This company will never receive my business. Ever again. Not my friends not my family members. The electricians that came to the house were not very experienced or knowledgeable. One would recommend something and another one would say the opposite. Work was done, and they still had to come back multiple times because our main complaint had worsen. They estimated 1-2 months for the work to be done, but over 6 months. Pathetic. I regret doing work with them. We put ourself in danger by allowing many different people come to our home. It should have only been a 3-4 visit, ended up being 10+ visits.

I contacted Bellows for a quote on air conditioning in my new house.  They are very responsive and professional.  Gave me different options without being pushy.  I chose Bellows to do the work and they responded quickly.  They took precautions to protect floors and carpets while accessing the attic.  Workers were polite and hard working.  Best of all, they followed COVID 19 precautions while doing their work.  Everything was finished on budget and under time!  I selected Bellows for our annual preventive maintenance on air conditioning, heater, and tankless water heater.  I'm sure they will deliver!  Strongest recommendation!

Norman responded immediately to my call during a flood on New Year's Eve. He even came the following morning to inspect the damage and gave such great advice. I would 100% recommend his service to anyone in the area.

We had an old gas furnace in our hallway and no AC. We wanted to upgrade to a dual fuel heat pump system in our attic. We worked with Mike and the two Aleks. Fuse gave us the best quote for what we wanted. The job was completed over 4 days and the team was able to work with us in the house with minimal disruption. They were professional and efficient. We are satisfied with the workmanship and would highly recommend them.

Good handy men are very hard to find. I am so glad I was able to find Nick and he was able to help us out with a door repair project.

After the turds that AHS sent out this place was a breath of fresh air. Lowest quote. Came out next day. Fixed the problem in 25 minutes. Great work!

Revised - He contacted me again today and explained his process for repairing the issue should he come. I think there must be an issue with how he describes things over the phone because I understood him to say he was going to stop by when he was in the area on a specific date and he said he never committed to that and wanted to charge me $250 for a visit. Again I can't attest to the quality of his work because I didn't feel comfortable continuing but I think communication could definitely be improved.

Original - Disappointed in the follow up. He started out being very helpful - answering calls and looking at our photos. But then he agreed to come by our house to investigate the issue and never came. He hasn't responded to me contacting his phone number in over a week now. I can't attest to the quality of his work but follow through has been poor. Happy to revise the review if we receive service.

Eric is a life-saver! When my wife and I goofed our DIY install of our new clothes dryer, we accidentally shorted the 240V connection. That sure made a spark! We tried to reset the breaker box to no avail, and thought we may have blown either the box itself or even the wiring in the walls.

Eric arrived right on schedule, and it took him all of 5 minutes to fix the issue. Calling up PCE saved us a ton of money and worry -- we feared we had done potentially thousands of dollars in electrical damage to the apartment we had just moved into. Definitely recommend calling in the pros for this kind of work!

Jason Gallea came to my home today to prepare several areas before my home is painted. Not only is he a multi-talented handyman, but he is also filled with positive energy and personableness. His efficient work, his conscientious clean-up, and his talent to complete the repairs that were needed merit him a SIX star review! I also want to compliment Louise who was both kind and helpful with arranging for Jason to come. I will someday return to Handyman Heroes if and when I need them. They are truly as good as it gets!

Max came out on Labor Day and fix our issue.  Thanks for fixing our AC during this heat wave.  I recommend Max if you have an AC issue!!!

Just had a toilet installed by Corbin from Bellows.  Was great.   In with the new, out with the old, and no hassles for me.  

They kept me informed on arrival and the work was done quickly.

I also had him add a modern clean-out to my 1920's Capitola Beach Bungalow, and now we are resting with peace of mind on that front.
