Best Drain Cleaning in Seattle WA
Justuce and his crew were fantastic. They were super professional, on time, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I had a furnace/heat pump system + a ductless installed in my main house and a head pump + ductless installed in my DADU.
Everything about my experience working with Seatown was top notch. Highly recommend.

Our Fixer came to help solve a quirky circuit breaker and GFCI problem; after discovering the simplest solution in a matter of minutes, he stayed on to take care of another small electrical socket fix while he was there. Great communication up front, timely notifications of his arrival, and polite and fun in person to work with and explain the situation to - would be delighted to use them again, and I even learned a little about our electrical setup for the next time.

I had a shower faucet handle leaking out of the front and called Dean to help. Dean talked me through how to troubleshoot, reassure me it was fixable, and helped make it happen.
If you want someone who operates a community business who is here to help his customers, Dean is your go-to person. I saved his number and will call Dean first next time I need a job done. Thank you for your help, Dean! All worked out great and the leaking shower faucet is fixed.

Quick and efficient service. Installed a new stove plug. Did a great job for reasonable price. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Jordan was great! He installed our new sink and garbage disposal, checked out the rest of the bathrooms, fixed a stubborn sink stopper and a leak in our outdoor watering system. We even got our doggie fix when we got to meet his dog, Boss. Thank you very much - we will call you, again!

Let me start off by saying I have had the worst time with contractors. I loathe the opportunity to call and schedule a contractor.
On a Friday evening, we noticed a small puddle near the toilet. Next day, Saturday, it was backed up, couldn't be plunged and it was leaking at the base.
Saturday morning at 8:30am we called these guys. Our call went to their answering service where we explained the problem and the gal said they'd call us back and let us know if they can come out.
Being Saturday, we were skeptical to say the least.
Around 10:30am they called back and said they could be at our place around 11am.
We also let them know we wanted a new toilet as this one was super old.
Dom immediately identified that our line was backed up. He removed the old toilet, found the flange/seal was bad as well as one of the studs was broken. He corrected everything and had the line scoped.
Turns out we had a significant root intrusion into the pipe that leads to the sewer about 8ft from the house.
Dom completed the work inside and the new toilet is efficient and great.
They provided an estimate for the line/root situation & we moved forward with the work. They were digging & breaking concrete to expose the problem, removed the bad section of pipe and had a temp fix in that day. They were here until 7pm, on a Saturday. No additional charge I might add.
They came back Monday, put in the permanent fix and had the city inspector here Tuesday.
I couldn't think of a better experience. They diagnosed, repaired and were extremely fair on price. Honestly, I spent some significant money but I truly felt like I got a great deal.
I still hate attempting to schedule a contractor but I won't hesitate in calling these guys again. They did right by me.

I will start at the beginning. 10ish years ago Black Hills replaced the furnace in our house. For over 10 years, we have been dutifully paying $18 a month for maintenance. When these guys come over for maintenance, it's a mixed bag. Some times they are quick and out, and other times they have me move garage shelving on my own while they watch when I'm 37 WEEKS PREGNANT so they can have room to work. No seriously. I had to kick the technician out after he was turning the furnace on and off for over 2 hours because I had to go to the hospital because my blood pressure shot up and I thought I was going in to labor. Not even kidding.
Anyways, after taking over $2000 in maintenance fees over the last decade (which honestly is a $5 filter change every 6 months and some guy telling me the furnace is working fine which is kind of like duh), a blower fan blew. Apparently, even after the thousands of dollars they already took from us, a blower fan breaking isn't considered maintenance even though it's covered under warranty. Well, the PART is covered under warranty, but it will cost us over $400 in labor to get it installed. My husband asked them to order the part and he would install it himself. Nope. Apparently they will not order the part if we don't pay them to install it. Sounds pretty scammy to me.
But it gets EVEN SCAMMIER! My husband found the part on Amazon for $80 and it took 30 minutes to replace it. Yea......... After 10 years of being loyal customers, they tried to screw us.
Needless to say, don't get the maintenance plan. It's a complete waste of money because when something breaks, they will overcharge you to fix something that should be included in the first place. Those filters they change are only a few dollars on Amazon, and whatever amount you pay to them for maintenance will be more than just paying for the repairs as they come up.

Our 47 year old septic system always worked great until 3 weeks ago, when we discovered a back up late on a Saturday. We made an appointment with the 1st company that could be here the following Monday. At the end of the day, 1 or 2 blockages and were identified and the plan was to come back on day 2 to attempt repairs, which might involve removal of a small pond and possibly our deck. In fairness to this company, they did not have an as-built drawing of our drain field, but they also offered to make repairs they admitted they were not certified to make. The cost, always verbal, but not written down, kept rising as my confidence in them plummeted. I requested an itemized bill, paid it, and said I would find another contractor.
I called A Advanced Septic Services, after reading many 5 star reviews. Their estimator, Bob Howard responded promptly, and assured us they specialized in the type of restoration we hoped would restore our drain field. He provided an itemized estimate, which we agreed to. He scheduled the work, and I located an old copy of the 1969 county permit including a detailed drawing of the drain field. When Taylor and Aaron arrived, I reviewed the drawing with them and they got right to work. In less than 2 hours they located and cleared the 2 blockages. Then they repaired 2 small sections of pipe, jetted the rest of the drain field, installed 3 risers & vents, installed an outlet riser and filter, and showed me how to service the filter to keep our system working properly. All without needing to disturb our pond or remove our deck. As the sun was going down, they back-filled the work area, and cleaned up the yard. It was obvious watching these 2 men work, that they knew what they were doing, and were happy to share their knowledge, as well as answer all our questions. My wife was impressed that they recognized and avoided damaging her garden plants.
I highly recommend this company. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Also, price of the drain field restoration was far less than the cost of replacing it with a new system. And I now have the peace of mind knowing our system is once again working properly as it had for so many years.
Sincerely,
Earl M.

I made arrangements for them to provide services today and they gave me a time frame from 9 AM to 4 PM. They wasted my entire day by saying that they would come, but they never did. Now, at 4:50 they messaged me telling me they can't come. They even tried to get me to buy a subscription to ongoing service. DO NOT DO IT. It's a scam!!!!
I am appalled at this horrific company. Be aware this business is a scam and I would seriously advise against anyone using it.

Resicon accommodated my complex schedule, coordinating work with arrival of ordered units. After my job changed, the owner worked with me regarding pricing. The electrician had to drill 9 extra holes in my wall, however, to find the correct placement. I certainly didn't expect that! Yet I can understand the difficulty involved. I just would have preferred less/no patching after the work was completed.

Resqusted an estimate for a dual head Mini split. Sales guy came out and wrote an estimate for $19,800! He used high-pressure, car salesman tactics. Called his boss in front of me to schedule the work , tried to get me to sign commitment. I told him I'll talk to my spouse and get back to him. I looked up the unit and it retails for $3500. So, wondering how the install could cost 16k in labor, I texted the sales guy and asked for an itemized estimate. Also emailed the company asking for same. They both ghosted me. These guys are scammers. 0/5 stars, do not recommend.
