Best Water Heater Installation in San Jose CA

They were awesome.  I called them in the morning about snaking sewer line.  They quoted reasonable price so I decided to use their service.  It was great that they could schedule it same day in the afternoon.  Before their arrival, they called me to update the time.  Once they were here, they did the job fast and right.  Thank you guys.

Great experience all around with EJ Plumbing.  I needed a new garbage disposal and to replace two leaky shutoff valves.   Called and they gave me a reasonable estimate.  Alex arrived on time and fixed both in good order.  I asked about other services and while inspecting the water heater we found a leak in valve.   Because the water heater was already 14 years old I decided to have it replaced.  Manny and Alex got it replaced the very same day.
I would use them again for future plumbing needs.  Alex was punctual, polite and very thorough in his explanations.  No pressure tactics and left the decisions to me.  Very reasonable pricing.

We had a kitchen clog on the second floor of our townhouse.  Water from the third floor was coming down and filling the sink.  We searched Yelp for a few plumbers and compared pricing, and Handy Rooter & Plumbing  gave me a price under $200, while others were $225-350 due to the townhouse build (one story homes are much cheaper).

We called at 9am and were lucky enough to have an appointment by 11am.  Trieu came right on time and was ready to get to work.  I showed him the issue and he knew what the problem was.  He snaked the drain a few times with different tools for about 45 minutes and cleared up the issue.  No more stoppage!  Drips of dirty black water got on the floor and under the sink but Trieu cleaned it all up when he was done.

I had a couple other minor issues and he was more than happy to take a look.  Unfortunately, due to time constraints, he couldn't fix these other issues however he did give me pointers on how to fix them myself and gave me quotes for future appointments.

I'm very satisfied with the job that he completed and would use him again in the future.

Mike is a great guy:  honest, funny and real.

I called him when our kitchen sink clogged and our bathtub drain was running slowly.  He provided quotes right away and we made an appointment.  He texted me before the time of our appointment to let me know he was on his way--a nice touch--and showed up on time.  He got right to the work and, though the job was tricky and required snaking from inside, he cleared the line and was even good-humored about the effort it took.  After that, the bathtub drain was easy and he had it cleared in no time.

I'd recommend Mike to anyone who needs a plumber--I'll certainly call him again next time I need plumbing help!

This was my first time calling this Co. My sink got overflowed and water was all over my floor and I had to clean everything and I was stressed so I called this Co. and they send David to my house in less than an hour. He was such a wonderful and kind person, he fixed it so fast and didn't even let me to stress. Thank you David.

Todd was great. He came to snake our washer pipe and discovered it was full of calcified output from our water softener. He also took a look at our water heater which was improperly installed and made sure it was connected safely. He also spent time to show me how to do things like flush the heater myself - great service! Best of all, he was prompt on communications and on time.

Fantastic service.  Marco communicated very clearly and promptly.  Had a plumber out the next day.  When other issues arouse (it's never just the original problem), they created a plan and will implement tomorrow.  Thank you again!

Thank you Joe for replacing our old water heater with a brand new one.  He was professional and showed up when scheduled.  He took less than a couple of hours to complete the job and removed the old water heater.  This is the second time we used J&K Plumbing and highly recommend their service!

Alexander from United came and replaced a leaking p-trap quickly and on schedule on a late Sunday afternoon. United was a reasonably priced service given it was the weekend. I would use them again

the forth service as they are so prompt, so efficient and responsive.
I like to deal with the service companies like them compared to others less responsive. In addition,  they do ask fair and reasonable price.

Steve came within a day to fix a drain that was blocked. The whole drain was corroded and he needed to replace it. His work was amazing and his price was very reasonable for his hours of work!

Steven was great!  I asked for help with a leak.  He was the first to respond and came within about an hour or so and immediately identified the source.  I really appreciated his quick and thorough response.   I know he saved me a lot of money in the future.  Thanks!

Ed is the man!  He is super reliable and friendly.  I used him twice for help with my plumbing issues, and he would come as soon as he possibly can.  and does an amazing job for a great price.  I highly recommend him as your go to plumber.

BEWARE!!!  We had a very disturbing experience with this contractor.  After an outdoor electrical fire destroyed our tankless water heater, and with only a week until we were hosting Thanksgiving, this place was recommended to us.  The quote was THREE TIMES what we paid to have the water heater installed two years ago!  We expected the quote to be a little more than we previously paid, given most things are more expensive post-Covid as well as the rush nature of the job, but THREE TIMES the cost is absolutely ridiculous!  Definitely tried to take advantage of us when we were in an awful situation.  This contractor can't be trusted.

We are remodeling our restroom and ran into a few issues installing a new toilet etc. We were able to secure an appointment right away. Communication was quick and easy. The two gents that came to install our toilet and fix a leaky pipe, were super sufficient, timely and polite. Definitely recommend them for all your plumbing services.

Short answer: If you're in the need for a plumber, All Go Plumbing and Rooter is the plumber you need. I didn't get his name but the plumber that arrived provided great service, was professional, polite, communicative and I feel the job that was done is outstanding.

Longer answer: My kitchen sink went bad last night. It was clogged and started leaking. I figure I'd be able to solve the problem by running to Home Depot in the morning, grabbing some Drano, and washing it down with some hot water down the drain. That absolutely did not do the trick. I am no plumber so I decided to call All Go Plumbing and Rooter. He told me to text his address to him and he got to my place in (I feel like) less than an hour afterwards. He arrived, took a look under my sink, asked me what the situation was, and went straight to work. He suggested I consider reaching out to my property manager first so they can pay for it and so that I am not out of pocket. I feel that was quite thoughtful of him. It's appreciated. I opted out of it and decided to pay out of pocket instead. He took care of the leaking hardware under my kitchen sink, replaced everything he saw necessary, and fixed my clog. He even went the extra mile after the job was done and showed me my old hardware and briefly explained to me why it was bad.

I don't know if your organization consists of multiple plumbers or if it's only an individual operating alone. Regardless, the plumber that showed up to solve my plumbing problem is an outstanding man. Thank you very much for responding fast, keeping it professional and courteous, getting the job done, and even going the extra mile to help me. I will be a returning customer.

They came out and worked for two to three hours on our big clog that was between back to back bathrooms on a single pipeline.

They were unsuccessful but they didn't charge me.  They are professional and they work hard to resolve your plumbing problem.  They recommend to install a second clean out.  Each bathroom would be on separate lines to prevent that big clog from happening in the future.

Edward and Dave responded quickly to my phone call. They explained the work that needed to be done to my sewer line and gave a reasonable quote.

Even more important, they were honest and conscientious.

They told me when they found that certain work *didn't* need to be done. They also came back to check something that occurred to them *after* they finished the job.

Very professional from the first phone call to the technicians arrival to watching the tailor ghost going out the driveway. Arnold was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Very punctual and respectful. Definitely worth a call for all of your plumbing fiascos. Also the brand of water heater that they brought out was a top quality referral. Nice
