Giovani and Nick did excellent job to install my new water heater today, I am so happy with their service! Giovani also check around the house, inspect the water pressure and point out the few more possible issues to let me pay attention on it, I feel like I am only got a plumber, I also got a home inspector:-)

I've used EJ Plumbing for numerous jobs over the past 5 years.  They have replaced shower heads, toilets, cleaned out shower drains and replaced kitchen faucets.  The last visit, the technician Mike, went the extra step to macgyver a cardboard cover over protruding pipe valves so that my kitchen sprayer hose wouldn't get stuck underneath.  Two previous plumbers (one who installed initially, and another who fixed/replaced the broken the spray hose) did not notice that the hose was breaking because it was constantly getting stuck under the nozzles under the sink.   Kudos to Mike 1. for noticing and 2. for going out of his way to prevent it from happening again.

Two toilets at one of my commercial property were clogged. I called a few plumbers on Yelp , but Handy Rooter & plumbing was the only one that replied and came by within the hour. They inspected the issue and gave me a quote. But they won't charge you a penny unless they can fix the issue.  Trieu and his guy tried the cheapest simple fix first by doing a simple drain unclog from the toilets, but it didn't get unclog and they didn't charge a penny. They had to unclogged the pipe and got the job done!

I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues from now on .

Michael is great!  He responded quickly with a quote after I sent photos of the work I needed done; relocating copper water supply lines for my bathroom remodel.  He arrived on time as scheduled.  He was masked for safety.  Entering my home, he put on fresh booties to keep the floors clean.  He worked efficiently and explained what he was going to do.  His work was top notch.  I highly recommend Michael for all your plumbing needs; sweating copper pipes is subtle skill that takes experience and Michael is a very skilled plumber.

Cannot be happier with their customer service and quality of work. We called them at 8:30 AM on a SUNDAY and one of their guys actually answered the phone and a technician was at our home in 20 min! Our shower faucet had been leaking water over the past month and suddenly the small leak became more like a waterfall which necessitated us to shut off the entire water line to our house. David arrived promptly and was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us two possible options to fix the issue and gave us his professional opinion (which ended up saving us money). The shower is in perfect working order now, and we're glad it was a painless and positive experience thanks to these guys. We have already recommended them to our friends!

Our water heater was broken and they came on time and made sure it won't leak anymore. They are very quick and know their job very well. We will keep them as our go-to plumber. Khan is the man and I owe him a great review! I recently purchased a property in Hayward and one night there was a leakage from the garage ceiling that scared the hell out of me. Since I am new to the area so my first reaction was to look for a reputable plumbing service on yelp. That's how I found Khan. I called him up the next morning to schedule an appointment at his earliest available time. He came on time as promised and found out there is a backup from the sewage pipe that's causing the leakage. He then ran a snake from the problematic toilet, TWICE, and found a bunch of baby wipe stuck in the pipe. After 30 mins, he fixed the backup and problem was gone!

After a week, I found the same toilet is backed up again and I texted Khan the same night. He said he'll stop by the next day. He came on time and ran the the snake again and found more of the baby wipes. The best thing is that he did this job for me for free of charge! Yes....FREE!

He also suggested me to change the coupling and a better toilet which I already scheduled the appointment with him to do them done this weekend.

I really appreciate his hard work and give me everything he's got. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and he's doing his best to provide a peace of mind to the customer. He's the guy you can trust and definitely the go-to person if you have any plumbing issue.

Where others failed, Drain Masters prevailed!  We had a clogged up kitchen drain.  The previous company that we called were very pleasant and professional but they were unsuccessful.  In fact they wanted to blast through to our bathroom to the tune of $850. ((I cannot the company.)  Anyway, our drain did challenge Drain Masters, but they cleared it  without tearing down a wall.  In fact, Edward was in and out of our home in less than an hour.  He was great!  He even explained a strange thing about the drains in our neighborhood and commented that perhaps that was the reason the previous plumber failed.

I had a Broken Water Main last week. Water Quality Plumbing was the first listing in YELP and has 5 stars... I figured they must be good. I called just after 6AM (Their hours on YELP are listed as open at 6AM), and got a message service. The person was unhelpful and very rude. I can't help you, can't give you any information. I can take your number, and have someone call you. All I want to know, is can you tell me how much it's going to cost me, and I can't turn off the mater main (it was rusted shut).  If you want emergency service, it's before hours (?), so it will be $165, plus $15 for something (garbled) So... $180 to shut off the water, then you will tell me how much to repair?

I was panicing at that time, so I left my home number for their plumber to call. When he finally called me 45 minutes later, my neighbor had already come over with the proper tool and shut the water off for me. The guy on the phone was rude again!

I'm gald I found someone else to do the work for me...

Yes, it was stressful. Good customer service companies know how to deal with situations like that. There is NO EXCUSE for being rude to people on the phone, period. Post your actual operating hours, and say you are open 24/7 for a price... Truth in advertising...

Noticed a leak on the floor by the base of the toilet.  Thought I needed a new toilet so I called Victor to see if I needed to go buy a toilet and if he can install it.  After describing my issue, he said my the wax seal was probably worn. When he said the wax seal was worn, I thought he was talking about the caulking around the base and I was like that's not gonna fix the leak under the toilet!?  I guess the wax seal is the ring that the toilet sits on?  Victor came and took the toilet out and replaced the wax seal and put the toilet back on.  He flushed the toilet a few times to make sure there was no leak.  He cleaned up all the working area.  He's a small business owner and I highly recommend him (at least for toilet related needs from my experience).

We had a blocked drain from our bath tub and we had a plumber out this morning who told us that the blockage was so severe that his snake was not able to clear it and we would have to break through the wall and replace the pipes, so serious money!!!, in a panic I searched Yelp for a second opinion.  Called Santo's Gomez and he was at our house 20 minutes later.  Within 15 minutes he had cleared our blockage and our bath was running freely again.  Thank you Santos, would highly recommend!!

We had to re-pipe our entire house ; almost all the pipes were rusted. We took quotes from several companies but at the end we settled with Allpipes. George has several decades of experience in plumbing and the moment you speak to him, you'll notice this. He's direct, honest and passionate about his work.

Not only did he repipe our house, we asked him to help us out in replacing the damaged wood flooring, gas line and several other things and he did an inch perfect job in everything.

He charged us a very reasonable price and didn't charge us penny for tiny little surprises that came along during re-piping. I really love his professionalism and work ethics !

Right now all our plumbing problems are solved, gas works great, the wood flooring he replaced is wonderful and I can't complain about anything.

We are also very good friends with him. We now take his opinion for any doubts we may have regarding home improvement.

I would highly recommend these plumbers. They come in a timely manner they call ahead and let you know when they will be arriving. Ruben showed up with mask on and was was very Courteous and polite.They are great to talk too. Any questions that you might have they will answer. I had my tankless Navien water heater flush every year by these guys. Any of my plumbing needs they will first to call.

Charles came to our house today on a weekend emergency visit. Besides being very relieved that he responded immediately to our call, he is professional, and excellent at his work. Our job was done efficiently, he did not overcharge us, and gave us some plumbing education too. Gladiator staff is a total pro. I phoned them for an appointment and Yuri (Project Manager) showed up the very next day. We walked the house and during the walkthrough, he pointed out many details on the things they will also take care of during re-pipe. He provided us an estimate the very same day with details of what materials they will be using and a detailed schedule. I had also received two other comparable quotes but none were as detailed so I decided to move forward with the project. The Gladiator team showed up early and worked really hard all day to finish the re-pipe in one day. I had few concerns and as soon as I notified Yuri, he addressed them. The whole project was completed in 4 days which included two inspections from the city and sheetrock repair.  I am so happy that I choose Gladiator team for this project. :)
