Had to call Taylor's back out again four years later to clear the kitchen drain again.  I texted yesterday morning and was scheduled for 10-12 today, which was great.  This morning, they told me they could come at 9, which was even better.  Tanner and Nate showed up and got to work.  After switching to a longer snaking tool, it broke before the clog was cleared.  They offered me the choice of switching companies or working with them to come back later.  I explained that I have  company coming to stay for a week and really needed my kitchen sink/dishwasher functioning.  Since I've had great experience with them before, I asked them to try and work out coming back by first thing tomorrow morning.   Within a half hour, they texted that they could come back today between 1-3.  I was expecting to have to wait at least until the end of the day, if not tomorrow.  They came back as promised with a new tool and got the drainline fixed.  Even though this had delayed them, they took time to reconnect the under-sink piping I had taken apart before their arrival and to clean up well.  Very nice people to work with.  They were respectful of my home and went above and beyond to give me practical suggestions for keeping the drain in running order.  A huge thanks to the owner WIlliam who approved the schedule changes to make this repair happen today.  And an even bigger thanks to Nate and Tanner who handled it all very professionally and kindly.  Highly recommend Taylor's!

Having a plumbing emergency is never fun. From the first phone call (both times we had an emergency), to the timely response, the team at Taylor's Plumbing Solutions were kind, courteous and helpful. They were able to get us in same day (or the next day) and kept us in the loop on when they would arrive.

First issue was a clogged toilet that as a new, sleep deprived mom, could not fix myself, no matter what I tried. I felt so stupid for something so small, but not once did I feel judged or made to feel incompetent. The second time was for a sump pump issue which was fixed in no time at all!

Family owned and operated and local to Lake Stevens, I would recommend Taylor's Plumbing Solutions to all of my friends and family. Their pricing is a great value, and they don't try to upsell anything. You can tell the whole team is knowledgeable and they enjoy their jobs. 10/10 highly recommend!

Cost of goods is absolutely horrendous these days. If you have to pay big bucks for a contractor, you expect quality workmanship with a knowledgeable and an experienced plumber present. I used Taylor when I got in over my head on a tub connector and faucet fittings. Happy and satisfied with the overall experience, scheduling, and repair efficiency. The person sent to our site appeared to be an expert level journeyman plumber. Recommend

I called Taylor's plumbing solutions after 3 other companies gave me the runaround. William said he'd be here today between 9-10. He was punctual, polite, and professional.repaired my dishwasher leak and replaced my kitchen faucet with new hardware in under 30 minutes!

I called again for another repair for a burst pipe. Well, didn't actually call, but used the Yelp Quote system. He got back to me with a quote in like an hour. We scheduled a date and time within the next few days, and William showed up on time, and replaced the pipe in 20 minutes. I could not ask for a better plumber!

Tyler installed a tankless water heater in our home.  A flaw on the install was the service valve which is used for annual maintenance was installed too close to the gas line, so I had to buy an adapter in order to attach a water hose to the service valve for the maintenance.  Tyler promised the first annual maintenance to be done by him for free, but he never replied to my calls, texts, or emails.  I even offered to pay full price for the maintenance, but still never a reply.

If you have a tankless installed, be sure to perform annual maintenance on it; these need cleaned and descaled. If you had Tyler install it, you may need to learn how to do this yourself.

After a different company (Plumbing experts NW) no-showed for a plumbing emergency that i made an appointment for, i had frantically look for a different plumber. I actually called several others and one of them recommended me Taylor's plumbing because they couldn't come right away. I knew that when a competitor recommended him, he must be pretty good at what he did.
As soon as i called Taylor's plumbing, they were able to assess the situation, give me precise instructions on what to do to not further damage my water heater situation, and booked an appointment that day at 4 PM.
Taylor's plumbing were extremely professional, gave great advise, reliable, and took care of the problem when he arrived on scene. I would 100% recommend. Great customer service, professional, and directly to the point.

Requested a quote on the yelp site and he responded quickly, on a weekend!  Was able to get me scheduled next day and was very flexible on my time availability.  Loved the text alert to say he was on the way.  He was friendly and able to do the job I needed.  He showed me something so if I wanted to do this myself next time I could.  Installed the faucet and out the door in 30 min.  Took the trash and old faucet with him!  I was super pleased with this company and service.  highly recommend!

Just wanted to take a minute and sing the praises of a local business in the Snohomies community.  My wife and I came home last night to a flooded garage from our water heater failing on us. We reached out to a local facebook group to get some recommendations for local plumbers in the area. We got a lot of great referrals and advice and were reached out to personally by  William Taylor of William Taylor Plumbing solutions, LLC.  

I cannot express enough gratitude towards William.  He reached out first thing this morning asked some simple questions, had me send a picture of the water heater, and was out to my house within an hour of our conversation. The install of the new unit and removal of the existing unit was so quick and clean, I could barely believe it.  He was fast, friendly, clear and to the point. He took the time to walk me through everything on the new unit, what to look for in the future, how to do the required maintenance and upkeep, and how to avoid future issues.  We had also looked into other places, but were told we'd have to wait a few days, but William had us taken care of the very same day in a matter of hours. The price was super reasonable as well. Having met him personally today I have to say he is a very nice, friendly and helpful individual we're lucky to have in the community.

That being said, we will definitely be going to him in the future for any of our other plumbing needs should they arise. I strongly encourage you all to do the same should the need arise.

Tried reaching out for a quote about my leaking kitchen sink and Jessica helped me diagnose and fix the leak myself within minutes (turns out the ring around the spray faucet just needed to be tightened), without requiring a visit or any fees! William is quick and efficient. William and his helper re-plumbed the drain piping for my kitchen sink, bathroom sink and tub. I expected to be without plumbing all day. They had it done in less than 2 hrs.

William did an amazing job will the rough in  plumbing in our basement. From start to finish he came through on all the work and deadlines. His estimate was affordable and the quality was above bar. We had an issue with our toilet where the water was running even when it hadn't been flushed. William came out and identified that the flapper was ruined because we used bleach tablets (who knew?!). He was able to quickly and efficiently fix the problem and now our toilet is back to normal!

STOP, don't even look for another plumber. I've hired several other plumbers for different projects and this is the only one to go with. Super responsive and on time, his app tells you when you are scheduled and when he is on the way. His prices have been reasonable and they have done several jobs for me so far. The quality of work and the speed is great. He cleans up during and after the job and has even fixed some small things I didn't ask for.
