I discovered that my lawn had turned into a marsh so I immediately called EJ Plumbing. They came out at 8am the next day and found the leak right away. They managed to send two wonderful technicians, Jairo and Angel out that same afternoon and they worked tirelessly to repair the leak. They kept me involved during each step of the process, showing me the leak and which parts needed to be replaced. They showed me the repairs before filling in the hole and afterwards, I have complete confidence that the leak is fixed. I have used EJ Plumbing in the past and will use it again when other plumbing issues arise. I highly recommend their service.

I got a clogged and call for Trieu to unclogged the our bathroom. It turns out my whole drainage pipes were broken and were leaking for what I don't know how long it has been happening.  It was not a simple fix so he thoroughly explained the process and what needed to be done.  I agreed and he started working on the problem the same day. From snaking and water blasting, the clogged was later found to be near the city main sewage lines.  He had to dig in the front yard to install 2 ways clean out. What amazing is he repiped, capped open pipe, dug and installed clean out all that in two days.  He started early morning till late in evening.  Give him a call and you will not regret.

Mike was able to troubleshoot our bathroom sink quickly and efficiently. He had detected not just one, but two leaks and promptly remedied the situation for us. He also checked the water pressure. He was on time, communicative and respectful. We would definitely reach out to him in the future for any other plumbing issues.

Contacted these guys and KIM came out next morning and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. KIM is just simply AWESOME! 5 STARS!

I can't say enough about the guys from Drain Rooter Service. We had a severe clog that was backing up out our shower. It is two days before Christmas and the guys were out here within an hour of my call and had it all done and cleaned up within 2 hours. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very skilled. I will use them moving forward for all my plumbing needs.

Marvin Gonzales, the service technician who stopped by today, was able to diagnose the issue quickly, and provided me several options as well as comparisons when it comes down to fixing vs. replacing the unit. Everything was explained clearly and straightforwardly, and a formal estimate was emailed to me in less than an hour. Most impressed, the work/quote so far is free of charge, and I don't need to pay until their service is chosen and performed satisfactorily, whereas most plumping service companies I used in the past would charge a fee for merely providing a quote, regardless I ended up liking or choosing their service. What a difference! I would definitely recommend Handy Pluming Man and Marvin Gonzales if you look for a professional and dependable service for your plumbing needs.

I'm very pleased with the quickness of the visit after my initial call -- less than 2 hours.  The rate was less than 2 other plumbers I contacted.  He did the work quickly and competently and cleaned up afterwards.  I have 2 minor complaints, though.  One is that the receipt and warranty were emailed the evening of the same day; I prefer receiving the paperwork before the guy leaves the house, especially since he forgot and had to be reminded to email it.  Also, he doesn't accept credit cards - the Yelp info is wrong on that point where it says he does accept credit cards.  Would use him again if plumbing issues arise.

They were easy to work with, did a great job and were less expensive than the other quotes. The person who came was wonderful, he came on time, explained the process, had everything he needed and was in and out quickly. Very satisfied!

I had problems with my kitchen sink and shower tub faucet for quite some time. The kitchen sink would clog from time to time and the shower tub faucet would drip water constantly. I made separate appointments with United Plumbing and Ujin came on the same day of the appointment on both occasions. He fixed the problem flawlessly.

I really like this company. From the receptionist all the way to the plumbers themselves have a great quality about them. We booked a time to come and they came between the said window. They said we needed a part that would take a couple days and was thinking it would probably be until after the holidays to get the job done and since I wasn't in a rush was totally fine with it but they were back in 2 days!! They were in and out and very honest, nice and professional. They have my business for future needs. Thank you always rescue for coming to our rescue.

City of Sewer just completed a job at my mothers home in West San Jose.  Their estimate came in at just over 5k, another company wanted 17k for the same work.  I watched them work, 5 guys came and replaced the sewer line from the house out under the driveway and lawn,  to the sidewalk/street.  They kept the yard clean and were professional.  Nothing sketchy about the company, a rarity these days.

Eddie truly lives up to the name of the company. He was honest and transparent about the work he would need to do and the cost. This was the first time I called a Plumber, and I was super worried I'd be overcharged bc of all the stories I hear, so I let him know right away that I wasn't trying to pay an arm and leg; however, when I met him, I could see he was a good guy and wasn't the type of guy to overcharge, and he didn't (haha whew) which was relieving!
When I called him, I gave him a description of my situation and he gave me a quote over the phone and was very clear about my options and the pricing and let me know there would be no hidden fees etc. He is obviously very experienced because he knew exactly what I was talking about and provided a solution and quote over the phone. He also voluntarily provided quotes from other companies to let me know that he wasn't charging me some arbitrary amount which was nice.
He was very kind, professional, honest, transparent, funny, and just a joy to be around.  He even voluntarily fixed my sink afterwards for no additional cost! He came the same day I called and arrived at the time he agreed to be at my home, which was nice because my problem was resolved right away so I had the rest of my Saturday to enjoy. I respect his honesty, punctuality, and professionalism. I also like that the company provides a receipt and a 30day warranty on the services. I will definitely not hesitate to call Eddie again! Not sure how many employees this company has, but I vouch for Eddie for sure! Thanks Eddie!

Great experience with Crown Plumbing. I had a broken hose spigot (wouldn't shut off) and I also couldn't shut off my water main. I called Crown and they sent out Luis Perez that afternoon. Luis texted me to let me know that he was on his way and he showed up in the time window. He was friendly and professional. He fixed the problems and also showed me a tip so my water main valve wouldn't freeze up again. Fees were reasonable and my problem was fixed. Thank you Luis! When I have another plumbing issue (and I know I will some day), I'll call Crown again.

I only have the best to say about Kiet from All Go Plumbing. I had been struggling with a toilet in my basement unit for several days and had three plumbers out to try to diagnose and fix the problem before calling All Go. I wish I had called All Go Plumbing first! None of the other plumbers were able to figure out what the issue was (but I did still have to pay for some of their attempted repairs).

All Go was incredibly thorough when trying to find the problem. He walked me through everything he did to diagnose and answered all the questions I had. He managed to find a sump pump that had died that I had no idea existed and was causing the problem. Needless to say, I had him back the next day to fix it and he did without any issue. He performed all the work at very reasonable rates and stuck to his quotes.

Kiet has my full trust and confidence as a plumber and I highly recommend him. I will be coming back to him with all of my future plumbing needs.

Professional, polite, effcient.  Recommended by a friend who had WQ re-pipe their home a few years ago. Received an itemized quote and timeline for work schedule. They delivered everything they promised. The contractor who did our inside work and the vapor barrier was supposed to handle the final inspection and didn't. WQ followed up and now all is completed. Highly recommend this local, family owned company.
