What an honest place. Frank came out to give me an estimate for a problem I thought I had with my HVAC system. After a thorough assessment, he told me what we had was sufficient and made a few recommendations that had nothing to do with the HVAC system itself. If I *ever* need assistance with our HVAC in the future, I'll definitely call Fuse.

We had to body slam our front door to get it to close. Once the wood started to chip away and the screw heads started to get shaved off, I reached out to Chuck to get it fixed ASAP. Chuck texted with me to learn as much as possible about the problem to save time. He worked us in to his busy schedule. Chuck always told us when he was coming, when he arrived, and when he was heading out for the day. Chuck always explained any issues that came up like whether to shave the door on one side or the other and taught me some tricks of the trade too. I felt he was respectful of the time being spent. Price was very reasonable too. Overall, I always felt like we were making progress and that I could count on hearing back from him... which I'm feeling is kind of rare these days! Thanks Chuck!

The thermostate had died over the weekend, and it was too chilly during the nights for any comfort even when wearing the house robe.
 
I called the company on Monday for an appointment, made for Tuesday  between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Got a phone call at 7:30 AM on Tuesday that left a message that the man is on his way, and a few minutes before 8 he is knocking at my door.

Jeff was the man of the hour!  He explained everything that he was doing, and whatever he would do as he went along.  I was provided with the latest
model of thermostate, and how to use it for home comfort with energy savings. I was always getting email notices from PG&E as to saving energy,
and reducing billings.
For the time, effort and arrangements for future needs, the cost was very
reasonable.

This review is a year overdue. Norman, is professional, reliable, honest and great at what he does. Our bathroom sink was leaking and we searched around and found, Norman. He did a wonderful job and we are grateful we found him.

Nick is absolutely amazing. He has done a lot of work for us on multiple properties and he will work on all things big and small from just hanging up curtain rods, to looking at electrical. He is super responsive, which I really appreciate in a handyman. He is super organized and punctual. The house we moved has many little problems where stuff was just kind of badly put together. Nick is always very thoughtful and creative in finding a solution to fix things. I love the fact that he has a van with everything organized in there with all the supplies. Everything we have had him work on has been spot on. We were managing a million contractors updating the new house and I cannot express how much I appreciate a reliable handyman that can get things done. Thanks so much Nick!

Just had Dave out to replace my leaking P-Trap on bathroom sink,very professional and quick,very nice guy and will use him for any other projects I might need and his price is good,was the cheapest out of 3 estimated.

Very happy with Ryans service. He wad able to correct a problem with a recently installed bathroom fan.  He also repaired some drawer slides that were not working. Ryan caulked and filed nail holes in the baseboard in our newly refinished bathroom!
Very happy with Ryans work! We will use him again when needed!

Raymond Porras was one of the best technicians we've ever worked with across any service we've had to our home. He was on time, extremely knowledgable, worked with us on a solution for our home, and was all around so courteous! Would highly recommend this company, and if you can, ask for Raymond directly as you won't be disappointed!

Also, the office staff are incredible. When I was going to schedule the appointment, they promptly picked up the call, were kind, quick and had an invoice / appointment reminder sent before we even hung up. This kind of customer service is so rare these days.

I just want to say a huge thank you to this business. I called with an emergency and the service professional was in the middle of dinner. He took the time to give me his number and asked for my address. He said he would be on his way right after he finished eating and he was. Meanwhile, the power came back on. I texted him to ask how much for the service call because he had to be nearing my home and he said no charge. I am so appreciative and relieved to find someone who is honest and gave me a break when he had every reason to charge me. I am definitely keeping his number, this is the type of person you want coming into your home especially as electrical problems can get costly quick. Thanks again, I appreciate you!

Had a simple job of replacing the automatic light switch. Yvegny gave a very fair price and provided texts of different options for us. He first suggested that we do the work ourselves and he would walk us through it. Since we've never replaced a light switch, figured it would be better to have him do it and we could learn from him for the next time. Highly recommended!

Juan Galvan our service technician was detail oriented, explained the issues well, and kindly responded to our questions. He repaired our hvac on the spot and it runs like a top now.  We would use their service again and recommend him to a friend.

Definitely not your usual handyman! Vince was our lead PM and he and his workers were really great. Vince and his crew were always polite and professional, very clean and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy.  Their work was detailed and high quality. The job consisted of removing rotted wood from our deck, replacing it with fresh wood and replacing the existing wood railing with a steel wire railing and a wood cap. They also power-washed the underside of the deck and removed mold and potential dry rot. As an added bonus Vince power washer our lower outside landing and didn't charge me for it. In addition, they did a great job of removing some ornamental features on the front of our home to give it a sleeker, more modern look.
Vince and his crew consistently arrived on time and worked hard all day. They laid down tarps in the house to protect my carpets and wood floors from dirt and their shoes and tidied up the work area at the end of each day.  
I was very pleased with the completed job and I would recommend Vince and his crew to anyone. Ivy

Steve recently replaced an outdoor dryer vent.  He was professional and friendly and knew exactly what he was doing.  This is our 3rd experience with Bellows and we feel blessed to find this excellent group of people.
