Giovanni and David came and replaced the faucets in my home. They were awesome - courteous, professional, quick and very knowledgeable. Giovanni went out of his way to give us tips on our home plumbing situation and they both were very patient in answering all our questions. I think we have just found our new one stop shop for all our future plumbing needs!!

EJ plumbing installed an outside sink, drain and sump pump for my outdoor patio/kitchen. They also connected the gas hookup for my BBQ and a side burner. The owner of the business was actively involved with his team. They did a great job, they were very pleasant to deal with and last but not least their price was very competitive. When we had minor follow up plumbing issues their experienced team was ready to assist our needs. My wife and I highly recommend EJ Plumbing

Trieu was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable.  Three other plumbers weren't able to figured out the knocking sound in the pipe when using washer & dryer.  Trieu was able to troubleshoot it within a few minutes and fixed the problem.

Mike is very professional. It was a pleasure to work with him. Quick response to quote on Yelp based on photos of the problem area. We realized after settling on the price that the pipes were in a very tight spot which meant more work but Mike had no complaints about it, nor did he change his quote. Came on time, finished the work on time. I would absolutely hire him again for any future plumbing needs.

Khoa is a great and honest person. Unlike some other plumbers he does not cook up extra work or tries to sell you an expensive service. He unclogged my drain in a commercial building in 15 minutes. Khoa saved my butt again in a different situation. Two months ago I had my commercial building roof recoated. The roofers blew the debris into my drain and when the rain came last week our office got literally flooded. I contacted Khoa but he was all booked. He called me back when he was available and cleared my drain in 15 mins. Thanks again Khoa

Fast response. Quickly came onsite and addressed the problem with dedication. Also left the bathtub clean after job done. Definitely my go-to place for plumbing work.

We had a backup in all the pipes in our house. Marco was very quick to respond via text and honest about how it would cost less to come on a weekday, if it wasn't super urgent. His team came as scheduled to snake our pipes and identified the problem as tree roots. They were friendly and thorough, and Marco came a few days later to use a camera in our pipes to record whether the tree roots originated on our property or the city's. He also sanitized our sewage backup (ew-- thank you!). We appreciate that he's local and glad that he seems to be in demand. We'd definitely call Handy Plumbing Man again!

Javen was on time, polite, explained the problem, and even identified a future problem that we fixed same day.  Local to Fremont and will use them again in the future if needed!

My kitchen sink only drains when garbage disposal is on. I got several quotes. United Plumbing gave me the best offer and first availability. Alexandr showed up on time and had it fixed under an hour. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for fast service.

They charged me 350$ for a simple sprinkler installation which still has leaks that I wanted to get fixed. They were responsive and offered to do the job, but poor execution and super expensive.

Our kitchen faucet broke and that's not good timing during a pandemic for a family of 4. Steve came out the following day and replaced our faucet.  He even came back a few days later to add the soap dispenser that came with the faucet and re-caulked the area around the sink that was moldy. He is super nice and reasonably priced.  Looking forward to having him come back to replace a bathroom vanity

Steven did a really good job fixing our clogged bathtub and basin. Very prompt in responding to our enquiry, came by our place on time and reasonable pricing - what more can you ask for. Steven will be my go-to guy for any repairs or clogs. Keep up the good work.

We were notified by the city that we had a water leak as our usage was very high, compared to previous months. We contacted #1 Honest Plumber. Ed responded within 5 minutes. He was understanding and very accommodative. The person he sent to our home was a consummate professional. Diligent. Methodically checked every bathroom... and correctly identified the problem in our irrigation system (which I pointed out as a perenial wet spot). He dug up the area and found the leak. He would have fixed it if I would have accepted his quote for $450. I did not. He charged $150 for the 50 minutes he spent identifying the problem. In summary, this company lives up to it's name. They are very honest. Prompt and extremely responsive; albeit a bit on the pricey side.

My Repipe quote for 4 bed, 2 full bath, 2000 sq ft home was a whooping $20,000. That was 8,000 above Repipe Specialist and Advanced Repipe Specialist (both $12,000). I called to discuss the quote and offer an opportunity to adjust the quote but the service rep said it's not worth our time. James Arguelles 5853 Cohasset Way, San Jose CA 95123. Be very careful as it's clear they are price gauging in tough economy. Good luck against competitors at those rates.

1.18.21 Update - Owner called me after the post and offered an apology for the poor experience. I accepted his apology. He explained his reasons they are $8000 more than the quotes from Repipe Specialist and Advanced Repipe Specialist. The cost per hour for his workers is more than competitors and his tools are better. That said the reality is from a customer standpoint the two competitor companies have good reviews and quoted the same job. I have since selected Repipe Specialist who outsource to a local outfit and the experience has been good.

In my opinon it will be hard for diligent customers to agree to pay a cost nearly 2x for the same work due to a business model with higher overhead.

The silver lining here is the owner did call me back and explained his reasons. I will let the Yelp customers agree or disagree if they want to pay the additional cost passed on by the owner. I opted out. Honesty does count for something and I wish the owner and his company good luck.

Our water heater was broken and they came on time and made sure it won't leak anymore. They are very quick and know their job very well. We will keep them as our go-to plumber. They also checked our faucet which was having some issues. Thank you so much for coming quickly and saving us from water damages.

Khan, the owner, is such a nice and honest guy. Came over on time and helped us to fix the garbage disposal leak. Since it was not installed correctly, and it's a bit loose, he fixed it by tighten the disposal and didn't charge us anything. Highly recommended!

If you aren't calling Drain Masters for your plumbing needs, you should be.  Ed, the owner, is honest, reliable, and knowledgeable.  He is reasonable priced and guarantees his work.  I had a major clog, and within minutes the drains were running perfect.  Give him a try next time you have a problem.  I promise you, that you will be very satisfied.
