Linder Electric Electrician
I would not do business with these guys. Several of their installed GFCI burnt out on a house we just purchased. They came to take a look at it and blamed it on other contractors. They went ahead and replaced them all without giving any quote or estimate. They were there for about 45 mins. Later sent me a bill for $500 which I had perceived to be warranty related work. If it was not, they should have been upfront and provided a quote so I could decide I want to work with a company who does work that fails so quickly. I would not be surprised if I find more issues with their work.

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating Air Electrician
I did not get service from here because I decided I no longer wanted to do an update but had an inspection session. They are very organized and on time with great customer service line, text message on the arrival time, accurate and detailed breakdown of cost and jobs needed. Very reliable and they are expanding services they offer, so I am definitely calling them in the future!! Also very reasonable price, compared to 2 other places I got estimates from :)

Hunt's Services Electrician
In December we had a slow drain issue with a shower and a toilet. Hunt's came in to check on it and used a scope which cost $300 not including tax. Their equipment had a crack and the technician couldn't really tell what the issue was. He said that the line seemed clear and went on his way.
It's been months and the issue came up again. We called Hunt's and they sent two techs. The guys were very casual and weren't that professional. I might say down right rude except when my husband came home, they suddenly turned nice and polite.
To diagnose the main tech flushed the toilet and said it looks like everything is fine. I told them no we have a draining issue. So I went upstairs and turned on the showers and flushed toilets. Sure enough, the drain issue appeared. The tech said, I don't know what to tell you. It looks fine. But If you want us to scope it's $300 is that what you want? I said, We have a drain issue. We need it fixed and if you need to scope it then yes.
He got the scope and was pretty curt as if he really didn't want to be there. He said there was a big break in the sewer line and it was under the house. He showed me the screen and I couldn't even really tell where the break was it was so blurry. He said they would have to dig the foundation but had a much more expensive solution that will not require digging. He said they would shoot epoxy through the line at the cost of $8600. We agreed to the price as we were in an emergency situation.

They came in the following day and dug out the area right outside of the house. The main tech said HE BROKE the line because it was made of electrical piping. I had to call my builder to confirm that its and older house and they might have broken and old pipe that attached to the septic.
The tech said to repair, they will have to dig through the house after all. He was very smug saying- I hope it's not under the kitchen cabinets. He said he didn't know exactly where the break was and that it was going to cost $1,000 to $1200 more than the original quote. I asked I thought digging was cheaper than the epoxy. He said, I really don't want to be jackhammering. That's not what we're here to do.
I called another plumbing company and this time a very professional gentleman said he would scope the line for $39 ($43.00 with tax) and will give me the videos so I can make a decision after. His equipment was so clear that I was able to see where the line break was. He showed me exactly what needed to be done to repair the issue was super professional and courteous. He came at a slightly lower price and I needed to make a decision which company to go with.
I called Hunts and told them that when we gave them our credit card, we had agreed to the epoxy solution but haven't gotten any updated scope of work after their tech broke the existing pipe. They directed me to the plumbing manager, Aaron, who was really nice. The issue was that they charged our credit card $4300.00 and couldn't ensure how quickly they could refund it if I cancelled the job.

I decided to follow through with Hunt's mainly because Aaron said he could match the price of the other company and that he was going to guarantee that the job would be done right. That was Friday March 19.

The job was to start today March 20. Aaron leaves me a message at 7 am saying that he had bad news. His crew called in sick and can't do the job. He'd try to get it done tomorrow. All the while we have been without proper plumbing and have been leaving the house to a family member's to use the bathroom shower etc. We've been washing dishes with a hose and laundry has piled up.

I'm leaving this negative review as a PSA to make people aware that Hunt's may not be the best option out there. They have proven to be overpriced, with older equipment, lackadaisical crew and worse yet supremely unreliable despite making assurances otherwise. They were quick to make charges on my credit card and iffy regarding the timeline of refunds.

I will update this review to recommend the company that we are going with once the job is done.

A Advanced Septic & Construction Services Electrician
We are disappointed with the service we received. First of all, we were charged more than most companies charge. Not only for the pump fee, but the fee to pump the pump chamber. Other companies cut the second pump fee in half. Also, we were told by your company that we needed a new pump. So we got a second opinion. Turns out, we did not need a pump at all! It was working just fine. A few wires were not working properly but the pump was still working. We expect at LEAST to be reimbursed for the troubleshooting fee. We feel like your company was very dishonest and took advantage of us during these hard times.

***UPDATE***
We were reimbursed the troubleshooting fee.

Resicon Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electrical Electrician
I called while we were selling our house. All our outbuildings had no power all of a sudden. The technician sent was prompt and friendly. Our power was back on within an hour. Prices were very reasonable and I am very pleased with the service. With other electricians I have used I felt like they would find more problems than necessary to charge more money. That was not the case with Resicon. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

South West Electrician
I wasn't sure where I should have put the rating because the problem that existed that led me to call Southwest remains without change.
I have used Southwest several times over the last few years.  Their work has always been very satisfactory and I have never had residual complaints.
In early June, when the home interior temperature started rising I called Southwest to have an inspection done to see why the air conditioning system didn't seem to be getting the job done.  Let me explain what the problem was: it seemed that despite the air conditioning system running almost 24-7 the interior temperature was not going down, and in fact, often times, despite it running, the interior temperature was actually going up.
Upon arrival, the Southwest technician, identified as Dave Sully, almost immediately asked me the square footage of the home.  I told him it was just a few feet short of 2500 square feet.  After looking at the furnace he explained that the furnace was not adequate to properly move air thru out the home.
After listening to his explanation on the physics of air movement my wife and I agreed to have a new furnace installed at a cost of almost $4600.
On June 6, 2016 the new furnace was installed.  Herein lies the problem. We find absolutely no discernible difference in air movement.  The problem we had with the temperature not going down with the air conditioning system operating still exists, and in fact, sometimes increases despite the air conditioning system being in operation.  We feel like we bought a pig in a poke.  The question is, did we really need a new furnace, that we were lead to believe would move more air, when in fact it does not. Probably not.  Frankly, I believe we threw away $4600.

DEAR Services: Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Electrician
Guess I should have read some of the reviews before calling this place. Made an appointment for Monday March 8. Was told between 1 and 5. After 5 I figured they wouldn't be coming. They show up at 6:30. I showed them the problem. They said the bathtub stems would probably need replaced since the washers I had replaced seemed to fail. They said they would give me a quote but wouldn't be able to do it today. I asked when they said tomorrow between 1 and 5. Oh so I would have to waste another day off. Then they come back with a quote of $795.00. I about fell over. To change 3 stems on a bathtub they want $795.00. I told them no way. That is nothing but theft. I think they charge to much and if they weren't going to be here on time they should have called or sent me a text.
