Best Sink Installation in Seattle WA
Needed a washer replaced in the upstairs tub and a portable shower disconnected, days prior to listing our house. Appointment set for the day following first contact. Arrow was everything that I wanted in a plumber - knowledgeable, fast, informative, and reasonable priced. He even helped to cart the portable shower off to garage! I so appreciated his help, along his his keen sense of humor. Will definitely call Green Planet Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Will helped us with some plumbing repair work and installed co2/smoke detectors for us. He was really helpful, ordered parts, & was communicative. Highly recommend!!

Our costs to hire Stellar Plumbing, we were out about $135 in parts they ruined and the weeks it took waiting for them to return calls and then hiring others to do the job right.
I have worked with contractors including plumbers for over 10 years. Our two regular guys were busy so I checked yelp. I saw the good reviews so I hired Stellar Plumbing to set a tub in concrete.
He showed up, but he didn't set the tub in concrete. He did not dry fit (e.g. put it in place without gluing it) the tub into the space nor the drain kit to the tub. Instead with the tub not yet in the correct location he attached the drain pipe to the abs stub coming out of the floor and glued everything together. Only then did he go to put the tub in place and found out the tub didn't fit in the space (the alcove back wall was a little too narrow). He said anyone could finish the job and when I said what about setting the tub in concrete, that this is what he had been hired to do, he seemed very surprised, like he never knew that. Then he proceeded to call the boss to discuss the job in detail (what he did, what he could not do, what was being done next, etc.). Now if this is supposed to be a one man company, who was at the job site and who was the boss he was calling to discuss what he had done and what he should do next?
I was very skeptical if the portion of work that as done had been done right because if the drain pipe for the overflow & drain openings are off 1/4 you are forcing the abs into place and fastening it there (e.g. it is being stressed forever and will fail early) or worse if you have to tilt it some to get the abs to be flush with the tub wall it does not create a good seal with the installer just hoping that the gaskets will fill in the difference enough to make it work (e.g. one side of the gasket is over-tight against the tub wall and the other one is just barely tight against the tub wall).
When I expressed concern with the work having been done in this order (I have never seen it done in this order nor would I do it in that order myself because of the problems it caused), he replied I am a professional. A professional would have a discussed the issue, just saying that doesn't mean he knows how or does a good job.
I wanted to give Stellar plumbing the benefit of the doubt so I left things as we will widen the alcove back corner and then call him about the next step. Well, when I checked the work done (putting the drain kit on and ptrap in and attaching it to the pipe coming from the house).
I found severe problems which resulted in the entire work done needing to be ripped out and redone. The reasons why:
1) They violated the plumbing code by using the wrong fittings in the wrong places so it would never pass an inspection and be a place that is would be prone to clogs in the future. Note: We had provided a number of fittings of which at least 3 configurations could have been put in that would not have violated plumbing code.
2) He didn't bother to dry fit the drain kit to the tub before he glued it and it turns out though it was adjustable in length, the horizontal piece under the drain at the shortest length was 3/4 too long and would never fit. The drain kit & tub were from the same manufacturer and sold as working together but it would never work (the manufacturer said just take it back and get a different style).
I called Stellar plumbing several times over several days and left two messages but never got a call back. We gave up after a week and had someone else cut out his work and put in new parts that were to code and fit and do the original job that Stellar plumbing was hired for - setting the tub in concrete. He sent a bill for 2 hours of work, he should have showed up, spent 15 minutes dry-fitting the tub in the alcove, and left without doing any other work.
He finally called a few weeks later asking for his money, the issues were explained, he would not discuss them and I told him I knew a couple of the pluming inspection supervisors and we can run it by them, he just talked a lot of nonsense without listening or having a back and forth conversation - I think he was drunk.
Our costs to hire Stellar plumbing:
@$65 - the drain kit that has been glued to abs and could not be returned.
@$20 - abs parts we supplied and he glued together so they could not be reused.
@50 - money spent on workers to help him move the tub in place and to manage his work.
If you don't know plumbing codes or best plumbing practices, do not hire Stellar plumbing. Your cost would be @$500 to tear out the walls and clean up the mildew/mold/dryrot caused by leaks in the abs pipe and then pay to have it all done again.

Had a $1400 bid from another (supposedly reputable) plumbing company to repair an outdoor house bib and valve that froze during the recent cold snap. Got a second opinion from Schuerman - who was able to fix it without opening the wall and ripping everything out. Was $350 instead of $1400. Good communication, and HONEST. Highly recommend.

It was easy to set up an appointment: they have someone answering the phone instead of making you leave a message.
He came over to install a p-trap under the kitchen sink. The space was tight in there, but he figured out a way to connect all the pieces without taking too much apart, and without cutting open more of the cabinet. He was very friendly and professional too. Recommended if you're in West Seattle!

Our water heater went out on Sunday. I called And Dave, owner of Maple Valley Plumbing and Pipeworks, immediately answered. Within an hour he was there, shortly thereafter his crew arrived. They were very courteous and reasonably priced, and just a few hours later we had hot water again! I couldn't recommend them highly enough, and I know they will be the first company I call whenever we have plumbing needs!

On time, communicative, straight forward, and half the price of the other plumbers I called. Also, not only did they get the job done, but it was quick and without surprise problems. Very happy and I will definitely call them for any other plumbing needs I have!

Who would have ever thought having to call a plumber would be a pleasant experience? After putting off our basement toilet replacement for way too long and too many vague quotes and stipulations, we found Sam and All Ways Rooter. He was prepared, on time, professional, very quick to get us on his schedule, and does wonderful work, I cannot recommend Sam and All Ways Rooter more. I certainly don't want or wish for any more plumbing issues in the near future, but if that is the case, it will be a pleasure to work with Sam again. to take care of our problems.

WOW WOW WOW! What can I say about this company. Tim was absolutely fantastic! The best thing I can do is describe our experience. We called tech city about a faucet that wasn't working. They booked us less that two days later for an appointment at our convenience. Tim and his partner showed up right on time and were incredibly polite and professional. Tim listened to our problem and found the solution within 60 seconds! Not only did he find the problem, but he fixed it right away! Such an amazing company and will 1000% be using them exclusively in the future!

Had a water leak near my meter. They were one of many companies I reached out to for a quote. Theirs was the fairest and they were able to get to me the next morning!
The two guys that came did a great job.
Would recommend using this company for plumbing needs.

I asked them to provide a bid for a leak between my main water meter and my home shut off valve. They came out and looked at it, and told me that either I needed the entire pipe dug up because it probably had multiple leaks, or that I'd need to hire a company to isolate the leak because maybe it was only leaking in one spot. They told me they would give me a bid to dig up the whole line and replace it, and another bid to isolate the leak and fix it. I got the bid for the whole pipe (over $3,500), but not the bid for just fixing the leak; when I asked for it, crickets. Hired a different company, cost $1,000 all in. My conclusion is that they tried to sell me something I did not need.

I was quoted by another plumbing company at almost double what I got here.
They were able to come out 4 days after my initial request! Very responsive and transparent.
Will definitely use them for everything plumbing related going forward

Brian changed valves, shower connection, checked two toilets, replaced kitchen faucet.
On time, efficient, clean, good value, fast.
I really like this company and will have more work done through them soon.

Our garbage disposal kept shorting the fuse and needed to be replaced. Jose (owner) responded quickly and arrived the same day to help replace the garbage disposal unit. He was knowledgeable, friendly, COVID-safe (wore a mask), gave us good tips, and explained what may have been causing the old unit to fail in great detail. Overall it was a great experience with his work and professionalism.
I would recommend him and his work.

The northwest was hit by a big snow storm with black ice. My external irrigation pipe burst even though it was insulated.
Could not find the shut off so had to stuck off the main water so had not water.
Call around and no plumbers available for 2 weeks, could not get trucks out.
Called Top Gun located about 1 mile Al said said 2 weeks out.
I called again the next day and spoke to Al and he agreed to come out to cap the pipe. He inspected and saw that if he caped the outside pipe it will buster at again.
So he needed to locate where from the inside it was piped. He said usually you can access the crawl space form inside the house, my tenant found the place. al was able to turn off the valve and all is good.
Thanks Al for coming out to resolve the issue.
My tenant is hosting a baby on the weekend and now they have water.
5 stars.

Wezee's plumbing proves to be the best I've ever used. I have contracted lots of different construction companies, plumbers, roofers gardeners and Wezee's proves to be the best of all. Not only were they prompt, They were in and out so quick up to the task. Their staff was very professional and curious, they cleaned up after themselves they showed up on time and were here when they said they were going to be here. Their prices are reasonable, really reasonable and they exceeded my every expectation in a plumbing company....I would highly recommend them and I will use them again. And I am very picky, ask anyone.

We recently bought a home and noticed that the bath water in the upstairs master bath was slightly discolored, so we reached out to Otter Plumbing to see if they could pinpoint the issue. Working with Shane, he was able to diagnosis the problem pretty much over the phone with the help of some pictures of the water. His knowledge of the issue was spot on, the water heater, which was confirmed when Otter was able to come over the next day for a service call. They were very professional and arrived right on time for our agreed appointment. They confirmed the water heater was the issue and were able to quote us a very reasonable rate for a replacement compared to other companies we had looked at. The installation process was quick and the company did a fantastic job in verifying that the new water heater fixed the issue, and that we were satisfied with the quality of work. They cleaned up the area, better than when they started the job, and made sure all the old equipment was removed. All in all, we would defiantly use Shane and his team at Otter Plumbing again, and would recommend them to others.

very pricey- 400$ to scope my line. Also, high pressure. They pushed hard for me to start today! Found out that what they wanted to do is not necessary at all. They tried to warn me that not doing something would be terrible. I felt like they only wanted to do a big bux job (7K) or nothing....

TL;DR: Avoid this company at all costs, they do not keep to appointments and dealing with them is a complete waste of time. Unless you feel like dealing with the brain damage of constantly following up with them when they never seem to follow through, there are much better options out there. (see Mike's plumbing - they are awesome).
Our water heater went out over the holiday weekend and as the previous owner had used SW to install the unit, I gave them a call:
-Called on a Sunday evening as our water heater called it quits, answering service stated the company would call back on Monday morning.
-Monday morning arrives, no call so I called back - no record of me calling on Sunday. I was given an appointment for 12-2pm that day for service.
-Window rolls around, no one shows. I call at 2pm and they state that they are backed up and that someone will be there as soon as possible. -Call back at 4:30pm as I haven't heard anything, and I am told by dispatch that no one will be coming today. Not only do they not show for the appointment, they dont call to follow-up. I am rescheduled for 4pm Tuesday
-Call Tuesday morning to confirm they will actually show this time, and they promise they will. We have had no hot water for two days at this point.
-Tuesday at 430pm, no one has shown. I call AGAIN, and am told that they are waiting for someone to clear to come over, and that they will call me as soon as the person is on their way.
-Tuesday at 8pm, no one has shown, no one has called.
It is now Wednesday, and I will have a company I have previously worked with install the new water heater as I have not heard a single thing from SW plumbing. This company is a disorganized mess, and their customer service is absolute garbage. Two missed appointments with no follow-up should tell you how much they value their customers' time, avoid them if you can.

Negative stars would be more appropriate, but one is as low as it will let me go. We had them come out to inspect a furnace that wouldn't come on reliably. We were told it was fried, destroyed, that you couldn't order the board, that we needed a new furnace.
A new furnace is really, really expensive.
We decided to get a second opinion from Washington Energy Services...who correctly found one of the intakes was blocked and it had water in a switch Switch is on order, furnace is running well while we wait.
I wish I had read these reviews. I wish I hadn't wasted time with them.
Don't trust their diagnosis.
Don't give them money.
Just don't.
