Best Tankless Water Heater Inst… in San Jose CA

Great service!  Called on a Saturday at noon.  They scheduled an appointment the same day between 3-5pm.  They showed up right at 3pm and snaked the drain fixing the clog in about 15 minutes time.  Excellent communication via text confirming the appointment and when they were on the way.  More reasonably priced than another plumber we had used in the past.  We'll call them again next time we need some help, which seems to be every year or two.

Used them to a slow faucet. They were very responsive and identified the problem. Gave a quote on spot and fixed everything soon. Will use them again.

My gas water heater finally burst after 12 years. With a flooded garage, water damaged personal items  and an unhappy family, I called these guys and they came out at 2pm same day.  We were up and running by the end of the day with a new water heater.  Their pricing was reasonable compared to other plumbers.   Easy scheduling and Thomas came onsite and took care of everything.

Marlon responded very quickly.  His quote was very reasonable, and he had a personable and professional manner.  I had heard gurgling from the drain near my washing machine.  He tried to snake it, but apparently the cleanout was placed incorrectly above the trap, and the snake wouldn't curve upwards.  There was also no roof vent to use.  He had a smaller snake that did work enough to clear the problem.  Marlon and his helper didn't seem like most plumbers I've had who usually are in a rush.  He wanted to do a thorough job.  I will definitely use him again.

Very happy with my service. Reached out one evening via Yelp for a quote to replace my water heater (labor only). Pavrik responded quickly and with a competitive quote. They were out the next day and the job was done flawlessly.

2 weeks later and no issues with work so far. Den was professional and explained what he was doing very well. I would recommend these guys and will definitely reach out when I need plumbing repairs again.

My kitchen is clogged and I need it to be unclogged as soon as possible.
Other Plumber are not available and most of them either schedule to be next day, charge diagnostic fee, or price just too high of a range. Always Rescue comes out, check on the issue and fix it within 45 minutes. (longer than expected because its was a weird clogged lol).

Overall, happy with the service and the price is right :).

First time using Khan and his team. Called them for a clogged kitchen sink on the same day and Khan replied instantly via Yelp and said he would be there in a couple hours. An hour later I got another reply from him saying he was in the neighborhood and could swing by sooner. Him and his team were very professional. Will definitely use them again.

Ivan is really amazing! I had a clogged kitchen sink and contacted Ivan the night before. He was very clear with a quotation upfront arrived on time. When he came in, he took a quick look and was able to clear the clog in 5 minutes. It was a simple clog, but I was worried he'd charge me for the full hour. He didn't! He said he wouldn't charge me anything, except for a $40 fee for coming down! Can it get any better than this? This is the 2nd time I'm using their service, and highly recommend them. Last time I had lot of bathroom work done, and completely satisfied with their work. I highly trust them and found them very professional, fair and honest.

My sink was backing up and my garbage disposal was making weird noises thanks to me not realizing it's pretty lame pouring a pound of flour down you garbage disposal even using hot water.  I happened to be on NextDoor and found Bueno Plumbing with fabulous reviews here on Yelp so I called. They responded in a very timely manner and sent Edgar out to save the day. He did a great job and the office was so kind. I highly recommend them.

Great quick responses in Yelp and qoute! Needed our water softener cleaned out. Scheduling with them they were very busy with the recent storms. But they got Me scheduled when someone else had canceled. Very good service and he was done in less than 1 hour. A bit pricey for what I needed, but did the job right and excellent customer service. I gave Ivan a 5 star review before and it was much deserved. Yesterday I texted him a video of an issue a friend was having at her house, he said send me her contact info and we'll see what I can do so I did, he contacted her, went over there a couple hours later and diagnosed the issue, came back this morning and SOLVED it. (an unusual issue involving an Eichler home)... she is THRILLED and I knew Ivan would come through for her. He definitely has both of us as clients forever! Thanks Ivan, wish everyone in the home service world was like you! :)

Referred to SPS by the distributor who sold the water heater to our installing plumber to advise on an error code on an AO Smith Water Heater.  The code remedied itself and SPS insisted on coming out to check it for safety reasons.  I insisted that if their team was going to do nothing then there was no need to come out and I'd let them know if the issue resurfaced.  There was no discussion of cost or rates.  Sure enough, a 2-man team (for some reason) came out, picked a couple of pieces apart from the water heater, put them back on, and wrapped up in 20-30 minutes and handed me a bill for over $150.  As no discussion of rates occurred and nothing was done I was not pleased with the charge, a week later the company offered to remove the charge in an effort to keep me as a customer.  Fast forward 2-3 months later, I called SPS this time with an actual problem, no return call after 5+ calls.  Mind you we have no hot water.  I placed a call to the distributor who then called SPS who informed me that my number had been blocked and they'd rather not do business.  I will certainly go elsewhere from here forward for my plumbing needs, at least have the decency to call someone back when you're the primary technicians for AO Smith in the area.  Call it karma if you want to, but when your team insists to come out even when a customer doesn't need service and then hand over a hefty bill, I don't see that as good business practice.

Charles is the go-to guy for us. He's got extensive experience with the whole gamut of plumbing, and he'll let you know all your alternatives, make honest recommendations, and charge fairly. He recognizes and values good work and keeps his own to the highest standards. He's always prompt and congenial, and he won't push for work you don't need. He's a world-class professional. We don't even bother calling anyone else.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

I was recommended to try Gladiator out for my washer / dryer install and they outperformed my expectations. Not only were they extremely responsive, but they were very flexible with our busy schedule. They were able to get the job done in no time.

I have continued to use them and will continue to use them in the future.

In addition, not only did they diagnose a problem I was having with a water heater, but they were actually able to correct the mistakes the last plumber had installed (before purchasing my home) and fixed the issues very quickly as well.

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! They did a great job and offered tips on how to prevent future clogs. Thanks for the fast service and well trained staff!

My bathtub faucet was leaking, so I asked for an online quote from 4-5 nearby plumbers through Yelp. RPS was the first to get back to me, so I asked them to come over to inspect the problem and provide their free estimate. The dispatcher was very professional, and they said they would be able to come today itself, anywhere between 3-5 PM. That's about where the pleasantries ended.

As 5 PM approached, I reached out to RPS and they notified me that their plumber was running late. No big deal, I understand that happens.

The plumber shows up at 6:30 PM and says he has forgotten shoe covers and the tool to turn on and off the water flow to the house. We were able to work around that, and that was a non-issue.

Now we get to the worst part: he estimates $690 for a cartridge replacement, and $1800 for some valve-thing fix if the cartridge replacement doesn't work. We say no and he heads out. He comes back and says he has talked to his supervisor and they can replace the cartridge for $375, but the potential $1800 fix might still be needed.

We said no, bought a replacement cartridge for $50, talked to a Home Depot employee for 20 minutes, and fixed the faucet ourselves in 30 minutes.

I am 100% sure they estimated $690 and $375 based on the location and condition of our house. When I reached out to the 4-5 plumbers, one of them said they would charge $275 for a cartridge replacement online.

I would look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

One of the best experiences i have had with a service company. They were so professional and their field manager Matthew was sharp shooter and could manage to dig into the problem and kept trying till it was resolved to 100% of my satisfaction.
