Hello, my name is Tyler, I'm one of the business owners and am here to aide you. Having been around the plumbing industry for 28 years in the Seattle area has allowed me to learn so much. From basic water heater, plumbing & drain repair jobs to full on tankless installations there is never enough knowledge one can get. My wife and I were having some plumbing issues. The water pressure in our new to us home was rather low in our opinion, but livable. After about 8 months in the home, it suddenly spiked. I checked the water pressure at the front spigot and found it was slightly over 100 psi. About a week later it dropped to about 45 psi, then spiked back up to 100 psi the following week.
I suspected it was the pressure relief valve. I called Joe the Pro. After a brief chat, he confirmed my suspicions and explained the possible consequences of too high water pressure. He was able to fit me into his schedule and arrived when he said he would. I had also contacted another plumber prior to Joe for a bid. I felt that other plumber's bid to be excessive. Joe's bid was very reasonable in my opinion.
Joe arrived with 2 employees, who were also very polite and professional. They had to access the plumbing issue via an access door to the crawl space from a bedroom closet. They spread drop cloths through the house to prevent any spills, scuffs or marring of the floors. They quickly identified the problem and corrected it.
When done, the final bill was exactly what was initially quoted. I have already recommended Joe to some of my neighbors.
So in review, Joe the Pro is professional, prompt, and polite. He took the time to explain what had happened and why it happened. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you Joe, you are definitely our go to guy for all plumbing issues we may have in the future.
I own a townhome built in 2018, the master shower has a slow drip I completely turn it off but it still drips about every hour. I can hear it and at times it bothers my sleeping. They cane stated it would be $300+ but he was there and it was outrageous but I said okay. He replaced something in the new is Moen handle/I had sent a photo of the make and model. Paid him and it continued to drip. Called them back , 2 guys came back and charged me a service call and said they couldn't fix it!!!!! What the hell kind of plumbers are they?????
I'm always leery of home repair services... Joe the Pro! What can I say. They solved a plumbing problem that 3 other plumbers couldn't - and they did it for cheaper. I feel like they were actually looking out for my best interests... imagine that!
Joe the Pro is my plumber for life.
Be careful, Joe the Pro Plumbing was by far the highest quote I received on a fairly simple job. About double from my other two quotes.

We had water leaking from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs when we ran the shower. Joe was able to come out quickly (the day after we called). The fix ended up being cheaper/quicker than he estimated. Him and his crew were nice, and respectful of our home (removing shoes, etc.).
Communication: Joe answered all of our questions (I had a lot), and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I requested a text/call before they came over, which did not happen, but they came within the scheduled window of time.
Cost: I'm not sure how his pricing for emergency work compares to other plumbers, but the quote he gave us for a new water heater installation was fairly comparable to the other estimates that we got.
Five stars. We will contact Joe for our future plumbing projects.

Spoke to scheduler on Saturday. Had option for Sun or Mon. She informed us would be $95 extra charge for Sunday. I said ok. We had a simple pinhole in hot water pipe and had cut our drywall to expose pipe. The pipe needed to be replaced w PEX (plastic pipe) but not the tools to do it. The plumber arrived on time, and looked at problem. He said it would cost $1,200!!! Plus the $95 Sunday fee. Of course we had our hot water off for last 24 hrs and did not have another plumber lined up. He wanted to know if we wanted to go ahead....Really not happy with the holding us over the barrel tactic. We said go ahead. He replaced pipe and cleaned up in 85 minutes. Fast and tidy-a plus, but at $15 a MINUTE!!! We DO NOT RECOMMEND!
As brand new homeowners, this was the first maintenance issue we encountered and had to brace ourselves for the unexpected expense we didn't know if we were financially prepared for. Joe was professional, reliable, and affordable, and fixing our problem was pretty painless. We will definitely be hiring him again for our bathroom tear-out later this year!

This small company is the best! Joe answered the phone right away. He gave me a cheap fix at first. It didn't work, so we called him back. He and his team came over right away. They did something quick. It still backed up so he came right back and did temporary fix so that we could use it until they could come back. Today we had a a 3 men for 8 hours. It's all fixed. Joe was a nice and honest man. We appreciated the team's very hard work. Priceless.
These guys are honest, fair, prompt, and professional! I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Joe and his crew did excellent work. He stopped by ahead of time and talked through the job and gave me a quote. He replaced my main line as well as installing a faucet and doing some repairs. When the day came for the install him and his crew did an excellent job. They tunneled under my sidewalk and then trenched my front yard. When they were done my yard still looked great and far better than I expected. I would recommend him with no reservations.
Joe squeezed us in on a busy Saturday for a small job of fixing a few fixtures in the bathroom. He was very honest and super quick. Everything in out in under an hour for a super fair price. Would absolutely hire again.
I had a leaky faucet that revealed corroded galvanized plumbing lines. Joe was able to fit me in and get the repipe done right away.
Joe and his crew were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They helped turn a stressful situation into a positive experience. After the job was done, they left everything clean and organized.

Joe and his crew were AMAZING! They installed the piping/faucet/drainage required for a utility sink, which runs off of the same lines we originally used for our laundry hookup; and they replaced a leaking hose spigot that runs off of the same main water line that our water comes into the house from the city--it was rusty and beyond it's years. They completed the projects we discussed and came in right at his estimate.
He and his crew were courteous, easy to talk to/ask clarifying questions, and clearly knew their way around all-things-plumbing. They even cleaned up my drywall removing hack job (That was fun for me, but THANK YOU for making it look so much better!), and they fixed a drainage issue with our washing machine that was beyond the scope of the work we had discussed.
After they completed the work, Joe gave me a run-down on future pipe/plumbing work that would need to be completed in a couple of years related to our main water line (Our house is over 100 years old, so this was no surprise for us!), and gave us a broad estimate so we can start planning and saving for it.
We'll definitely be contacting him for all our future plumbing needs. Thank you, to Joe and your crew!
Joe and his fantastic crew, Tyler and Nate, are the best! Our entire home was re-plumbed, inside and out! The workmanship was of the highest quality with the utmost attention to detail. We were SO pleased with Joe and his crew!!! It was hard finding someone with experience with older homes (1900's) and plumbing and Joe knew exactly how to handle all the issues. They completely remodeled our bathroom and replaced all our old piping. He was very helpful and informative in regards to the plumbing and the design of our bathroom. He explained everything in great detail and was amazingly fair when unexpected issues and additional work arose once the demo started. Joe and his crew were prompt and took the utmost care in making sure everything was done to perfection. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and will recommend him to all our family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
In the past I have left excellent reviews for Joe and staff. Joe was superb and polite and honest and did a great job. I had a leaky faucet this week and called to make an appointment with Joe. To make a long story short, I was referred to a 2nd number from his old number. When I called a woman answered the phone and told me his business had merged with another. I still thought Joe was coming to this appointment and when I realized he wasn't in a subsequent phone conversation, she evaded multiple questions about Joe. I called the hardware store who had referred me to him who told me Joe had died in an accident. It seems all of Joe's fantastic reviews are now being attributed to the business who bought his but they sent a surly man who told me I would need to have a hole cut in my wall to repair outdoor leaky faucet and would need to hire someone to drywall and repaint. I declined and another plumber subsequently came who did cut a hole in the wall and repaired the hole with a small spring-loaded panel which looks very nice with no further hassle. I did not feel treated honestly that the company who bought his business would not tell me that Joe would not be coming although I asked about him numerous times. I feel like the legacy of his outstanding service, courtesy and kindness is being tarnished by the people who took over his name.
My family and I just moved to the Tacoma area and bought a new condo where the water heater started leaking two days after we moved in. One of my colleagues recommended Joe, who came and checked it out in record time. On that same day, the water heater was removed and a new one installed. I felt he gave me choices and was upfront with the price. Even though, it was hard for us to to have another big expense after moving in, Joe made the whole process smooth and professional. We had a great experience with Joe and highly recommend his company. His crew was friendly and professional. Joe is highly knowledgeable, and was able to troubleshoot and solve issues as they arose. My husband would like to point out that he is like the Bob Ross of plumbing, and we appreciated that he took the time to explain things clearly to us. Joe was prompt with scheduling and rescheduling, and very personable. We are very happy with our new toilet, that Joe was able to get for us on sale!
Joe is the plumber of your dreams. He is accessible, knowledgeable and genuinely enjoys his trade. Since living in the Southern Puget Sound I have been through a couple of plumbers before finding Joe. He is hands down a cut above the rest. Reasonable rates, easy on scheduling, prompt and leaves the place as clean as he found it. I met him over a frantic Friday night phone call after finding a continually dripping pipe on the side of the house. Although my contractor had looked at it and told me it was related to my water heater, I could relax over the weekend, my anxiety was not resolved. Joe talked me down, explaining the whole likely problem in an easy to understand way. I slept like a baby. He had me text him pictures and made an appointment for the following week, arrived on time, charged me what he quoted and was also a very nice and intelligent man to converse with. Call Joe the Pro you will not be sorry.
Joe and his guys do amazing work. They totally transformed our bathroom and did it in a timely manner. Joe is very honest and fair. He and his crew were respectful of our home and always left things clean when they left for the evening. We highly recommended Joe.

Joe and his crew are awesome! I had my entire home re-plumbed and Joe talked us through every step of the process. There were no surprises as he was up front and informative with what could happen. He showed us the problem areas and gave estimates on any additional work that might be required. In our case we had to replace the line from the house to the mainline on the street. Joe told us that was a possibility up front and we were hopeful that line would be ok. When it failed and needed replaced Joe showed us exactly why and again was very informative. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship he and his team does. When he left his workers to handle the work they showed outstanding work ethics and did not slack off but worked very hard to get what they needed done for the day. We are extremely happy with the work and I would recommend Joe to anyone who needs plumbing done. Kudos to Joe and his team for a job well done!
Joe and his great crew worked me in quickly (water leaking from shower into garage). He came with the highest recommend from the local hardware store (who has been recommending him for years). He was thorough and explained his thinking about the required fix thoroughly. I had absolute faith in his honesty and ethics. Joe and his assistant installed an under-the-sink water filtration system for us. He did a wonderful job! Not only did he explain what he was doing and what all the parts were (I was curious about this) but he was very patient and kind. Joe checked everything twice and made sure that it was working well before he left. He is experienced, thorough, and competent. I would hire him again to work on our house. I agree with a previous review: this is solid, quality work!
