We were away on a vacation to Southern California when our main water line supplying water to the home ruptured.  Needless to say we were panicked and needed the repair as soon as possible.  Because of the numerous 5-star reviews, we called Crown Plumbing.  We were not disappointed! Ivan and his team were prompt, professional and respect of our home while repairing out bathroom plumbing. They left the job site clean between visits and were happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.

I could not write enough great reviews about Tino at Mission City Plumbing. We had an emergency sewage back-up with problems in the crawl space as well as the sewer clean-out. Tino came, took time to assess what was going on and then, he recommended a person (company) that did this kind of clean-up. They came, cleaned up, removed soil, sanitized and put down new topping (under the house). Then Tino returned, cleaned out the sewer line,  fixed some broken piping and dealt with an interfering root knob. The initial problem happened on New Year's Day. I got a call back from Tino saying that he had no more people to help that day but could be out at 10 the next morning. He came as he said he would. He was absolutely wonderful.

Called before 9am and he came within 30 minutes.
He had high reviews and other plumbers we call either weren't available or didn't respond as fast.
Excellent fast response!
We had an exterior main drain pipe leaking due to patchwork of couplings.
Had to shut off the water to the house and that's hard with everyone WFH and kids remote learning!
He provided us two options and went to work.
Both options secured a long term solution vs patch work.   All was done in an hour and we had our water back!

Sean is great.  My toilet mysteriously clogged up  the day after the painters from Painter's Friend finished painting the interior of my home.  I called Sean and he came out the next day to take a look.  He patiently did several tests including removing the whole toilet and looked inside the toilet neck.  After 1+ hours of searching, he found a 3x5 paint sprayer tip inside the toilet's neck.  He reinstalled the toilet and cleaned up the area nicely.  His price is incredibly reasonable for his professional and excellent work.  Thank you so much Sean.  I would not hesitate recommending him.  As a matter of fact, I immediately referred him to a co-worker who needs some plumbing works for her home.

We wanted to add a new gas line in to add a gas stove top and gas dryer at our new home. Brian came over and provided us with a reasonable quote and i booked them the same day for next day service. He arrived with he's crew and the city permit first thing in the morning! I am impressed with the professionalism as well as the friendly personality Brian, Jose and he's guys provided. We had some issues but Brian has been super responsive in getting things taken care of! We just found out additional plumbing issues and will be proceeding with them. Definitely recommend these guys!

Chris came 1.5 hour after I called him and took care of a stubborn clog that took a while to clean out .  Chris was persistent and continued to work on the clog until it freed up .. I'll be using him again if i have any plumbing needs.

Called these guys out to check and quote repairing a leaking pipe. I figured $500-$600 to repair. I was knocked off my feet when I received a quote of $2500. Needless to say, I thanked them for their time and called another company who promptly came out the next day and replaced the line for $300.

I also called a few other companies who quoted me $500 - $600 sight unseen.

If price gouging is what you're looking for then these are your guys.

Ricardo came out on the same day to repair a tub faucet that was not able to shut off water.  Water kept flowing out of our faucet and we had to shut off main water.  As this was some what if an emergency, Ricardo was able to come within the hour.   He took the Moen cartridge out and I went to Home Depot to get the part while he waited.  I wasn't sure how much extra it would have costed if he went out to get it, but I opted to get it myself and he graciously waited.  It was probably 30mins before I got back.  He charged me the same price as he quoted it would cost for this repair.  It was the best quote I got compared to 5 other plumbers I called.  I asked him to install a hand shower and it costed another $25 which was fair.  He completed the job in about 15mins.  Ricardo also does other handy work too.  I would for sure happily recommend Ricardo to anyone that needs reliable handyman work done.

We had someone from RPS come out to fix a drain. The actual work was fine; the person who came a good job identifying the source of the leak and coming up with an innovative way to repair it that prevented us from having to take on a much larger project. My one star review is because we have been trying for the the last three weeks to get a copy of the invoice, which we need for tax purposes, and the office manager has not responded to multiple phone calls. At this point we're still waiting to hear back; if we can get a copy of the invoice/receipt mailed to us, then we'd be able to provide a review just on the quality of the work done

I rarely write reviews, but I decide to share my experience with all homeowners who struggled to find a good plumber.
We had an issue with bathroom sink: at first water would drain off very slowly but eventually it became completely blocked and unusable. It was definitely adding a lot of inconvenience in daily life and we were desperately looking for plumbers to help fixing the problem. At beginning we had a couple of recommended plumbers from our friends to drop by and took a look, but it was not until the third plumber who declared failure again that we realized that how serious the issue is. We also realized that maybe each unsuccessful attempt had made things even worse. We were left with a completely non-working bathroom and each plumber giving higher and higher quotes to fix them.
Not holding too much hope, we called Aaron's and Alex the technician came onsite to take a look. After listening to our story, he did a careful examination and wrote up a report with different options. We chose one of the options, and Alex and his team started the job the next day. They came in a well-equipped van, so all kinds of equipments and machines were readily accessible if needed. They went under the house to get an idea of the whole piping system before they started the project (they were the only team who did this, among all plumbers we used!). Two people worked for three hours and what came out of the hydrojet were a big tank of orange/yellowish water, that was caused by the corrosion of pipes over the years.
Needless to say, they fixed the problem and we had a fully functioning bathroom again! We couldn't be more thrilled by the result! The charge was also very reasonable compared to a lot of other skyrocketing quotes we had been hearing. We were really happy with their service, and would like to recommend them!

Horrible customer service.  I had Eduardo come and check my toilet.  He was supposed to be at my house by 3 pm.  He did not show up until 6pm.  I let that one go.  He told me I needed new toilets.  I purchased 2 new toilets.  I called and set up an appointment that was convenient for them.  I let them pick the date and time.  Eduardo was supposed to be at my house between 2 and 3 p.m..  At 3:30 I called and said no one showed up.  The woman told me she would call Eduardo and call me right back.  At 4 p.m. I called her back and only got voice mail for the next 1/2 hour.  Finally I was able to talk to hear at 4:30 and told her to cancel my appointment.  Horrible,Horrible customer service.  Will not do business with them if this is the way they treat new customers.

I am writing this review to state that superior customer service still exists. Sure, there are numerous plumbing services to choose from, we have all seen the commercials. However, I think you would be hard pressed  to find the whole package as I did. I was so concerned/overwhelmed about  what I new would be a complicated plumbing issue at my home, but from the time I made my phone call to their office speaking with Tiffany to Isaac our service technician, I was so impressed. The kindness, promptness, professionalism, and top notch knowledge  of our technician Isaac Tony's Plumbing superseded my expectations. Thank you for everything! To say I am relived and pleased with the outcome of your services would be an understatement.

Highly recommended. Abel and his team was very professional, knowledgeable, quick response (inquiries, messages and concerns), readily available and have excellent customer service. They repair our clogged kitchen sink, installed a new kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal unit and changed our old pipe.

Our washing machine flooded the laundry room, and of course it's right before 4th of July. Pro Roto responded to our call, and squeezed us into their schedule same day. Within 3 hours they were onsite and were able to clear out the clog in the drain. We're so grateful for Gary and Leo for their prompt house call!!!

I called because I had a running toilet that wouldn't flush. These guys were the only ones open that I could find on a Sunday. Victor responded and sent Juan to fix the issue. They quoted me at $180 which is understandable due to the fact that it is a Sunday morning. They arrived at the time I was expecting from what he told me over the phone. 20-25 minutes later after arriving, the problem was fixed. They gave me a 30 day warranty with the part that they gave me.

Would call these guys again, but to be honest, I hope I never have to!
