Giovanni from San Jose Drain and Main fixed the main valve to my house as well as a garden tap. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and completed the work quickly.  It's good to find a plumber you can trust and I plan to keep using them for additional projects

These guys are the real deal. We had a broken hot water line in the crawl space of our house. After several calls to other plumbers who could not get to us quickly, EJ Plumbing came quickly, and Gerardo did a full examination. We ended up doing a full re-pipe job because we have an older house which had galvanized. They were fast, responsive, very thorough and priced fairly. They did the re-pipe in one day with a team of 8 people and came back the next day to clean-up, patch, etc. Ben was our point person, and he is a straight shooter with lots of experience. Couldn't be happier with them.

They came in within 30 mins. even when I called them like about 6pm yesterday when I need their help desperately to clear our drainage at our commercial building.  Their quote was a lot less than other local plumber and they got the work done. They were professional and know exactly what to do. I definitely will keep their number in case if I ever need to use them again in the future.

I have Todd come out to fix 2 different problems. He gave me a competitive quote for replacing a kitchen faucet and when he arrived he found out it is one with motion sensor. He said it should cost more but he honored the earlier quote. The second job was to replace some leaking valves.
Todd always comes on-time and checked his work after he finished. I am very satisfied with the quality of his work. I definitely recommend Todd to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Marco was responsive and helpful; he diagnosed and fixed our Toto toilet problem promptly. We will certainly give him a call again when we need help with another plumbing issue. He was clean, friendly, thorough, and efficient. Highly recommended.

My parents' water heater broke down and I called J&K Plumbing after seeing great reviews on yelp. Joe answered right away and gave me a quick quote after reviewing the pictures of the water heater I sent him. I had called around a few other places prior and his price was the best! Also he could come out and do the job right away on the same day.
When he did come out though, he found out the work would be harder than expected due to the location of the water heater being inside a closet in the garage. But he kept his word on the price and did a great job!
He was very professional and got the job done quickly. If I have any plumbing needs myself in the future, I'll definitely be contacting Joe.

This company is by far the only plumbing company I am recommending to my friends. They are fast, professional, and the most important thing is they are honest and focus on solving the problem for my case in stead of trying to convince me to replace all my sewer/drain lines. Not sure if it can get better than this.  They were ready to go out to my home within 2 hours of calling them to fix a water heater which stopped working on Friday night.  

Their price was cheaper than the other nearest quote by $500!  They were clean, professional and were able to communicate well in English.  Their price was more than fair and I would use them again without thinking twice.

In the middle of replacing toilet tank valve, I found water leaking on the water supply hose. I contacted to the owner and he showed up in a few hours!  He was friendly and finished his job quickly. The pricing was quite good and I appreciate his work. Thank you!

Had Eddie come fix my sink drain and overflowing toilets after a different Plummer messed them up and caused the problems. He was able to have everything fixed within an hour and helped out with any other little things that needed that we didn't even know about. Most plumbers I assume only come for one job and if something else needs fixing they won't tell you so you can call them to come again once it's really broken. Very nice to have a handy man that actually cares! 10/10

Very happy with their Service. I had a leak in the main water pipe going into my house that I couldn't seal.   I called Saturday afternoon about it in hopes of making an appointment for next week.   Surprisingly, Kiet said he could make it  between 9 and 10 the next day,  Sunday, and did so.  He replaced my leaky pipe as well as updated my very old pressure system and pipes. I've found my plumber of choice.   I highly recommend this company,

Mr Khan had listened and looked carefully into the problem and issue that I had and he immediately presented a few options for fixing it.  With his clear explanation and professional advise, I took his recommendation and had him started the project right away.

Determined the problem and handled it same day (he had the parts in his van which was nice) very respectful , communication was great from start to finish ! I called to ask for a garbage disposal installation. Mary answered and explained that when you added their travel charge (apparently Fremont is outside their usual service area) it would cost me more to use their company than if I got a local Fremont based firms name off of Yelp.  Talk about honest and helpful!  Not to mention plain old NICE!i

Victor was courteous and prompt, and did a thorough job. He was able to accommodate me on the same day and patiently answered all my questions and gave me options. I won't hesitate to call him again!

I hate to give a place one star when I receive a refund but unfortunately this is well deserved.  A guy came to repair our toilet upstairs which had some water leakage around it.  Found out the floor was pretty badly damaged but he still installed a wax seal and some anchors--I thought everything was fine.

Later last night the toilet started absolutely flooding.  There used to be one small crack in the ceiling below the toilet, now there are two large cracks with water dripping down.  (Water wasn't dripping down before).  Plumber said that the hose was on its last leg but for some reason didn't replace it?? It took my husband 5 mins to see that the top of the toilet was leaking onto the already damaged hose causing all of the flooding.  

Husband was able to replace the hose easily and will replace the piece inside top part as a temporary fix.  Plumber said it was too risky to replace the hose--what???? I've included pictures of the damage and flooding water.  There are 3 people living in this house & we needed to keep the water on to go to the bathroom, take showers etc and all night we had dirty toilet water dripping on us...not fun and now we need to repair the further damage to the floor and ceiling....

Water heater was flashing an error code on a heater I had Wizard installed about 4 years ago.  They promptly came out and checked it out.  While it took a few visits and changing some parts to get the heater working again, the crew was always very professional and courteous and made sure things are working properly.  They were able to get one of the parts for free and waived the express shipping fee for me.  There was also no charge for the times that they came out to check on the heater when it wasn't working properly after the first repair; one time was as late as 9 PM on a Saturday to ensure I would at least get some hot water for that night.  Thanks for fixing my water heater and would call Wizard again for my plumbing needs.
