Best Toilet Repair in San Jose CA
Came out same day I called. Giovanni and Sam snaked and fixed the sink drain which had more problems than just a clogged sink. He made it work, and gave me a quote on the work required to fix the T behind the sink which he said really should be done. Thanks guys.

I had a leaking kitchen faucet and had sent a message to EJ Plumbing about my issue. I described the problem and Manny responded and made the assumption that I needed a new faucet. I decided to call another plumbing company instead and they came out and fixed the issue. I DIDN'T have to replace my faucet. Thank goodness I didn't listen to Manny!!!!

Responds very quickly, assessed the station, gave me a fair quote, and fixed the problem. Work is guaranteed for 30 days and he is super friendly!

Michael was great - responded very quickly and worked really hard to come up with a solution for me. Michael replaced a kitchen faucet - I had pre-purchased an item, and he did the install while I ran to the parts store for a fix for my bathroom faucet. Very quick. The bigger problem was the leaky tub faucet. The fixtures were very old and getting the parts was a big issue. Michael showed me all the work he did to solve the problem and checked with me about pricing and purchasing replacements. He had planned to return on a second day to cut into the wall to fix the leak. He ended up finding the proper stem for my faucet at a different shop, and checked with me before ordering - he came back sooner to finish the job than planned. Always very polite and respectful. For a single woman this is very important. Would definitely call him again for any plumbing issue. Was hoping he did irrigation...sadly no.

Tai came over to take a look at the drainage issues we were having. He was very courteous and explained what was happening. He quoted us a very reasonable price. After a few days, once our schedules aligned, he came over with another person and replaced our pipes in no time. I will definitely recommend Local Rooter and Plumbing to my family and friends

Todd worked was very friendly, efficient with his work, very communicative while working and was very clean with every step it took in repairing my clogged plumbing. He was on time and his work was fast and clean. I definitely would recommend Drain Rooter Service for any plumbing issues!

Extremely responsive, professional and dedicated. We called Marco on a stormy, cold afternoon with a backed up kitchen sink and washer drain line. Marcos answered right away and mentioned he was quite busy for the afternoon, but would do his best to see if there was a way to help us. Within an hour, Marco let us know he was going to squeeze us in and he and his colleague arrived ahead of schedule, diligently diagnosed the issue and immediately started to open the pipe. Things, unfortunately, weren't as simple as we had hoped, but Marco said he was not going to leave until the pipe was opened and we had running water. I was very impressed with Marco and his colleague for their dedication and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Super responsive and helpful on a holiday weekend. And despite not being in Fremont and trekking to San Jose, the inspection fee was waived. We didn't more forward with the project but if we are to, I will be calling back JK Plumbing!

My kitchen drain was clogged and located on the 2nd floor of a townhouse. After I tried to use Drano drain opener, clean the P-trap and aslo snake into the drain in the last a few days when I first saw a slow drain, yesterday it was completely clogged. At Friday 2am I sent out several requests in Yelp for online quote with same day service and United Plumbing was the first to reply with a very competitive price when I got up in the morning before 8am. Almaz showed up at my front door in an hour before 9am and did a great job snaking into the drain with 25ft and finally 50ft augers. He also helped fix some leaks and cleaned up the work zone in a very professional manner. All communication was done in Yelp and text without a call. Highly recommend their service!

Got charged $650 for a simple washer valve replacement. As a first time home owner I should've done more research, found out later something like this should have costed $250 max, since it took only 30 minutes of labor and no piping was touched. Lesson learned to make sure to get a quote beforehand and hope others can watch out for these scammers.

Steve is great. I actually had used his brother Johnny in the past, but he left for Texas. But he let me know about Steve, and I'm a happy guy again. I had one of those single lever bathroom faucets with the ball. I had fixed one in the past, but had trouble with the 2nd bathroom. Steve replaced the faucet (basically too much trouble to try and fix the old one), and life is good. Quick, professional, on time, neat, I found a new plumber!

I'm a happy camper! I had a sewage line back up this afternoon and tried 5-6 plumbers listed in Yelp and Ed was the only plumber that 1) Called me back, and 2) was able to fit me in immediately. It only took about 30 minutes to clear the sewer. I was very happy with Ed, and as others have stated, he's a nice guy. I would not hesitate to call him again when I need a plumber.

After my water heater went out, I called my warranty and they arranged a service call with Right plumbing . Had a technician in my house within a days and a replacement water heater within couple of hours. I can't say how grateful I am. With the cold weather approaching, no more cold showers. Technicians were very professional and quick. The whole process was extremely fast from start to finish and very convenient. Definitely made The right decision to give the business to right plumbing.

Our toilet was running continuously, not great during a drought (or for our water bill). I called All Go Plumbing and Thanh answered. I mentioned we had this issue and he said he could be out to my house in 1-2 hours! I text him my address and he was here within 1 hour 10 minutes. He showed up, professional in demeanor. wearing booties (without me having to ask - a big + for me) and assessed my toilet issue. He immediately noted what the issue was, went to his truck, came back up, replaced the part and voila - up and running and no more leaky running toilet. He provides a 90 day warranty on his service and that specific part. A 10+ for service, professionalism, and overall experience. It was a small job for him but he treated me well and if we have any other plumbing issues, he will be my first call!

We had a clogged kitchen drain which my husband could not fix. I called AAA and left a message at 8am. Khan called back within 15 min. He said he can come out between 11-12. He arrived at 11:10 with his assistant. After describing the problem to him, he knew exactly what needed to be done. They snaked the drain from outside access and was done within 10 min. I am so happy that I found this biz on Yelp. Khan and his team is responsive, on-time, efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

I will not recommend Water Quality. I had unpleasant experience from the plumber - all the way to the office personnel. The connections leaked, my water meter box broken, and got little help from the office. They don't have time to discuss anything with me; particularly, when it is about the price!
My main water pipe was broken a couple days ago - in the morning. I called water quality. I had to call them second time in the afternoon asking them to send somebody to take a look, estimate, and do something to help me get the water to the house while waiting for the re-piping work to be done. The office sent a plumber in the late afternoon.
To help me getting the water into the house temporarily, he used a host to connect water meter to the valve in front of the house. In the process of connecting a host to the water meter, without any thought, he cut off the old main pipe from the water meter. Then, he connected a new valve to the meter and just seemed to realize that the meter with the new valve connected was longer than the length of the meter box; and that when he broke off the wall of the box to make room for his new meter/valve invention. I got the water into the house that evening. Thank you. I asked him about the cost of the box. He called the office and gave me three prices - 80, 90, 100. What! So confusing. Then, he gave me the price for the job. O.K. It's not cheap. I told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor or boss before I could make decision. Anyway, I paid $125.- him as asked for his coming to get water into the house -- but not to break water meter box because he was careless and required me to pay for his mistake!
Soon later, each connection between the host and water meter and the host to the valve in front of the house started leaking .
I had a bad feeling since he broke the wall of the water meter and later the host connection started leaking. Is this the work of the 26-year-experienced plumber?
The next morning I called the office trying to talk to the owner or any supervisor because I wanted to know what would happen in the re-piping procedure and what would be charged on me. In short, I wanted to get the invoice and final price. Nobody called me back or stopped at my house. Never got any invoice either.
Also, I reported to the office about the water leaking at the host connection. I had to call the office two more times to get the price, but no invoice or any details about the work.
Do I have the right to know what I would be charged for - in writing?
The same plumber came back around 3 pm. spent about 5 minutes fixing the leak at the host connection. Shortly after he left, the host connection started leaking again. I had to put a bucket underneath the leaking spot. Don't want to waste the water to the ground - the water I was going to pay for even though it was not my fault! The next morning, I got the 2-gallon bucket full of water from the leak.
Mr. supervisor called me around 4:30 pm. while I was driving. Listening to his message later, I found out the price plus I had to pay for the water meter box and another extra thing - to replace the water meter. What? The plumber guy had never mentioned anything about replacing the water meter. I called him back when I parked my car. It was around 4:45 pm. Nobody got my call. So, their working hour from 7:00 to 5:30 is a joke!
Now, without an invoice in writing and an opportunity to discuss the work with the company's authority face-to-face, will I get any more surprise?
Sincerely, I felt sorry for myself that I called this company believing that they have been in business since 1970 should warrant their being professional and high quality of work and customer services. Wrong! For two days I have been dealing with them, I could not find any! Just a hosting job, their 26-year-experienced plumber could not make it stopped leaking. What was going to happen if I let them do the repiping work.
I decided not to do business with Water Quality any more.
I would like to recommend TrenchFree company, which I turned to. Fast, highly professional and exceptionally working quality. Great customer services and courtesy.

Just had them come out to clear out a long drain pipe and a badly clogged sink drain. Had them replace the under sink plumbing and washer standpipe with ABS. They are a pleasure to work with and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!
