I discovered I had an outside sewer line that had a crack in it and the old city sewer team came out and fix it the very next morning. They were extremely friendly and helpful and explained what they are doing the entire time. I highly recommend all city sewer repair!

They worked on switching my home from septic to sewer. They are fast, reliable and way cheaper than the 4 other companies that quoted the job. The workers are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I am a Realtor in the Snohomish area and recently used this company for a sewer scope.  I was highly impressed and will be using them again!

When my hot water tank was leaking from the bottom, I called around and ask for price estimate. Most places I called was just told me they have to sent someone out to look at it and there will be a mandatory charge even if I end up not hiring them for service. Until I called Mr. Rooter, the lady at their customer service desk was very patient. Even though they cannot quote me an exact price without looking at the problem. But she's able to listen to me and explained what the cost could be. The technician came first thing in the morning, he was friendly and very professional. Within the next day, I have my new water tanker installed. Few months later, my neighbor told me that they were concern about my water pipe outside is dripping occasionally. I decided to call Mr. Rooster for help. Again, they are supper helpful. They came right away and ends up everything is fine and normal. The occasional water drip is absolutely normal and that's what it does to prevent over pressure. Totally a fault alarm. They didn't charge me a single dime for the service call at all.

Green Planet was awesome in getting our complicated water heater issue fixed. It was a busy time with lots of pipes breaking in the deep freeze.  Although it took a few days to get scheduled, they were excellent keeping in touch and following up. They did the repairs in a few hours and for a great price. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend they be your first call for plumbing issues!

The fact that they are green friendly gives them a 6th star! :)

I used this company this summer and was very pleased with there work. When my water heater started to leak I called them right away! They came out and replaced it same day with a great energy efficient, larger heater then I had previously. I have recommended to friends in the area and they have been happy with their work as well!

Who would have ever thought having to call a plumber would be a pleasant experience?  After putting off our basement toilet replacement for way too long and too many vague quotes and stipulations, we found Sam and All Ways Rooter.  He was prepared, on time, professional, very quick to get us on his schedule, and does wonderful work, I cannot recommend Sam and All Ways Rooter more. I certainly don't want or wish for any more plumbing issues in the near future, but if that is the case, it will be a pleasure to work with Sam again. to take care of our problems.

Tech City Plumbing has proven to be a great referral.  Our kitchen sink hose had a leak and needed to be replaced.  Since it was under warranty we were able to get the part delivered and just needed someone to install it.  While this sounds like a simple task, I can tell you from past experience that sometimes when working with someone the hardest part is simply getting them to take a call, getting back to you, and showing up.  I was surprised on how easy it was to get ahold of Tim and that when on the call he actually took the time to listen and asses the situation.  Given we are in a condo and we didn't want to have an unfortunate leak into our neighbors unit below he was very helpful in being available the day the part arrived.  I am very happy with the service Tech City provided and while I hope I don't need to use them anytime soon, I won't hesitate when I do.

I found Action via a couple of NextDoor neighbor recommendations.  I called Monday evening & the crew arrive on time, to the minute the following morning.  Quick, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable & clean.  No upsell.  My new go-to for my mainline clean out!

I had a huge water leak between the meter and my house which is about 100 feet. The water department could not locate it and my bill was over $800 higher. They suggested American Leak Detection out of Seattle. I called them, they came out the next day and located the leak within 4 inches. I could not believe how accurate they were. Fantastic service. I highly recommend them.

Very professional and efficient. After he left, you could not tell a plumber had worked on all 3 of our toilets. He kept the floors so clean. Highly recommended!!

I called Aros after seeing the reviews on Yelp. I was not disappointed. My tenants were having an issue with the shower handle being loose. I scheduled a free estimate online and Aros showed up early. It took him 10 minutes. He said he would find a replacement part and start there. He didn't think it was going to be a bigger job. He said he would schedule with my tenant for another time to come back and finish the job.

Later that same day he called to say he found a part for $29, and he would call the tenant and see if he could get back in the same day to fix the problem. He said it would take him 10 minutes tops. He called again later to say the job was done and if there was a problem in the future with the handle he would follow up. I haven't received the bill yet, but I know it will be less than what I thought I was going to spend.

It is such a comfort to have a reliable plumber that isn't going to price gouge you. Aros is wonderful to work with and I will use him again in the future.

I can't say enough on how appropriative I am about their service and how they saved me from thousands of dollars for a difficult job that was needed. Would recommend them hands down.

We wanted to switch out our kitchen faucet and we got in touch with Louise at WeZee's. The booking process was painless and Zach communicated all throughout the day to let us know that he was running on schedule. The install was well done and they paid attention to not leaving a mess behind. I'll definitely ask him to come back for my other projects in my home.

We hired South West Plumbing to fix a leaky faucet in the tub/shower.  $2617.56 later and we still don't have a functioning faucet.  The plumber had to buy replacement parts, but he bought the wrong tub spout.  He told us we could replace that part our selves.  That if he replaced it he would have to charge us 10x what it would cost to do it our selves.  You get that?  He bought the wrong part and won't make it right.

I am very unhappy with Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating. I needed a very simple job performed for my tenant. I was first called and told plumber would show up at around 8am. They then called back saying they made a mistake and had to re-schedule for the afternoon. This happens sometimes, not a big deal, except that I was not reachable by phone at the new time. I had to auto-approve the work to be done. The plumber fixed the trap that was leaking under the sink, no parts needed, took about 20 minutes. A very simple plumbing job. I was charged $250. I called and politely complained about being charged so much money for such a trivial job. That amounts to over $500 an hour for a plumber. I won't be using this company again. I was told they would make a note in my file for management that I feel the price it too high.
