Best Sewer Services in Seattle WA
I reached out for a quote to fix the kitchen sink disposal and clear the drain in the bathtub. David responded within 10 minutes and made it out to Kirkland in less than an hour. He was communicative, on time, and professional.
He quickly fixed the kitchen sink disposal and refused to charge us because it was a simple fix. For the bathtub, he gave us a quote, and we had to get approval from the owner. This took a couple hours so David left without taking a penny. After an hour the owner approved the job and David came back to fix the bathtub drain. He was on time, charged us precisely what was quoted and sent us the invoice immediately.
I'd definitely use him again, and would highly recommend them!

Great service for reasonable cost. We had a drain line for our downspouts that was clogged, so that in a hard rain the water would back up into our house. Not good. They came out and fixed it in no time, and described an easy fix so it won't happen again. These guys rock.

I don't like doing reviews, so it's an exception that I am taking the time to comment on my recent experience with Mr. Rooter. I've been a Mr. Rooter customer for decades; sometimes a fix would take 30min, sometimes it was a couple of hours. I always felt their prices were on the high side but the work was good. This review is about my first experience with a warranty issue. The initial call out work was 'ok'. A bathroom faucet install was less than satisfactory and an attempt to fix a leaky kitchen faucet made it worse (2 star review). The technician came back and fixed everything perfectly; it's the follow up work and Mr. Rooters guarantee to make it right that I really appreciate (+3 star). Thank you Mr. Rooter for your old school attitude (taking care of the customer) that continues to keep my business (your card is still stuck to my fridge)!
ps. shout out to the tech who came back to fix everything, he had a great attitude!

Arrow and Alex just came out to help with a couple of small (but persistent) problems with our toilet and bathroom sink, and they were excellent. They ended up fixing things with less time and materials than I expected, and they left things in better shape than when they started. For example, Arrow didn't just unclog the bathroom sink, he also replaced the p-trap with wider-diameter PVC so it would be less likely to clog and easier to fix myself. He also walked me through how to do a couple of smaller fixes myself. Great work, and highly recommended.

I've worked with Rob for years, back when he was with another sewer specialist, and just had him complete another job for a complete lining of my sewer in West Seattle. Not only did he come in about $7,000 under the competition, but he also makes sure he gets the job done right and within the timeframe and price quoted, even if it means he had to take a hit paying the subcontractor out of his own pocket. Rob is an honest, hard-working guy, and he and his team never disappoint! I highly recommend Pro Sewer Repair for your sewer line repair needs.

Bill is a great guy that happens to be a plumber. He has done about $10k worth of work for me at my facility in West Seattle. From the big jobs to the small ones I know I can count on him.
We had a busted sewer line and Bill was knee deep in poo and he still had a great attitude and he knew exactly what to do. I was throwing up behind the bulldozer thing because the smell was so bad. It was terrible.
I trust him to do all my work and I highly recommend him if you're in deep poo.

Elvis accommodated me into their busy schedule and sent over plumbers Tim and Jared within a few hours of my call. They were on time, professional, friendly, and very helpful in educating me about what repairs were needed. They also gave me recommendations and suggestions on how I could address my irrigation plumbing issue and toilet repair. I would highly recommend them and use them again. It is hard to find a reliable and honest plumber these days so I was very glad to have found them.

Had a slow-running laundry drain that was fixed fairly quickly. Some hard pipe turns required pro service. The crew was professional, friendly, and efficient even though it was nothing major. Only peeve was the billing where a discount was applied to an unexpected travel service fee/TOT that offset the charge and Seattle tax was applied even though the job was outside Seattle. Minor but noticeable. Would use again and recommend if the accounting is more accurate.

We had the main water line leak and were without water to our home. I Need A Plumber Now (Also a 5 star company) came out right away and after some digging decided it would be cheaper to have a leak locator instead of paying them by the hour to keep digging. Water travels in mysterious ways underground. Brandon arrive just a few hours after I called, located the leak to within 6, and viola! Less than 24 hours later we were back in business. I strongly recommend you contact American Leak Detection any time you have a pending underground disaster!

I'm kind of new to the home owning game and was in search of my first plumber. I talked to two that were booked 6 weeks out, one that asked me to call back the following week to schedule a time (um, no) an another who never returned my voice mails (I left two because it was a referral from a friend). I went online and found Joe's plumbing. Aros is the owner and he has great review on Yelp and as you read here multiple times, he has ONLINE SCHEDULING, aka dream come true. You schedule your time and then there is a comments section where I got to ask question regarding the job I scheduled for. Again, I'm new to this home thing and not sure what I really needed done. Joe emailed me back and advised me how my issue could best be handled. I then got a confirmation reminder email before my appt with him. So many great things all before I even met Aros. Well he couldn't have been any nicer. He explained to me exactly what was wrong. He answered all my questions and was very helpful in my understanding of the situation. I really appreciated that. He was on time and super courteous. Call Joe's Plumbing. Better yet, go online and schedule!

No water on our job site Blake's plumbing came in and in 30min we had a bathroom we could use. Thank you! From the girls at ServiceMaster!

While installing a sprinkler system, the installer saw that the pipe coming from the meter into the home was a 1 metal pipe. We needed to install a T joint into the pipe so the installer could finish. Being a Sunday, it was challenging to locate a plumber. After searching on Nextdoor that Is how I came across Wezee. Joshua arrived when I was told, reviewed what was needed, quoted a fair price, and after some time, the job was completed. Can't say enough about the professional and knowledgeable way the job was handled. Well worth the call to Wezee for your plumbing needs.

I initially was drawn to this company since they don't have the absurd charges of $118 just for showing up, then another absurd rate every 15 minutes. They come out (free) and give you a bid for the whole job. Since I was out of town, my property manager handled this one. My problem was a clogged drain in the driveway. The bid came in at $300, which was accepted. When the time came, they came out with a snake and cleared the pipe. Total time: 30 minutes. This is equal to $600/hour!!! Not even Johnny Cochrane got that for defending OJ!
Then I got lip from the plumber when I questioned the charge (bid) for such a short amount of work.
Bottom line: This company is a rip-off and they know it. My review is posted here so the rest of the world can know it as well. I'll never use them again, and I'll make sure my friends and property manager never do either.

Questionable on a few levels. My electric water heater started leaking over the holiday weekend. The other company referred by Home Depot was hard to reach but provided a quote by phone and a choice of water heaters. However, they couldn't come out same day. This company would not give an over the phone quote and collected no details about my water heater beyond the nature of the problem. They said the estimate was free, but did not mention the trip charge until I said to cancel the visit if there was a charge. They then said they would waive it. The guy then gets lost and I get a call to confirm my address. He shows up with his partner and tells me that I need earthquake straps. I am also told there are 2 water heaters in the truck. One is gas, the other electric. I am asked which one I want. Seriously? Are you a professional? He then goes off to his truck to write the estimate and returns with an estimate at least 60% higher than the other company. I decide I can wait one more day and tell him thanks but no thanks. He tries to change my mind by talking about the importance of being licensed bonded and insured. Like the other company isn't. Wholly unprofessional. Will not call them again.
