Best Toilet Repair in San Jose CA

I had a leaking toilet for awhile now. Two other plumbers failed to find the source. San Jose Drain and Main discovered a partially clogged line to the sewer, snaked the line and the nasty leak is finally gone. Thank you!

I contacted them via email and they replied me same day  even it was a Sunday. Vince and Tim came right next day after talked to them on the phone. They found out other  problems I did not think (other plumber did not noticed either). They fixed all of the problems neatly in short time. I contacted Michael for a shower valve replacement in my condo. Before providing a quote, Michael asked relavent questions to get a better idea of the scope of the job. We scheduled an appointment for the job, and Michael arrived as expected with all the tools and supplies needed. The job was a bit more challenging than anticipated but Michael came up with solutions. Job was completed professionally, cleanly and within the estimated timeframe, with minimal disruption. I picked these guys because of the good Yelp reviews but ended having an entirely disappointing experience. I called Duey (I think the owner) letting him know of a significant leak on our side of the water meter in front of our house. He said he will send someone the next day. No one showed up during the hour window Duey gave me, and after I called him, he sent someone by the name of Steve. Steve took a look and gave an estimate of $650 for a job that takes only a couple of hours. I asked Steve how many hours he estimates the job to take and he said we don't estimate by the hour. I asked him then how did you come up with $650, and he started saying, I need to go Home Depot, and then come back and open up the meter plumbing, and ...  He basically saw that we are desperate because the water leak was large and decided to take advantage of the situation. Absolutely dishonest and a waste of our time.

Drain Rooter Service was the first and only place to pick up the phone as I called down the line of local plumbers on Yelp on Monday at 9:30am (none of the previous 3 answered the phone).  I was desperate for professional help and was relieved Todd was able to come over within 40 minutes of contact.  He was efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything in detail.  I will hire Drain Rooter Service next time I need plumbing help.  Highly recommended.  Thank you, Todd.

A technician came the same afternoon as the morning of my call to check on a toilet that did not flush. He had the parts in his service van needed to replace and the toilet was in working order once again.

Joe was SO helpful!!  We needed his services when our bathtub was clogged for days, we tried EVERYTHING, bought needless supplies from Orchard's, Home Depot, wasted sweat, time, money and tears - til we decided to call Joe - he saved us!  Thanks Joe for your help, for putting up with our yappy dogs, and for fixing our tub super fast.  Joe was also very clean w/coming in and out of our place.  You must call Joe if you have any plumbing issues, he'll save you too!!

We had an exterior hose bib start leaking very badly, gallons of water an hour. WE contacted them and they had someone here within a few hours. They replaced the leaking hose bib, and a second one that had started to drip some as well. Quality work, quick and effective, and very nice and professional plumber.

I had a shower that would not turn off we had tried to replace the lever ourselves and were very un successful.  Reached out through Yelp on a Saturday afternoon around 130pm.  The call center took all our info we got a call back in 2 mins from a tech Gabriel and he was at our door by 330pm.  I had to turn the water off to the house and was in a panic to get it fixed...on a weekend...during a pandemic!  

Gabriel came out mask on safety booties greeted us and I showed him the issue.  It was a simple piece replacement cost 250.00 and was done with in 20 mintues.  He was very kind explained what he was doing showed us how our attempt to fix was not the entire problem but never made us feel silly for trying.  He was very friendly cleaned up and took the time to look at a few projects we were curious if his company could do.  Walked us through what it would take (ice maker water line broke and need a new toliet) and the office to call and set it up.

I can not say enough good things the service was awesome the response time was amazing and they understood the urgency we had with no water and 5 member family.  I would recommend them again and again!!

I waited about a month to post this review to make sure that the repair would hold up, and so far everything is still working as it should :)

Steve responded to my request looking to fix a dripping sink faucet. He was friendly, professional, and quoted me a reasonable price. I decided to move forward with his service and figuring out next steps was easy -- he provided guidance on what kind of replacement parts I needed to procure, and set up a time to return to do the repair a couple days after.

He arrived on time with another person to help him, and I watched while they worked -- they were quick, clean, organized, and efficient. Clearly knew what they were doing, and it confirmed that this repair was out of my wheelhouse (or any DIY video I found on YouTube).

Ed responded quickly, and was responsive in dealing with our clogged toilets. He quickly identified the issue and the (awkward) location of our clean-out. HE is honest, dependable, professional, friendly. I wish all plumbers were like Ed :)

I had a leak under the kitchen sink and a faulty faucet. They came the same day, fixed the problem and installed the new faucet, quickly, efficiently and they were very professional and courteous. Kiet has now come 3 times to our house - same day, on short notice. He works efficiently and gets the problem fixed. He's fixed our clogged sink, washer, and most recently our tub. He's a nice guy and wears a mask to be safe. I'd hire him again.

Khan is awesome! He just did a repipe for my house and he offered the best price and was very friendly. You definitely want to hire someone you can trust when doing a big job like this and i could tell right away Khan was trustworthy.

He was running late to come and give me a quote but he kept me updated on where he was so i wasn't left wondering. After the job was done, there were little issues because my drains were old and Khan was great, because he would say no big deal and fix it within a few minutes! I will be calling him for all future plumbing work!

Edward answered my call in and showed up within 90 min.   Assessed the issues and in short order had the main line cleared out.  Charged a fair $225.00 for the call.    No more stuck toilets and showers in the house, yeah!   Peace in the house.

We are frequent customers of Water Quality Plumbing given we own several investment properties. We've worked with other plumbing companies in the past but Water Quality provides the best service. We always request Phil. He is polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Nobody does a better job!

Vic was fast responding and was patient waiting for me while I was late. He is a nice person and does a good job!

Had a main line sewer backup. Santos was fairly quick to return a call. Unlike the rooter guys that come for free and then give you an inflated price to fix (hoping you will just say yes), Santos came out on an hourly basis.  He came on time, was unable to  free blockage tha was about 100 feet down the line. He returned the next day, on time, cut out cast iron pipe and installed a new cleanout about 30 feet before blockage. then used a hose balloon to blow it out.
One nice thing about Santos is he provides camera service to see that line is really clear and also show defects in line at no extra charge for video.
In the future, I will use his general plumbing services. But even if you just need a line cleared, it is better to call a real plumber like Santos that can do more than just run a rooting machine.

We had a bathroom drain leak and also needed to replace a faucet.  Gregg was fantastic.  He came out, gave us a clear explanation of the problem, provided a quote, and then came back later to complete the work, on time and at the cost he had quoted us.  We've had Gregg do work for us before, so we knew we could trust his workmanship, and he didn't disappoint.  Highly recommend
