Fantastic service! Extremely professional.
I live out of the area and was helping my mom get estimates to change all the house pipes to copper. I contacted Manny based on the reviews on Yelp and I totally agree with the 5 star reviews! He was very professional, sending me estimates, and keeping me in the loop when my mom kept adding things to be done. The entire job was quick and when I came home from a visit, there was no evidence that anything had done except that the water was running perfectly!
The prices were very good. We had gotten another estimate six months ago which ran 50% more. And my mother was happy, which is not an easy thing to accomplish!

Trieu and his brother were a godsend. They fixed our drain problem which the other plumbers hired by home warranty couldn't fix. We called Trieu later during the week and he fit us in over the weekend even with his busy schedule. Trieu came over promptly on time and even though unclogging our kitchen sink was quiet a feat with the clog all the way at the bottom of our 3-story unit, they handled the job with care and diligence. It goes without saying I'll be hiring Trieu and his crew again for all of our plumbing needs. There's a good reason they have so many happy customers and 5-star reviews on Yelp. You will be glad you hired them.

In mid December my tenants reported a leak causing puddling below the kitchen sink. The 1st plumber I had come out id'd the leak in a pipe coming up through the concrete slab and quoted an incredibly high amount to open the concrete and replace the pipe and patch the concrete. I contacted Handy Plumbing Man for another problem review and estimate. Marco was very responsive, first providing an estimate based on the first plumber's analysis and pictures and then coming out to the townhouse to confirm the extent of the problem after which he lowered his initial estimate to less than half of the 1st plumbers estimate. He and/or his crew responded quickly to every question and showed up as scheduled. They enclosed the work area with plastic to contain any dust from opening the concrete. One of the crew, Gregorio, also provided a fair cost for the flooring and sheetrock repair. He was able to peel back the linoleum flooring intact to open up the concrete, replace the leaking pipe, repair the concrete, roll back the flooring, and repair the sheetrock so well that you would never know there had been any problem. No cleanup post repair was needed.
I would definitely recommend Handy Plumbing Man for their prompt, professional and fair service.

We needed a new toilet installed contacted United because of all the positive reviews. It was amazing. There was a technician at our door within an hour, new toilet installed and old one hauled away. Everything cleaned up. Perfect service.

Same morning response, which was helpful to address a clogged drain. Also identified a leaky gasket that was replaced.

We discovered the dishwasher on our rental property did not have an air gap properly installed and no hole existed in the the granite counter top. Additionally the water pressure regulator had failed and needed to be replaced.
I contacted Steve (Khuong) on Friday and by Saturday 9 am he was on site to begin repairs. By lunch time he was done. He is professional, prompt and fair on his pricing.
Highly recommend and will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Steven was great! I asked for help with a leak. He was the first to respond and came within about an hour or so and immediately identified the source. I really appreciated his quick and thorough response. I know he saved me a lot of money in the future. Thanks!

Ed is just vow!! A very rare find and for the adjective Ed uses in his company name is as honest as it can get. So the story goes.... had a serious backup issue in master bath, reached out to my Home warranty company who arranged a plumber to visit me the next day. But this was an emergency as no bathrooms or potty could be used. Googled for words honest plumber and this company name popped up first on the list with highest yelp ratings... Called them and Ed answered my call and referred me to another company as he could not make it at that time. The other company plumber stopped by in an hour and said it would cost me $900+ to clean up the sewer line from my home using snake. I called Ed and he was shocked to hear the price and said not to pay anything more than $500/- Ed said he can stop by at around 4pm and he did come before 4pm and directly checked the main city sewer and showed the root of a tree was causing the blockage. He advised me to call City. I did call the city and they arrived within an hour and cleared the blockage in next 5 min. All of it at no cost to me. That's honesty at it's best. Thank you Ed and your crew. I also got my home clean out installed today using #1 Honest Plumber service at the most genuine and reasonable fees. This company will be my go to plumbing company forever for any kinda plumbing problems. Recommend Ed and his crew anytime for honest and most genuine plumbing service.

We called All Go Plumbing on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, expecting to arrange an appointment for a clogged toilet the next week. Kiet answered our call and said that he wasn't far from our house since he was finishing up another job. So, he said he'd come right after he was done. That was an unexpected surprise to get such fast response!
It turned out that we had not only a clogged toilet, but also a clogged shower drain and leaky seal around the toilet. He needed to remove the toilet to replace the seal. He worked fast and got the job done in about an hour. Even though the total bill was about $400, he itemized the repairs and they seemed reasonable. It made me think that this kind of service shouldn't be evaluated on a cost/hr. basis since a skilled tradesperson can get the job done quicker and done well.
We'll certainly put All Go at the top of our list of plumbers when we replace our water heater in the near future!

Khan came through for me once again! The water sump under my house was broken and water was starting to accumulate. I called Khan on a Saturday and he was already booked for the day. But when he saw the pictures I sent him, he and his partner came over to take a quick look. He ended up deciding to squeeze me in because he was concerned about structural damage. Left and came back an hour later with a new sump and went to work. They also fixed my water pressure regulator which he told me about before. Couple hours later, everything's running sweet and leak free! They even did some re-sealing on my sink for me, no charge. His prices are very good and you don't have sacrifice quality. I was very happy with the job. Khan has well-earned his spot as my go-to-guy for plumbing issues and I'm happy to recommend him to anyone.

They installed a cleanout for me a year ago. They charged me much more than they originally quoted ($1200 instead of $800). Also the concrete surface they added looked very lumpy. And they didn't clear away the rubble afterwards. I would never use them again.

We had used the company once before for some clogged pipes and had a good experience, so when our rental house reported clanging of the pipes I called them.
I have a full time job, so anything like this means I have to miss work to met and pay the plumber. The first time I called we set a time and a date. The way WQP does their scheduling is like the cable companies, you can request an afternoon or morning time slot. I requested a morning time slot.
The morning of the scheduled visit I waited by the phone till 9am then called asking when they would be out. The told me between 10-Noon, I requested that they give me a call 15 minutes before they arrived so I could meet them on site. Noon came and I called again, was told they were running behind and would be out there ~1pm. I told them I couldn't wait that long having already missed all morning of work, so we rescheduled for the next week. I was a little annoyed, but stuff like this happens sometimes.
The next week, I had a morning schedule again, this time they called me before 9am (I didn't have to call) and the plumber showed up around 10 (right when they said). His name was Sean. He was very friendly and quickly identified that the pressure regulator was the culprit. He was able to adjust it so the knocking stopped, but explained that it was only a matter of time when this fix would knock too and I needed to replace. He explained all the details of how the regulator I had was undersized for the house, showed me the one he would put in. Gave me a price quote. Unfortunately he didn't have enough time that day to fix the issue, but would have to come back another time, but would credit me 45 minutes of this trip for the future trip. Since my tenants were happy the knocking was gone and there wasn't an urgent need. 30 minutes later I was on the phone with the office scheduling to have Sean come back and that I needed a morning slot.
When the new day for my appointment arrived, I waited till 9am and hadn't gotten a call, so I called the office. I was told that I had an appointment between 2-4pm because that was when Sean was on. I told them that wouldn't work, I had taken the morning off of work for the appointment and when I booked it I had specifically requested a morning appointment. They told me I could have a different plumber come out before Noon or if I wanted Sean I could wait till 2-4. I told them them I needed a morning slot and couldn't take the whole day off of work for this repair. I was now a little annoyed and felt a bad trend in the scheduling. Noon came and no plumber, I called the office again and they said they were coming between 2-4, which is what they said I had requested. I was furious to say the least. After I explained yet again how I had already taken a whole morning off of work and how I had already missed another morning of work, because the plumber got too busy - I was now out a whole day's worth of work with no permanent fix. They offered to rescheduled, but I told them thank you but no I would be seeking another more reliable company to fix my issue.
I was fuming. On the drive into my job the owner (sorry I can't remember his name) called me personally and apologized. Explained how this never happens and that customer service was very important to them. He probably spent 10 minutes on the phone with me. I told them that I really appreciated him calling me, but that I was pretty mad at the moment and that if I decided to use them again I would call in a couple of days.
If there is one thing I know is true is everyone makes mistakes, and that life is about how do you deal with them. I really appreciated the owner calling me back so quickly to apologize. After a few days I decided I would give them a 2nd chance. This time I got the first appointment in the morning and they give me a discount on the work, which I really appreciated and was something I recognized they didn't need to do. Sean was the plumber and he was great. Explained everything he was doing and the finished work was very clean. I don't expect to have any issues with the regulator for another 10 years at least.
Despite the troubles I had (the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5), I feel they really proved they were a customer service oriented plumbing company (which can't be said by many) and I will continue to use them again and recommend them to others. Although I will be very careful and clear when making my appointments with the office.

I am very glad I shopped around for a plumber, as Santos ended up being priced fairly, very friendly, and did a great job. To top it all he was willing to also teach me tips and tricks so that I can smaller stuff myself in the future. I definitely highly recommend working with him.

We needed an emergency plumbing service to snake our main line because the bathtub and downstairs toilets were getting clogged. Wizard plumbing was amazing and super responsive. They sent a tech within an hour and he was done soon after. Also showed us a video of the issue and explained any future work that might be required. Excellent customer service and our tech Miguel was really great as well. I highly recommend.

I have relied on Bueno Plumbing for several jobs now; from installing clean outs, to replacing my sewer lateral line, kitchen faucet and valves. All their work has been quality, completed in a timely manner, and for a reasonable price. I appreciate their quick response time and for keeping me in the loop throughout the job. I will definitely give them a call for any plumbing needs I have.

Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

George was awesome. Fixed a leaky pipe in our kitchen that was preventing us from having running water as well as causing a leak into the downstairs guest room. He explained clearly what the problem was and that there was an 'easy' solution that might not work, and a hard solution that would be more expensive. Luckily his 'easy' fix worked! He explained that it's not a great long term solution, and told us what we might want to do in the future to fix the issue properly with ALL our pipes due to shoddy construction by the home builder, but didn't place any pressure on us whatsoever to actually do it. He definitely gave us something to think about for the future, and we'll know who to call when we want the job done. :)
