We had Nik come out in March to take a look at why our ice maker kept freezing over. Apparently this is a HUGE & common problem with Samsung. He provided a quote & stated it would be a week to get the parts in. Well, COVID happened & to be safe, we didn't complete the repair at the time. 8 months later, the ice maker would sporadically make ice, but never enough to even fill half the tray. I requested another appointment & Chirill came out this time. Obviously, it was the same issue & we just needed to order the parts & have him come back to install. He came back in a week & was able to fix our ice maker quick. Thank you for the efficient response & work!

Sent a quote request on Yelp and only received a message to call them to get the quote. Called and the lady gave me the initial visit cost of $89 but said she didn't know the range of pricing for my issue. Understandable so I asked if she could ask someone else or one of the electricians, and she said they do not provide this information. Why? So I can pay $89 then be slapped with something that's $500+?? Shady business if they can't even provide general estimates. The lady even had the nerve to say other companies are more right for you then. What a B and a crap a** company.

We had a major problem with our water softener tank, and Marcos Escobar, a Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical representative, came to our home in Santa Cruz County to help fix it.  Not only was he punctual, he was polite and very knowledgeable with our unit and our problem. He also called with a follow-up the following day with further information as promised. I highly recommend this professional company who is also organized with retuning telephone calls or emails.

This is actually my second time using Norm as he had installed a ceiling fan for me a few years back. Norm did an excellent job installing a new kitchen faucet and fixed my kitchen drawers that had been sliding out on their own the past few years.  Highly recommend Norm and his company for their great work.

I enjoyed working with them so I called them again--initially to request a quote to instal a ductless split system. Stan, came out- he patiently walked me through the process, took pictures of the property, showed me different options, ensured me that everything will be up to code. They gave me a quote later that day. Within 3 days, I decided to move forward with the investment. Called to schedule an installation and they were ready to install 2 days later. It took a little longer than estimated, but that was totally fine. Nikita and his partner- did a great job, kept the place clean, professional and easy to work with.

The only little bump was they were scheduled to come at 4pm. A woman called me to reschedule for 6pm because the staff was at a different job and it took longer than expected. I called at 7pm to ask if they were still coming and a woman said she never rescheduled the appointment and does not see my appointment on the schedule- that was a little frustrating but as she was trying to figure it out- they had arrived. No issues- I know these jobs don't always go as plan so I wasn't upset at all. Nikita was apologetic and worked in the evening to get the project done. He was absolutely great.

I would definitely use this team again for future installations and fixes around the property.

Armando & Ivo upgraded the panel (100a to 200a) at one of my rental properties.  They also added 14/50 NEMA outlet for future EV charger in the garage.  Efficient. Responsive.
