Very happy with Fuse.  I had a damper that wasn't closing.  I called at least 10 HVAC companies, and they either did not service multi zone systems or did not want to work on my specific damper model.  Fuse sent Serge over and he quickly diagnosed the issue, made the repair, and explained everything to me in the process.  And the cost was very reasonable.  Will definitely call Fuse for future HVAC repair needs.

I hired Five or Free to mount and install a couple new ceiling fans for me and they did a great job throughout. Both the estimator and the techs who did the work were friendly, knowledgable and happy to answer questions.

I was especially impressed with Josh; he asked me all the right questions to ensure that the job got done exactly how I wanted rather than assuming, which I definitely appreciate. He was also more than happy to explain and go into more depth when asked, which I especially appreciate as a DIYer who tries to know his limits.

Another small touch that I wish was more common: In addition to the arrival window (which they were always on time for), they notify you through email and text when they're on the way rather than leaving you to wait and guess.

I definitely will look to them in the future when I need electrical work done.

Contacted Norman for Handyman services, he sent his associate serving San Bruno area (Ray Williams) for the jobs (setting up curtains, putting knobs on cabinets in the kitchen, breaking down our old unwanted closet)
Ray was great to work with, came to our home on time and performed all the services  giving us handy tips along the way.

I reached out to Nick for help with a jammed garbage disposal. Nick for extremely responsive throughout our interaction. He managed to remotely troubleshoot and fix the disposal. If you have anything that needs fixing, Nick's the man!

Quick response and excellent work! Eric and Jose came out and replaced my GFCI outlets in my garage and had my power back up in running in less than an hour! Really pleased with service and will be using them for several more projects in the very near future.

I called Yevgeny to help with a small electrical job. Not only did he do that well and with a real attention to detail, but he also diagnosed a plumbing problem and resolved it within 24 hours. What a pleasant surprise to find someone as knowledgeable, dependable and responsive as Yevgeny. He will definitely be my first call the next time I have an electrical or plumbing issue.

Huge shout out to to Juan from this team.  They replaced our furnace back in March 2020 and were able to come back for a warranty check-up this past month.  He provided advice on what to troubleshoot, gave me his direct line to let him know if there were any further problems, and was very friendly throughout everything.  Thanks to this team, our heating is working great.

I am writing on behalf of Mr. Jonathan V. I recently experienced a water leakage in my water heater. Given my limited budget I had to do lots of research to find the most affordable and trusted company to replace my water heater. Several technicians from different companies came to give their assessment and their pricing.  Mr. Jonathan V.'s assessment was super helpful because it alerted me to the gas valve that was too old. And may have had leaks.  When I later called him and told him about smelling gas in that area, he instructed me to call the PG&E which is something I didn't know I could do. The PG&E technician detected a gas leakage and fixed it immediately. Mr. Jonathan V.'s feedback saved my life!! I If he had not picked up the phone or if he was not kind enough to share his knowledge with me, I don't know what could have happened. Praise GOD!  Also, he tried to open up the water shut off valve, but he soon realized it was broken inside which was important for me to know.  He spent quality time with me for my better understanding of the many plumbing issues not just the water heater. Thank GOD. For example, he alerted me to a leak in the wall in my downstairs caused by an issue from upstairs. He checked three bathrooms to identify the source. He checked my laundry detergent and the flushing of the toilet upstairs. He also pointed an issue about the way I had installed my water filter at the faucet that I may need to resolve.  Overall, he went beyond the call of duty to help me become educated about what needed repair and what was functioning fine etc.. And I highly recommend him.  Thank you.

Have them install 2 AC Compressors and a Furnace. Their initial service was great, talked a good game. I have had them come out a few times already, for installations, follow up service (installation not done correctly to code), the New AC not working, etc over the course of 8 mths since first installations.

To be fair, bugs could be conceivably be expected in new installation, and they have been reasonably prompt in responding, except for one time where they forgot they had an appointment and didn't show up!

I found their selling service top notch, but their overall technical service ok - some techs are great, a few ok. Their Customer Service line is well trained in service but not very useful past the superficial greetings.
