the re-re-schedule he showed up 3 hours late without the second pair of hands, couldn't do the job, asked to re-re-re-schedule only now with an excavator and an even higher price tag. When the job was finally all done, it was missing one of the pieces I'd been told was included. The answer for that seemed to be some combination of my supervisor told me to do it this way and what we told you we'd do was hard. I'm not sure what the job should have cost, or what it should have looked like...but I feel like I got played.
