Best Drain Cleaning in Seattle WA

Dave was highly responsive when I finally decided, after several months of a poorly flushing toilet, that I needed help. He quickly dispatched Jimmy who came out, went through a great elimination process, communicated superbly with me, isolated the problem, made the repair, put everything back where it belonged & graciously made his exit. I love these guys! They do what they say they're going to do, when they say they'll do it and are incredibly gracious in the process!

I've asked Bill to come over around 5 or 6 times and he also worked for a friend of mine. Always on time, figures out what needs to be done on existing construction (replacing a kitchen faucet today), works fast, keeps things clean, and never a need to call back. Never has needed to go fetch a part because his truck is completely stocked and organized. Very reasonable price (I pay before he leaves the house). It doesn't get any better.

I am writing my second review as a story after the first. After i wrote my review, i got  some phone calls from mr rooter's service manager. He wanted to make things straight. I agreed to have his senior technitian at our house as he offerred. Saturday morning at 8:45am for 9:30am appointment. The same technitian showed up. He looked confuse. I explained what i was offerred.  He made a phone call to his office and took off. I got another phone call from a dispatcher lady and told me there was a confusion. I made another appointment for after 1pm. A field supervisor/manager came and offered to fix the galvanized pipe that got a hole from the last procedure. He fixed for free and took off. We felt better with the repaired pipe, but i was wondering if the $500 charge included the expectation the possible repair.. Thanks for the repair, though.

Sometimes when people go to my house they do an, lol. But to my face, and don't even try and hide it when they see this.

After Hours Services responded within 10 minutes to a request for a quote for replacing a busted garbage disposal and sink hose. Within 20 minutes, Will had an appointment time for me the next day and an estimate for the service. He showed up on time with advance notice, got the job done, and was very friendly with reasonable prices. Everything you can hope for when working with a plumber! I wouldn't hesitate to hire After Hours Services again.

Just to update my review below, we recently had Jeff replace a surface mounted bathtub water faucet as part of a bathroom remodel project. This was a really difficult job in that soldering the supply lines was complex and the access to the plumbing was really, really limited. Jeff handled it all in a competent and professional manner. We're really pleased with the results.

I contacted Pro Sewer Repair on the recommendation of a friend after a rooter company gave my a quote for extensive repairs. Here's what happened. I had a back up in my sewer line.  I called a rooter service.  They came out, repaired my line and proceeded to tell me that I needed much more work done: a liner, replacing a section ....  Totaling $$,$$$. Rob came out and looked through my sewer line with his camera.  As he took me on a tour of my sewer line, he explained in detail the condition of my sewer line, the materials that were used in its construction, and what I might need to do in the future.  He told me that nothing more needed to be done right now.  It was such a relief to me. He also tightened and repositioned the initial repair as the original company left the fittings on the pipe in a loosened position.  I am very appreciative of Rob.  My advice - call him first. And he will do it right the first time!

dave a great owner operator, answered the call and came out as so as he could, got my broken water line fixed in no time, was fair with the price and did an excellent job. Way better to call them and not those crazy TV advertising plumbers that way over charge.

Prompt at appointment time and got the sewer clean out done very quickly. Would strongly recommend.

I called them yesterday about a sticky bathroom faucet I had - they gave me a flat price to replace it and showed up right on time the very next day.  Guy was super nice and professional, checked out the sink and went right to work.  Cleaned up after he was done - everything is perfect.  Price was very fair, service was very fast, and I didn't have to clean up anything.

I cannot recommend Tim and their services enough - very responsive, easy scheduling and they to fit me in for garbage disposal emergencies which I really appreciate.

I couldn't be more impressed ....they had a next day appointment for me based on my schedule needs, the man that came out was very friendly, explained and showed me what needed to be done, did it  effectively and efficiently.  As a homeowner with limited means, even small jobs are a big deal to me. Their kindness and professionalism could not be improved on.  I recommend them enthusiastically.

Chrissy was very responsive and Gary came out for quote in a couple of days.  I was fortunate that a crew was finishing up in my area and were able to come same day In afternoon.  They installed pressure regulator and moved a hose bib that we have wanted moved for some time.  Very professiona.

They were the best I have ever dealt with.  Quick, live phone service.  A plumber was out the very next day!  I had a report of a water leak from my water district and was in need of assistance.  Chad was here and got to the root of the issue right away.  He was very professional yet, friendly as well, putting me at ease with the issue.  The water meter no longer spins like a Ferris wheel!  I replaced the 23 year old (contractor grade) toilet with a gorgeous TOTO!  While he was here, I was able to have him replace (all at my request), my 16+ year old water heater!  I will be sure to keep the contact info for 2 Sons for (any) future plumbing needs.  I will be recommending 2 sons to anyone who is in need to a great company and employee, as Chad.  Thank you!

Our toilet was damage to cause water leaking and not function. I did a quick search and found Jafco Plumbing and Sewer. I requested a quote and they met me on the same day. Blaine was patient to explain things to me and is professional to fix my toilet with Bryon as a helper. I appreciate their professions and attitude toward customers with a timeliness support. I would definitely recommend Jafco to my friends!

I am very impressed with Blake Plumbing. I think their rates are reasonable and service is excellent. We have used them several times and wouldn't use anyone else. I have also noticed their plumbers have really smart solutions that one would typically not think of. For example, when the water stopped running to one of our rentals, they figured out they could clean the pipes by back flowing the system instead of digging up the line. This saved us a few thousand dollars!!

Came home and found a puddle in our front yard during a dry sunny week.  Waterline between street and house broke underground.  Was referred to Top Gun Plumbing by another plumbing company.  Within 1 day they had a temporary water line to the house.  They were able to drill a new line to the house without digging a big trench.  They were quick and professional and we won't hesitate to call them again for any future issues.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Yes, they arrive on time, wear little booties on their shoes, and seem very knowledgeable. But I had sewage backing up into my bathroom from my septic tank. I was in a panic! Southwest sent two guys who opened my septic tank and told me it was a septic problem, not a plumbing problem. So I spent almost $500 to have my tank pumped. In doing so, the septic guy told me the septic system was in good shape, and when draining it did not solve the problem at all, I had to have the SW plumbers come back. At first it was one guy, but he spent an hour and a half and said he would have to come back the next day with his apprentice because this is a two man job. So they came back the next day, removed my toilet, snaked the line to the septic tank and didn't find a problem until they got all the way to the end of the line where tree roots had grown into the baffle and it was blocked. They put a camera in the line and also told me that I had a cracked pipe, for which he recommended a special process called pipe lining so that I would not have to dig up the deck that covered the line. He told me that all told, the cost would be $11,000, and asked for a half down payment right there, also making an appointment with the subcontractor to come out and do the pipe lining procedure. I was stupid... I gave him my credit card and made the appointment for the pipe lining.

It was all a scam. Over the next two days, I got other bids from three other  plumbers recommended by friends who said pipe lining was ridiculous, and one even recommended that I hire a professional to take new camera shots of my line again, so I did. This guy's camera worked much better than the one the Southwest guy used and I could see that my pipe was clean, AND he could not see a crack on the inside of the pipe at all. This guy had been in the business 35 years, and he said all I had was a small maintenance problem and that if I just checked the line and cleaned the baffle once a year for a cost of $150 or less, I would be absolutely fine. His words: If this was my house, I wouldn't do a thing other than check the baffle again in a year.

This same guy said he had just come from consulting with a woman who had a plumbing problem, but he figured it should cost no more than about $5,000 maybe $6,000 at most to fix. Southwest had told her it would cost $33,000!

Southwest did credit back my credit card, but they charged me way too much for the little bit of work that they did, so even though I got most of the money back, I still feel ripped off.

The Southwest plumbers all work on commission. They act like they know what they are doing and convince you that you need their expensive services, but they are scammers. I will NEVER EVER use them again.

Overpriced and poor communication.  $650 to 'attempt' to clear a clogged sewer line; note they also wanted to charge me an additional $350 for scoping the line with a camera before/after. Also beware that if they do show up, they tell you there is a $99 fee for them to arrive, which is waived if you spend the absurd amount they are going to quote you.

When they ran their auger, they only used a small retrieval tool, didn't properly clear the pipe, and the clog showed up a few days later. I got another company to properly clear it AND scope it for $300. Don't let them hard pressure you to pay that much, they are just being predatory. I learned the hard way.
