Best Pipe Repair in San Jose CA

We've had these folks over twice now, once to fix a leaky toilet and once to install a sink/vanity in our downstairs bath. Both times they've been professional, great to deal with, did great work, and showed up when they said they were coming. I would definitely recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs!

Excellent. I called them for a leaking toilet (turns out it was the wax seal), they took down some initial info and were able to send a plumber out within 2 hours.

He (Timothy Ochoa) was professional, knowledgeable, and able to explain to me what the problem was and how he would fix it. Price was reasonable and he got the work done quickly and with great attention to detail.

Michael was incredible helpful and honest! We had a long time problem of toilet not flushing well and I contacted a few plumb service company for quotes. The one with the most positive 5 star reviews told me to buy a new toilet, while Michael recommend me to clean jets first and see if it works. He is honest to say that cleaning jets are not any plumbers would do and others would just ask me to buy a new toilet. And he was right! My family is all happy with our own DIY results and commented that Michael is the kind of plumber who we want to hire next time! Michael's response was super fast and thorough. I strongly recommend Michael for anyone with plumbing issues.

One day in my kitchen, all of a sudden water started leaking from one of the light fixtures and we were in an urgent need of a plumber to come over and find the source of the leak and fix it. I called a couple of places and Capitol Plumbing was the fastest to respond and also had amazing reviews. I spoke to the owner Khoa and he was quick to come over within an hour of my call which I really appreciate. Above the kitchen is the master bath and we had been having some issues with our toilet as well. He had to cut out a piece in the kitchen ceiling drywall to figure out the issue was due to the toilet. A part had to be replaced in the toilet to stop the leak and he did that. He was in and out quick. I highly recommend Capitol Plumbing for any of the plumbing needs!

Duy arrived in the time slot he told me he would and was able to fix my issue with a backed up pipe. Duy worked tirelessly to ensure the pipe got unclogged, and made sure it was unclogged at the end. Price was reasonable.

Quick to respond, communicative, and courteous. He stuck to his quote even though he had to make alterations to the plumbing in addition to drain cleaning. Great service.

Our toilet had been having issues for the past week. My landlord had contacted Handy Plumbing Man and they had come out to check it out for us. Ernesto and Dorian came by and were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They both found out the issue and explained it to me and helped me understand it. They had finished the job in just about 2 and a half hours.

We called this one, after high yelp reviews,  in an emergency and he tried to and did rip us off:
free estimate visit was not. Tried to get us to replace whole systems when a simple washer would do the job; etc.

Please do AVOID J&K Plumbing.

Please do describe the symptom and get an exact quote for a specific part repair/replacement before visit. Many of these tradesman just look at the neighborhood, guess house values, owner gullibility and then jack up charges accordingly.

I am also wondering how many of these yelp reviews are genuine!

Daniel was amazing. He explained the problem- our garbage disposal was corroded and worn out. He replaced it quickly and efficiently. He informed me about the service and product warranty. I really appreciate the quality of service. I highly recommend him.

We had a very bad experience with this company. They're  not very efficient when it comes to get the job done. They just does what told and not try to help us figure out what the problem is nor did they fix it. So we got charged a lot for something that we ASSUME it was done and still the problem didn't get resolved. Long story a short I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They're for sure a rip-off . I question their high reviews.

I called to get a quote to fix a jammed garbage disposal (which was on the lower end of average). But instead of charging me to come out, he very clearly explained to me over the phone, step by step, how to dislodge it myself with the disposal key. Took about 10 seconds of wiggling (after all my tugging on the stuck item the day before did nothing). Saved him a trip and saved me the money. He was definitely willing to come out, but I appreciate that he took the time to explain it to me instead. The other plumber I called just told me I would probably have to replace the whole unit. Thanks!!

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

I have so far engaged Keit for three different kinds of plumbing projects. All the times he excelled in his work to my satisfaction. He is very courteous, friendly and very timely on his appointment calls and visits. I am very confident of his troubleshooting skills and leave it to his judgement to get the job done. And, I never had to revisit those plumbing issues anymore. I strongly recommend him for good peace of mind.

We were putting the kiddos into the bath on a Sunday night only to discover that the hot water had stopped working!  The boys were not thrilled with their cold bath that night.  I was also not please with the cold shower that I had to take on a Monday morning - what a way to start the week!  We contacted AAA via yelp and in less than 24 hours, we had an appointment set up and the whole ordeal taken care of.  Fast and affordable.  We totally don't take our running hot water for granted anymore.  Thanks so much!

Edward responded on a Saturday morning, was at my house within a couple of hours and fixed a blocked toilet. He also fixed a slow shut-off valve at no extra cost. He was courteous and professional.

Stevie did a great job replacing my gas water heater. He was right on time for appointment and worked fast. I provided my own new water heater and he did the replacement and haul-away. I had quotes from 8  plumbers based on nextdoor reviews and these guys were the second lowest price for my job spec. Very happy with quality and price.

I can not say enough good things about Vic's Handy Plumbing! Vic is the only plumber I will be using from now on. As a realtor, I have encountered lots of workmen, and Vic is the *best*. Late last night, my husband tried to fix our slow shower drip, and after his fix, it turned into a rapid drip that quickly filled bucket after bucket of water. I was very concerned and didn't want to waste the water. This morning at 7am, I frantically Yelped out requests. Vic responded lighting fast (within 10 minutes), asked me to send a pic of the problem, then quoted me a *very* reasonable price. I accepted. He was able to come today (same day service, wow!), worked quickly, showed up on time, and now my shower looks great with nice new handles and a faucet which do what they're supposed to do.
