Scheduled an appointment for installing NEMA14-50 outlet. The electrician, Dmytro, came on time and job done within the schedule window. Dmytro is very knowledgable and gave good suggestion on installation location of the outlet.

Very handy and work hard. The precious investigator assigned by American warranty told me there is a gas leakage. However it is not the case. Techs from AY EMP found the key reason that is there was something blocking in the gas pipeline. They finally fix the problem. Very nice work.

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem.  We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. After a couple plumbing companies did not return my call, one saying my job was too small, I looked on yelp for a handyman.  Norman had great reviews so I reached out to him.  I called; he answered.  The other companies encouraged me to leave a message at the sound of the beep.  I sent a picture of what I needed fixed.  He said he could help me but he was booked.  How about Sunday?  What? Perfect, I didn't have to take off work.  So Sunday morning he arrived on time, with a smile,  and replaced my toilet handle.  After it was fixed, he showed me what he did, and explained why the handle he replaced (it was only 4 months old) broke.  I am happy to report, my toilet handle is working perfectly.

Need to replace my 33-year old furnace and add a new AC unit at the same time. I came to know FUSE as one of my neighbors used their service early this year. After I requested the quote, Stan visited my home twice to make sure that the installation is feasible because a shade structure in my backyard makes it a bit difficult to complete the job. With their 15% seasonal discount on labor cost, the price is unbeatable. So I decided to go with them.

FUSE secures all required permits before job starts. On the service day, Ilyas and his coworker did an excellent job. As expected, tubing routing is indeed a difficult job. I am very happy that they are able to use the subfloor and get the tubes out in the tiny space right below the top of shade structure without any damages.  Everything is done exactly as described in their proposal. It takes ~10 hours to complete all the job. I am very satisfied with the installation and also impressed by the attention they paid to details. They provide equipment support (a base for the outside condensing unit). They patch holes/cracks on the broken siding.  I think they happened to fix some electrical supply problem in my backyard. They installed a new Google Nest thermostat. They remove trash and old equipment. They had to cut the drywall in my bathroom to route tubing. They promised that they will send someone to repair the drywall soon. They are very patient to answer all my questions. As for payment schedule, 90% is collected on the service day. The last 10% is due after inspection and other repairs are done.

To summarize, I am very happy with FUSE's HVAC installation so far. I will definitely recommend FUSE to all my neighbors and friends.

Nick is a great handyman. He is very professional, reliable, and trustworthy. He does small jobs and big jobs. He recently prepared my house for painting by removing, repairing, replacing all the dry rot on the outside of my house.

Dave came on short notice on the weekend and completed two jobs at the price he quoted. Good quality and efficient! I will use him in the future.

Chris R. with Divine Electric called ahead of time to announce his impending arrival, 3 hours earlier than the scheduled appointment to repair the circuit not supplying our oven.  He tested two General shedders that prevent ovens from initially being included when our generator kicks in.  Only one was not sending current to our oven, but when testing the other one for the tenant's oven he discovered it was faulty as well.  He ordered the new parts and got both ovens back online with a work-around-solution before he left.
I'm more technical and able to understand much more than the average homeowner, and Chris was patient, understanding, and not the least bit defensive or arrogant about my telling him what I thought was wrong, but totally out of my ability to correct it myself.  He also solved a problem I was having with my junior accessory dwelling unit that added another two 20 amp circuits to add to the one 20 amp circuit that my tenant was overloading by repurposing a 240 volt line for a sauna that was disconnected years ago.

Chris R is extremely professional, friendly and has lots of integrity to do a great jog.  Divine Electric replaced my 1950 circuit breakers, installed a 22kwatt generator that automatically turns on with electrical outages, the natural gas pipeline to the generator and a Zombie Box to keep it quiet.
My neighbors on 4 sides plug in when there's a blackout.  Who wants to hear even a quiet generator when you can't enjoy the benefit of it!
I've sent my friends to Divine Electric for a generator, and they've all reported great and professional service.

Called about my dryer on a Sunday and Ryan was able to come within a few hours.  He was nice and professional as he found the problem quickly and fixed it for a very reasonable price.  Very satisfied customer!

The folks at Pacific Coast were complete professional from start to finish of the job. The outcome of the work done solved the problems I was having within the house. All of the technicians that showed up for the job were timely and clear on what is being done.

Overall this was a great experience even though the inspection process by the city is something I wouldn't want to go through again but it was at no fault of Pacific Coast.

Jose & Co-worker were both very polite, professional & experienced.  They completed the Job of wiring & installing a dedicated circuit & receptical on my rear deck.  It required that one of them go under the house to run the power to the back while the other worked on the panel from the garage.  Everything was tidy & clean when they left!   GREAT JOB and two very nice guys!  Hank

Yevgeny is the best!  He went out of his way explaining things to us.  Don't get me wrong - he will not talk your ear off.  He is simply and completely willing to educate his customers, to the extent they wish to be educated, on the issue(s) at hand.  He is very knowledgeable and is happy to share that knowledge when asked. We were discussing an electrical issue, and he noticed - and fixed on the spot - a minor issue with our front door.  No charge!  As he said to me, Not everything is about money.  Our electrical issue was a mystery to us, but he honed right in on it.  A real sweetheart, he genuinely cares about people.  I will never again need to look for an electrician.  Yevgeny is the best I have ever come across.

I really was impressed with the professionalism of office staff in setting up an estimate for a new AC condenser.  Also, the technician who came to do the estimate notified me that he was on his way and got me a professional estimate (that spelled everything out) immediately.  He was very responsive to my emails.

They gave me the best priced estimate (Landlord Special) and if they had an available install date sooner, I would have gone with Pacific Coast.

I will definitely contact them the next time I have a HVAC need.

We needed some little electrical jobs done.  We tried Electricians and they said the jobs were too small.  We called Handyman Heroes, and they sent out someone immediately.  He did things for us like hang a chandelier, repair a light switch, rewire an outside light, as well as suggest that battery operated motion lights outside would save us extra wiring costs.  We really appreciated getting everything done at one time!

Sal did a great job. We were able to schedule the appointment on short notice, we were kept notified when to expect the technition and even received a text picture of Sal so we knew who we should let into the house. He wad very polite, answered all our questions and careful to check all heater ducts were delivering heat once he got the furnace going. Very satisfied.
