Best Sewer Services in Seattle WA
We had BJ out to the house from Linder Electric to look into some issues that came out of a power outage. He found the problem right away. We also had him inspect our generator plug which turned out to be very unsafe and he alerted us to that. Also quite important was the fact that he showed up promptly when he said he was going to, got right to work, and completed the job as quickly as he could safely manage. I would recommend Linder for someone looking for a trusty and experienced electrician.

the work that Seatown did was good enough. they go on and on about customer service, but they left a bit of a mess ( garbage on my kitchen counter, drop cloth left in my living room, broke my garden gate -they never warned me, but to their credit, they did come back and fix it after I called a few times). but the biggest problem is that they charge absolutely outrageous prices. they charged me over $6300 for less than a days work!!! even w 2 technicians that comes out to almost $400 an hour for EACH 20+ yr old technician. some of the best attorneys in Seattle don't charge nearly that much. think of that: $6300 dollars for eight hours work. you feel really used afterwards.
if you don't call around and find a less pretentious outfit, you are likely to feel like someone really took advantage of you. it doesn't leave a good taste in your mouth.

After the dust has settled from my first and I hope last encounter with Hunt Services, I feel like this experience was a cross between a walk down the garden path and being left in the woods on a snipe hunt. I was on the internet looking for someone to do some electrical work around our home and I filled out a work request form and I received a call from Hunt Services. I was told about the $99.00 service call fee and scheduled a appointment. When the employees showed up to get the info on my project, not once did they offer me a written estimate. I asked the employee if he needed a deposit and he told me no, the only thing I was being charged for that day was the $99.00 service fee. Wrong. I checked my credit card statement the next day and there was a charge on my account for ($1, 289.63) I provided all of the products to complete this project. The 2 employees who came to the house were very efficient and knowledgeable about electrical issues and they had the project completed in 3 hours. I asked for a invoice to pay my bill and I was told one would be sent to my email account. Our printer was not working at this time so it took me a couple of days for the ton of bricks to come crashing down on me when I did finally see this invoice. I was being charged ($2,456.43) for this 3 hour project. The last time I looked Electricians were getting about $40.00 per hour, not $400.00. The one charge that really frosted my cookies was for ($676.66) to install 2 (4' plug in florescent light fixtures above a shelf in the garage. We all like to see a business do well in these hard times, but this was more than just being heavy handed. I would strongly recommend that you avoid having to use any of Hunts Services, if this is how normal business is done' RIP OFF

I had a septic alarm issue and called them at 7:00 a.m. They had a technician out to my house within a couple house. Dante was very professional and did a great job explaining what was happening with my septic. The customer service was exceptional from the call I made in the morning to when the technician left our house. I would highly recommend them.

I emailed Craig for a quote for a ductless heat pump and he quickly got back to me and came out to our house (in Shoreline) to provide a quote. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgable. On the day of installation, his workers were clean, considerate, and thorough. He even called to check and see how they everything was doing. I would definitely recommend Craig and his company for your heating and cooling needs.

On November 25th I called /scheduled an appointment with SW PLUMBING to have my hot water tank looked at and possibly replaced. They were able to make an appointment for me the next day November 26th. They arrived on time and found that the dip stick in my water tank was broken and most likely the cause of my lack of water pressure and luke warm water. $5,300 dollars and four hours later I hAD a new 50 gallon hot water tank installed.
When I went to take a shower that same day there was no hot water. I checked to make sure that the thermostat on the water heater was set to high and it was set as high as it could possibly go. And this began the nightmare of dealing with SW Plumbing and its very poor customer service.
Thursday was Thanksgiving so I waited to call on Friday to talk with SW Plumbing. I had a conversation with one of the managers at SW Plumbing, (Bryce) for two reasons, one was to report that the hot water tank was not providing hot water and to check in about the cost of this 50 gallon hot water tank. I was told that he would need to look at the invoice which he would not receive until Monday and that there was nothing he could do for me until then.
I waited until Monday to hear back from Bryce but by late morning I decided to call. He did take my call, and he let me know he had not yet looked at my invoice. I told him I am still not getting hot water and I wanted someone to come out to my house. He told me he could get someone out there on Thursday. I told him that was not going to work and I wanted someone at my home that day.
Later that day I was told that someone would come out at 5PM. On my way home to meet the plumber I received a call from Gayle with SW Plumbing letting me know he would be late. I thanked him for his call and waited at home. At almost seven my phone rang and by the time I answered it the call had gone to voicemail. It was Gayle from SW plumbing letting me know he has been unable to find my home and he was leaving. The caller had a NO Caller ID and he did not leave his number on the voicemail. I then contacted dispatch to ask them to contact Gayle so that I could help him get to my home. They told me they would contact him and get back to me. Dispatch did not call me back and after an hour I called them back. They are also were not helpful, did not provide good customer service and had no idea what was going on. They had no solution and acted like it was a problem that I was even calling.
On Tuesday I contacted SW Plumbing and then again on Wednesday. I told the dispatch office that I wanted them to send someone out to get their water tank and I would find another company to help me. I contacted another plumbing company , Puget Sound Plumbing and told them the situation. The officer manager said she would contact SW Plumbing to find out about them paying them to come out and fix the hot water tank for them since it would be such a hassle for me to have a whole new replacement.
Wouldn't you know they told Puget Sound Plumbing they would send someone out that day, Wednesday a full week after having the hot water tank was put in by SW Plumbing. I met the plumber at my home and he took a look at the mixing valve. He told me I could take off the valve and clean it but I may not be able to re-install it and it is very expensive to replace. Or I can move the lever on your valve to see if it makes a difference. He also told me he could not remember where the lever on the valve was facing when he initially replaced the hot water tank. He thought we should first try to move the lever to open the valve more and see if that would fixed it. He opened the valve, it seemed that there was some hot water and off he went. He told me to call him the next day if I was not getting hot water. Later that evening we had no hot water again. The next day I called SW Plumbing and asked for the plumber to call me. He did return my call and told me to try to open the valve up more.
I ventured down to the garage and looked at that lever and I read the instructions on the lever. Lucky for me I did because I was told the incorrect way to move the lever. I read the instructions on the lever that controls the valve and there it was FINALLY HOT WATER!!!!!!!!!
The heating system I have in my home is considered/called Radiant Heat. The heat is located in the walls and the hot water is used for heating. I knew nothing about what or where the valves were or what they did other then I have many pipes on my garage wall for the plumbing. During this entire week we had freezing temperatures in the Pacific Northwest and we were without hotwater.
I was told I would receive a small refund and I have not received that. I have not received any courtesy call from Bryce, Gayle or anyone else at SW Plumbing.
I will never use SW Plumbing and I am telling all of my family , friends and the Better Business Bureau about this company . I hope whoever reads finds this he

I was looking for estimates for a new water heater and this company wanted over 4000 to install a new heater. I would recommend not going through this company. Their plumber that came out was nice and courteous and very knowledgeable but the pricing just doesn't add up considering it only takes a few hours to install a water heater and a new 50 Gallon gas heater is less than 700 dollars.
