Best Sewer Services in Seattle WA

Linder Electric Electrician
Had these guys out yesterday to install a new panel and upgrade my house's service from 100 to 200 amps. They got the work done smoothly and efficiently, and cleaned up all of the dust, etc, left behind by cutting the wall for the bigger panel. But the thing that makes me rate them five stars: after all the wiring was hooked up to the new panel, Matt went through the house to test appliances and outlets and make sure everything was working correctly... and found some outlets that had been wired wrong by a previous electrician, with a missing neutral connection. He tested and inspected them until he found the outlet where the problem started, and fixed the wiring so the outlets were fully functional again. No extra charge! Glad I got these guys, and I'll totally be calling them up the next time i need electrical work done.

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating Air Electrician
Our 20 yr old furnace quit on us right before the coldest days of the year (December 2022) and Seatown was the only company we called that had relatively quick availability (days, rather than weeks).  Communication was very good throughout the process so we knew who our technician would be and when they'd arrive; the tech was really good at letting me watch his diagnostic process and explaining potential fixes.  Of course it made more sense to replace the furnace, which they installed several cold days later; similar top notch service during that process, too.  I'm sure we paid a premium, but it was worth it when the outside temps were in the 20s right before the holidays.

Hunt's Services Electrician
This company is a rip off. The company either is very incompetent or they are running a scam.
I contacted Hunt Service after locating their information on Angie's list to unclog a bathtub drain in a duplex that I owned. The tech came out took a look and quoted me $399.99 to snake both tub drains. I was later informed via a phone call that he was unable to clear the drain after snaking only the one unit and that the situation would require another approach.
When I asked what were my options he informed me that he would have to replace all the old galvanized pipes under the duplex at a cost of approximately $3,000. I asked if could provide me with an estimate so that I can compare it with additional estimates that I would be obtaining. The tech informed me he would have to locate the pipes first before he can quote me an estimate; he asked if there was a crawl space under the house. I had assumed that he would have located the crawl space, the drain and the water cut off before attempting to unclog the tub. The final estimate came out to be 4,640.00.

The next day I was able to locate Conan Drain Cleaning service who came out and cleared the clog with a single application of the snake through the kitchen drain at a price of 259.00. It took Conan one attempt and he came and left inside of 30 minutes. This guy was a blessing. I asked him why Hunt's tech could not clear the clog and his response was that the Hunt tech didn't know what they were doing.
I will be writing a letter requesting my 465.00 charge refunded for either total incompetents or for running a scam on the paying public.

Beacon Plumbing Electrician
Beacon is expensive, but when you have a situation that needs immediate attention they're the right guys to call. Zadrien came out the same day I called, assessed the situation, communicated up front about cost before initiating work and gave the tenants all sorts of advice to prevent repeat visits.

They guys from Resicon are amazing!  I've had them out to install ductless heat pumps at two homes I've had and each time it's been a great experience.  They are courteous, clean, and efficient!  If I could give 10 starts I would!!

South West Electrician
Why didn't I check Yelp first?!?!?!  Like other people have said here, talk about scam artists and up-sellers!!

I had a dripping bathtub faucet, I received a $45 coupon in the mail, so called them.  Yes, they were nice, yes they put booties on, they were very quick, replaced the cartridge in about 15  minutes.  But when I turned the water on & off again to see if the drip had stopped, it hadn't.  It definitely had slowed way down, but had not stopped completely.   James tried to tell me that it would eventually stop.  I didn't buy it, and asked him to fix it again.  He did, and it stopped dripping.  Then he showed me why my faucet had been dripping, all the greenish mineral build-up on the cartridge.  And then showed me why the one he replaced it with was still dripping a little, it also had mineral build-up on it.  He said this time he replaced it with a new one.  WHAT?  YOU MEAN YOU REPLACED MY CARTRIDGE WITH A USED ONE THE FIRST TIME?  No wonder it was dripping too!  Then, not only did he charge me $375 for the quick repair, he said he could replace my failed pressure regulator on my water heater for a mere $735!

I am kicking myself for not shopping around, but I am moving this weekend and just needed to get it done.  Don't get scammed by them!!!

DEAR Services: Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Electrician
Go someplace else. Do not be stupid like me !
The bad reviews are real.
I hired them to install a new furnace and heat pump. Spent $25K
The salesman was pushy and promised excellent customer service. After the heat pump install the county inspector came out and told Dear Services that the location of the heat pump was not within code and had to be moved out a min of 10 inches from the wall.
The technician came back out and USED A 2X4 BETWEEN THE WALL AND HEAT PUMP to move it out without disconnecting or bending the pipe. I told him it was not acceptable and I wanted the piping to be pulled against the wall down to the ground and over because of the likelihood it would be damaged, I have trees overhead.
Dear Services never sent anyone back to fix it. I called several times, sent pictures. I was told by Larry their HVAC manager that oh yes we will be out Friday between 8-10 nobody shows up. I call and they say oh it was 8-12 again nobody shows up. I call again and now I have been rescheduled for Saturday. I call Larry again and he tells me some BS about they will be out between 8-10, once again nobody shows up. I call and you guessed it, oh it was between 8-12. I wait again and nobody shows up. Nobody calls, no one answers their phone. Once again I wait all day and nobody shows up even though they keep telling me the technician is still going to show up that day.
