Our company is a local family owned and operated business staffed with experienced HVAC and plumbing technicians servicing the Seattle Metropolitan area and surrounding cities. We are a new business out to earn our customers! Our highly experienced certified technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and equipped with the latest technology. ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
My first job was at a local plumbing supply house in Hawaii. We focused on helping people achieve their HVAC projects or repair needs. Throughout this time I discovered the value in assisting people in reaching a goal, It made me feel good. My knowledge of HVAC parts grew and I started my carrier as an apprentice. I realized how much I loved working with people and the feeling of doing a good job. This was what I was going to do. After several years as a journeyman repair tech my family and I moved to Seattle, WA. There I met my business partners and decided to create a company that delivers fair pricing and quality work!

Last summer I wanted an A/C for my house. I also wished to use the existing furnace fans and ducting but wasn't sure if it was possible. I quoted with several companies and mostly got quick replies with estimates without them even looking at my current setup. Only one other company and Ally plumbing sent an actual person. The first company told me it wasn't possible and tried to sell me several minisplits for all the rooms then Ally plumbing came and to my surprise said it was possible indeed! My house feels great all year long now!
The whole Ally plumbing team was super polite, they worked really fast and took care of everything from cleaning to making sure everything looked very aesthetic. They handled all the permit stuff for me and made sure they installation complied with everything.
I am so grateful I found them now I know where to call for all my A/C and furnace needs.

Emergency plumber taking advantage of you in a dire situation. Won't give an hourly rate over phone says tech will quote you when they get there. After waiting 24 hours for tech to arrive, and water has been shut off during that time to prevent flooding in my basement, he quotes me $600. I can refuse and continue with no water for another 24 hours trying to find a reasonable plumber, but of course we need the water now; and they know that.
So I paid over $600 for a plumber for less than an hour of work.
This is a scam, don't use ALLY.

I wish I could give 4.5 starts.
We had a wonderful experience with Ally. Fair quote when compared to a few other companies. I appreciated the honest information to help us choose a unit and also choose to go with ally. Other companies where tossing in extra services that were not needed or didn't have a great value to begin with. Ally did some extra cross checking and got back to me almost immediately to answer my questions.
My only complaints:
1. When scheduling install we were not told that it was going to take two days. Or that they needed access to the craw space. Fortunately, I made note of a crawl space comment during a previous quote and cleaned out our storage area/crawl space the night before. We were able to work around the scheduling issues for day two. But I had to leave work quickly on the last day of school (teacher) to rush home and lock my dogs in and go back to work. Again, made it work. But it would have been nice to know that this was a two day job upfront.
2. We are still waiting on the blanket for the unit to reduce noise as it wasn't available on our install days.

I cant say enough positive words to describe my experience with these guys. Shawn is amazing and he deserves the highest praise. He goes above and beyond to make sure his job is done and done right.
Its always iffy when the home warranty company sets up service but these guys blame away.
Please give Shawn a promotion a raise or something employees like him are very rare!!

I had an awesome experience with James. My home furnace had stopped working and I was able to schedule an appointment right away despite the busy season. James came on time and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He then went above and beyond to test the furnace for other issues and pointed out that we had the fan running on continuously which would increase the bill and adjusted it to run only when the furnace was on. He was also kind enough to take a look at the fireplace (as we were having some trouble starting it) and got it working. Thank you so much! Highly recommended

This review is long overdue, several months ago my rental property in the Seattle area was having heating issues to the point the city was involved. I live in SW washington (3 hour drive to seattle). To make a long story short, I had another HVAC company come out and they had to come out 3 times (I had to miss 3 days of work) for parts, issues etc..i ended up spending almost $1500 and still wasn't fixed (at that point i should have just bought another furnace, they also said i need another part but wouldn't guarantee it would work). My lawyer suggested i try another company. I called Ally, took another day off work James met me at my house. I felt comfortable enough with him to leave and grab a coffee for the both of us. I came back within 15 mins and as i walk into the house, the house is toasty and warm! he said one of the original parts the other company installed, had the wires hooked up incorrectly....who knows if it was on purpose or simply an accident but I salute Ally and James for the standup work! I even got a call a week later asking if it's working properly! I highly recommend Ally to anyone having any heating issues! I'm planning on getting some plumbing done to my property in the next couple of months and will be calling Ally to do the job!
Impressions: fast, friendly, LEGIT work, very professional and reliable!
We had a system installed last year. between 2 companies spent almost 4 grand. company that replaced our system failed to ensure several key items were checked, flow force, and level of refrigeration. AC repair guy came and gave us an estimate of 1200 dollars to pull refrigerant and check the system out. Emailed and called with no response back.
More to the story talked to a lady tonight, seemed like a song and dance, New AC should be under warranty with the company who installed it and manufacturer. She stated that American Home Shield owns the warranty for the unit and I would need to contact them. American Home Sheild has told me several times that I need to contact the company that installed the system for them to do warranty work. Of course, American Home Sheild will send someone out for $100, but when the system has to have Refrigerant removed and weighed and put back in American Home Sheild will only cover $10 per pound of Refrigerant.
This is the 2nd summer dealing with an issue that should have been fixed last year.
I purchased a gas heater that I needed installed, so I called Ally Heating and Air Conditioning. I am able to do many house projects myself, but I don't mess with gas. Also, I value having an expert in each area whom I can call when I need someone to help with a project that I'm not comfortable doing myself. James from Ally is definitely an expert. Ally called me the day prior to re-confirm the appointment time, and James showed up right on time the next day. I really appreciate this because I'm busy, too.
When people work on my house, I often watch and learn. James had the same attention to detail on my house that I have. He made sure everything was exactly right and the heater worked perfectly before he left. He cleaned up after himself and made sure the area was spotless. I will definitely be calling Ally when I need more HVAC work done. As a homeowner, it's a relief to know someone who is a pro in this area.
To no surprises the team was very quick to get out to provide a free no obligation quote. Staff was beyond helpful and kind. Communication was wonderful and included a confirmation call the day before scheduled service and 30 mins before arrival. The total cost was a little more expensive then another quote I received but I'm always willing to pay a little move for great service and work. I am happy with the job that was complete.
we had problem with our air-conditioning system. Home Shield referred Ally Heating to us.
Although we had to wait 4 days to get service, they came on time as they promised and the repair person, Nick, was very courteous, professional, and efficient. He fixed the problem is good time.
Nick did a wonderful job. He helped me redo a thermostat wiring that was done completely wrong and he diagnosed it and laid it all out very smartly and decisively. I had every confidence that he knew what he was doing. Very professional and I would highly recommend.
Ally was quick to respond to our downed furnace. The technician was courteous and respectful of our home and offered great advice. He had our heating back up in no time.
We are very happy customers. When we replace or update our heating we'll be calling Ally Heating and Air Conditioning.

Thanks to Ally - James and David - for a great customer experience. The company communicated about arrival and confirmed our appointment in advance. James and David arrived, assessed our gas rerouting needs, and got to work. I appreciated that they explained what they were doing and why. They answered any question I had and made sure I knew how to get the system online after other trade work was done. I think we got good work and paid a fair price. We'll keep Ally on the short list for any future projects.
I want to thank and recognize James, David and the entire office team for OUTSTANDING work on our central air conditioning. James identified and installed a solution that multiple other companies said was not possible. My family greatly appreciates the creativity, expertise and customer service of James and the Ally team. We could not more highly recommend them!
Our furnace stopped working and we were left out in the cold. I have 3 children and Ally Heating and Air conditioning came to the rescue. We had a older home and James gave us many options and not just one. We ended up replacing our whole unit. It feels so good to be warm again. Thanks James. We will be calling Ally Heating and Air conditioning for our annual maintenance so our system will be top shape with no worries.
I always check Yelp reviews but rarely write one. I found Ally on Yelp bc of the great reviews. I called yesterday and had fantastic customer service scheduling a technician visit today from 12-4. Devin and Gino arrived at 1pm and were AMAZING! Very clear, informative and patient as I explained and had to call my husband for my details on cutting off and replacing a valve under our dishwasher and kitchen sink. They went above and beyond to ensure we could use our water until our new dishwasher is installed by adding a new angle stop to our water supply. Devin and Gino super efficient and explained everything. Thanks so much!
Ally Heating has been fabulous in helong withvmy furnace needs. They were prompt and efficient and will definitely be using them in the future!

Just wanted to compliment Ally for a job well done. Christopher fixed our kitchen Fawcet on Tuesday. He was VERY professional and efficient . Performed the work on time and called to let us know when he would arrive . The customer service staff when I called was terrific and Travis was also exceptional in assessing our plumbing situation. What a lucky day for me! Nick from Ally heating was amazing. He showed up on time and was extremely knowledge with the Nest and heating system. He not only fixed my furnace quickly and also took the time to show me the proper way of installing and cleaning filters. I highly recommend Nick and Ally heating company for your heating service.

James was very patient and explained what he needed to do in a way that this 70-year old, non-mechanically adept lady understood. He and his apprentice David were respectful, did a brilliant job, and left the place immaculate. Ally was the third central a/c specialist to come out. The first said the a/c could not be fixed. Period. The second came in with a bid FOUR TIMES higher than Ally's and involved a crane and permits that would have taken months. James explained why that wasn't necessary and proceeded to exceed all our expectations. James really, really knows this business!
