These guys do great, reliable work. I needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage so I could charge my EV and the process could not have gone more smoothly. I had an idea where to put the outlet but they came up with a better solution, even though it was more work for them - which they didn't charge me extra for. That is what I call quality service. They were in and out and even called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. The quality of their work is first-rate and if I ever need *any* electrical work done to my home, these guys will be my first call. Highly recommend.

The thermostate had died over the weekend, and it was too chilly during the nights for any comfort even when wearing the house robe.
I called the company on Monday for an appointment, made for Tuesday between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Got a phone call at 7:30 AM on Tuesday that left a message that the man is on his way, and a few minutes before 8 he is knocking at my door.
Jeff was the man of the hour! He explained everything that he was doing, and whatever he would do as he went along. I was provided with the latest
model of thermostate, and how to use it for home comfort with energy savings. I was always getting email notices from PG&E as to saving energy,
and reducing billings.
For the time, effort and arrangements for future needs, the cost was very
reasonable.

We had some holes in our drywall from plumbers fixing a leak, and they were messy: odd shapes, behind a pipe, one hole actually in our plaster. Norman got them all fixed beautifully, even picking up some new paint for us. He was a pleasure to work with.

Persistent and prompt !
They came several times to complete a job which is quite hard to find the real problem. They did it !

Nicholas was kind enough to give me advice on how to remove a custom shower arm installation which was giving me trouble. Very friendly and professional throughout, he's very knowledgeable and I'd definitely call him up for my next job.

My garage side door and surrounding walls were damaged due to roof leaking. Dave and his friend came to fix the damages and as well as they replaced and installed a new gutters. They are very professional and did a great job. I am very happy with their service. I will contact them again for future work.

Let me start by saying that Divine's plumbers did great work at my house. The one star is for dishonest pricing.
When a Divine plumber shows up at your house, they've been instructed to try to sell you additional services beyond what you have requested. For example, I was told my tankless water heater needed to be flushed every year (it doesn't -- every other year is sufficient, according to the manufacturer).
I trusted Divine to be telling me what I needed, so I scheduled the service. The day of, just before the plumber arrived, I received an emailed invoice for $516. That seemed like a lot to me, so I replied to the email and then called when I didn't get a response. I asked why the cost was so high, and I was told that the plumber would be using an OEM flush kit that costs $300. I didn't begrudge these guys making a couple hundred bucks above their cost, so we went ahead with the service.
After the plumber left, I learned that he had used a non-OEM kit that retails for $150 (and possibly voids your warranty). I emailed Divine to see if they were willing to refund the $150 difference between what they told me their costs were and what they actually were. Divine's representative told me 1) there's no such thing as an OEM flush kit (there is, and it retails for $190, not $300 tanklessparts.com/produc…) and 2) he never said their costs were $300 -- he said $200 (he didn't). When I asked why he would say their costs were $200 if they were actually $150, he said the $50 difference is their markup. He refused to refund any of the $516 they charged me.
I have to say, I'm astonished that an established business would lie repeatedly in order to take an extra $150 out of the pocket of a customer who was otherwise satisfied with the work. They could have had me as a loyal customer. Instead they have a one-star Yelp review and I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Shopped around for an electrician for a day and others were either booked until after the holidays/ new year or very pricey! Ryan got back to me and was reasonable with his pricing. Had an appointment set with Ryan for 9am this morning & he was right on time. The outlets in our kitchen and one in the garage was not working despite resetting the circuit breaker. Ryan knows his stuff. He taught us a bunch of stuff while he was here. Turns out one of the receptacles was bad in one of the outlets and the other outlet had some loose wires which was causing no power to the other outlets. 3 hours later, our kitchen is running again! Thanks Ryan!

Our A/C was working just fine yesterday morning but stopped in the afternoon on the hottest day of our summer. Usually it cools down at night but in this heatwave that didn't happen so, needless to say, we didn't sleep so well last night. Contacted Fuse this morning and they sent Max out by around 10am. He gave me a quick diagnosis, reasonable quote, and the work looks great. It took him about 1.5 hours to replace a few things and made sure everything was running optimally. He just left and I'm already back to the cool mid-70's! Thanks Max and Fuse!!!

I was heavily overcharged for the HVAC repair which included replacement of contractor & capacitor. I have compared the pricing with others and this company charges very high pricing for the services.

Great service, great people, and with a fair price thank you guys. I will be calling them again in the future for any other upgrades I want.

I called Yevgeny this morning at 10am and he was at my door by 11:45am on a holiday. He was super helpful and quickly resolved my issue. Yevgeny also asked if he could help answer any other questions regarding plumbing or electricity in the apartment since he was out here. Would definitely recommend calling Yevgeny!

Noah completed a service call today to trouble shoot a problem with the thermostat for our electric wall heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Because he is still researching the problem and looking for the part for a very old
system, he did not charge for the visit and will get back to me soon. Previously, I had an electrician come out who did not resolve the issue but charged me. I have total confidence that Pacific Coast Electricians will be able to resolve this and are ethical and reliable.

Handyman Heroes was recommended to me by my cousin. Larry (owner) was so responsive and came out quickly to our condo to provide an estimate. We were assigned Ron as the project manager who is just so organized and amazing. The communication and customer services is top notch!!! The workmanship is excellent, the company is very professional and they all wear T-shirts identifying their company. They were perfect for our condo remodel as they understood how to handle all the complicated condo HOA paperwork. They also understood and complied with all the complex HOA regulations and kept the condo HOA facility manager pleased. A shout out to Megan who scheduled our project promptly. And kudos to Kyle and Milan for their great work in the unit. I highly recommend them and would use them again (probably for our house in the near future).
