Best Sewer Services in Seattle WA
All city sewer repair did an amazing job in my house. They showed up on time, they were professional and they did great work. I've had a lot of trouble with other similar companies trying to solve the same issue. They came out with extremely thoroughness and for a great price. Can't recommend them enough.

We used DC to replace our entire sewer line last August for our 1953 home in Seattle (I'm a bit delayed in writing this review!) but were very impressed with the job and the DC team. Not only did they come in quite a bit under the rest of the quotes we got, they were able to get us in THAT WEEK (because of another job they had in the area). They were prompt, easy to work with, kind, and very reasonably priced -- I enjoyed working with Colin on the estimate/project scope and Chris/Angel on the actual job. The only reason I'm rating them a 4 instead of a 5 is they missed one hookup coming out of out laundry room which resulted in a little bit of a mess when we ran our laundry the next week, but they were out to fix it promptly and were very apologetic (missed communication) about it. Regardless of that, I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Hydro Physics did our sewer scope when we bought our new home, and when we needed to follow up with them about questions a few months later, we got great, responsive customer service from Rick and Trina. They are terrific people to work with -- even long after the sewer scope is done!

My side sewer backed up. They came and removed a tangle of roots then did a sewer scope to check the line. The staff on the phone arranged my appointment for service efficiently. My technicians Michael Barbosa and Karol Zepeda were both fantastic. They took the time to make sure my sewer line was properly cleared and then cleared a second clog from the backup into the bathroom. Thanks to Michael for also showing me how to easily clean a slow running sink drain.

I called Pro Sewer Repair last Sunday evening when I realized my sump pump had been running for three days nonstop. The super nice man who answered said that it would be very expensive to get the pump replaced by any vendor on a Sunday night. But he offered to talk me through step by step on how to try to fix it myself if it was just stuck and not broken. He stayed on the phone explaining what to do until it was unjammed. It's been almost a week and it's still fixed! I'm so grateful that generous people like this still exist. They made no money from me for this episode -- not even a service call. I have two different sump pumps (ground water and sewer) and will definitely be calling them first if I have any repair issues in the future and for annual maintenance.

I hired Dave Sipila, owner of Maple Valley Plumbing to replace a 9 year old water heater in a condo I recently purchased. He arrived at the scheduled time and provided excellent customer service along with doing a very professional installation of the water heater. He also looked at my Dishwasher which I recently had an issue with. I would definitely recommend Dave and Maple Valley Plumbing.

Very happy with experience. I started calling services Friday afternoon and he was the first able to come to our aid [Saturday, first thing]. Honored his phone estimate, cost reasonable. We have a drain that needs professional servicing every 3-5 years; he did a much better job than the other services. AND, he recommended prevention [liquid enzymes] to prolong time before next need. Will use again, if I need service.

I would just want to say, Thank you so much! We were having a serious water pressure issue, awhile ago our hot water heater hot hose got a pin hole in it and we didn't know until our besetment was complete flooded! As I tried to shut the water off, and get the hose replaced. When I turned everything back on I guess I didn't turn the valve far enough and had been living with bad water pressure ever scent's. So I got tired of it and I asked my son-in-law for a recommendation of a plumber he used a few weeks earlier, he gave me tech city's number. Made an appointment and today was the day... Can you even guess what it was, yeah yeah.. I didn't turn the valve all the way back on.. Feeling pretty stupid, They were so kind! Turned the valve and did some checking and didn't even charge me, Who dose that any more? Thank you guys, 5 star's and a hug to boot!!!

Woke up this morning to the smell of....well, you know. I called a half dozen places until we came across Action Jackson. Super friendly on the phone. Promised to arrive in 2 hours. Please hurry...the sewer has backed up into our basement. YUCK! The owner shows up in less than 1 hour...on a Saturday! Worked his tail off with a very positive 'we got this' kinda attitude. The job was done quick and clean. Highly recommended!

From their customer service to their technicians, American Leak Detection has exceeded all my expectations! My plumber had referred me to this company after I found out that my water usage had doubled. I spoke to Bobby Sue from their office, and she was very friendly and accommodating as she was able to fit me in for an appointment the same day. Their technicians Turner and Ben were very professional! Not only did they find the leak in my crawl space, but they were educating me during their entire leak detection process which I definitely appreciated.
Even though this is a terrible situation for me, I am so glad to have this company help me find my leak as well educate me along the way. I will definitely be contacting this company again if I have another leak, I just hope that doesn't happen for a long time. Thank you American Leak Detection!!!

What a great company. We called because our disposal had stopped. The plumber took a look at it and it was just jammed. It took him just a couple of minutes and said I would only need pay for the service call. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

We just used Jafco on a big sewer and plumbing job on our 1966 home. We were very pleased with the estimator/manager, sewer and plumbing crews work. They were honest, hardworking, knew what they were doing, neat and complete.
Our Issues:
1. Our 1966 basement toilet plumbing pipes were corroded and flushes had gotten very weak, and we had too many backups into the shower from it.
2. Old, cracked sewer line out to the sidewalk.
3. Sadly, old cast iron sewer and plumbing pipes all met up under our family cement floor. YIKES!!!!!
We had 4 bids. We went with Jafco as they had the best reviews on-line.
The Job:
1. Reline the sewer pipes out to the sidewalk replacing some of the main pipes in the house.
2. Replace basement bathroom plumbing pipes in the basement bathroom.
The worst part is the fact that our 1966 house sewer/plumbing pipes are buried 3 feet under cement in our family room carpet. They had to use a cement cutter to create a 20 ft V shaped trench to replace pipes in family room floor as well as jackhammer under the shower and toilet.
It was a big 2.5 week job. It was costly primarily due to the cutting cement and digging trenches inside my house. The work was topnotch, both inside and out. If we wanted our 3rd bathroom back in service, we had no choice but to replace pipes that were underneath our cement family room floor.
We were very, very pleased with the Jafco workers, workmanship, consulting us along the way, and the results. We have no complaints.
If you have a big sewer/plumbing job go with the best out there. One thing I learned about trenchless sewer pipe relining is that there are two different ways to reline them. Jafco uses Nu-Flo liner, not the material that is blown in which is the more commonly used product. I felt Nu-Flo was a better product.

I want to have a long-term relationship with Wezee's Plumbing. As soon as I called and spoke with Louise, I knew I'd be in good hands. Both she and Zach were friendly and accommodating every step of the way and, most importantly, they really seem to know their stuff. And, because I was calling from Portland about a home that I still own in Seattle, they really could've taken advantage of me because I wasn't on-site when the work was done. But they didn't. They're fair and trustworthy and really easy to work with.
I'm not sure if I'll have any more plumbing needs anytime soon, but I know who I'll be calling when I do!

Upsell upsell upsell, bordering on extortion.
I had a drain issue and they came out, looked at the drain, and said I needed to replace a very specific piece of pipe further down the line. It's possible this was right, but I said I wanted to get a second opinion and was basically told that they were going to charge me for the visit (having done nothing) which was half the price of what it would have been to have the pipe replaced.
I also had them out to do some routine sewer maintenance and they used scare tactics to try to get me to do multi-thousand dollar work on my sewer line. Thankfully this time I said no and got a smaller local company out to give me a second opinion.
Two stars only because they came on time and were courteous.

I called Puget sound due to a friends recommendation and I'm sure glad I did. The dispatcher I spoke with was very clear that there would be a $50 charge to come out to quote me on the work which I think is appropriate, these guys are taking time to come out to look at the problem and if I used them it would be counted to my service, understandable time is money people!
Drew and his apprentice James showed up and were very clear what needed to be done to fix the leak and provided me with a quote. After talking with my husband we agreed that it was a fair price and would have them complete the work after having a few other companies come out to give a free quote we thought the professionalism was worth the extra money. SO happy with how the work was done and how quickly I had my shower back!
Call them you wouldn't be disappointed!
