Had a busted waterline (hot water) and found this place thru a friend. Gio made a quick visit, explained the problem very clearly, and solved the problem within one hour. Really glad with the service!

This is the third time we used EJ. Our current issue was with our washing machine draining. Within 10 minutes, Isaac and Bryan had our issue fixed. And with half the cost of our previous plumber who unfortunately made the issue worse. Would definitely recommend EJ. Thank you guys!

We had a stopped up toilet and called Local Rooter at 8pm on a rainy night.  Within an hour David arrived at our home and used the auger to clear the toilet.  We were very happy with the prompt and professional service, can't ask for anything more!

Marco the owner and his band of plumbers did an excellent job Repiping the entire house. Rigo the supervisor was always punctual and polite, he was very direct in any options that was needed to be made in relation do placements and locations of materials. Gustavo, the spokesman for the team, helped describe most of the piping strategies. Dorian and Isidro, the muscle, efficient is all the work. But most of all, these guys were welcomed by the master of the house, Gizmo, my little watchdog !!!  Great Job guys!

Dima D showed up on time to fix a leaking pedestal sink. He replaced the pop-up drain and the old drain covers, and hoses. The final cost was the same as the estimate. Nice, efficient, and clean work.

Had a toilet that wasn't flushing. I sent a message early this morning. It's 9:40 am and he already came and solved the problem.

Charged $120, which is on the low end for plumbers. Nice guy, didn't leave a mess.

Very prompt and super reasonable on service. We had a clog in one of our toilets - he was in and out in 15 mins and charged just for that time.

I had an issue with my kitchen drain that required some snaking.  Kiet was very responsive and was able to come to my residence on the same day without a upfront fee unlike other places.  His assessment were pretty much in line with what I expected and he took care of the problem right away at a very reasonable price.  Had experiences in the past with other plumbers that try to push other treatments that are not necessary.  Would definitely recommend Kiet.

He replaced my water heater. He is very genuine about when I should replace water heater again.
My shower on the second floor has problem getting hot enough water while faucet outside has no issue.  He listens to my concern and fixes it well.

Showed up quickly on a Saturday and unblocked a plugged up toilet that I couldn't get to budge after a lot of trying.  He spent 5 minutes on it and charged $125 which is twice what I expected a high fee to be.  My bad for not getting a quote over the phone, but I was lulled into a false sense of security by the other glowing reviews.  I hate to stick them with only one star but I live on SSDI and I'm sensitive to being gouged by contractors.  If you're only interested in quick service and price is not an issue then these guys will probably be good for you.  Otherwise, make a few calls and get a rough estimate and their minimum charge for showing up,
By the way, he told me that they charge per job so if I asked him to look at another leaky toilet that would have been a separate $125 charge.

1st visit: Our kitchen faucet had become very stiff and difficult to turn on and off. We had them come out and they quickly confirmed that we needed to replace the faucet, as we suspected was the case. The plumber loosened the handle, which made it easier to turn on while we were waiting to purchase a new faucet. Unfortunately, we later discovered that doing that also disengaged the temperature control. Rinsing  lettuce in warm water for almost 2 weeks was not the greatest.

2nd visit: Installed our new faucet, though at first didn't orient it properly so that it would not swivel to the left, and swiveled into the wall on the right. After he left, however, we found that there was water leaking under the sink from around the air gap.

3rd visit: Sealed around the air gap. As instructed we did not splash water on it for 24 hours. But, when we ran the dishwasher, we found that water was coming out of the air gap, which it is not supposed to do.

4th visit: Put the air gap back together the way it should have been. But after he left, we found the new caulking around the air gap was all messed up, either by the water coming out the airgap, or by the repair.

5th visit: Replaced the gasket and fixed the caulking around the air gap.

It took nearly a month, but we are now satisfied with the repair. They never hit us with unexpected charges, were tidy, and came back willingly to fix the problems. Still, this should have been 2 visits, not 5.

I am totally satisfied with their service. Santos was able to quickly assess the issue and give a fair price for the work. Appreciative for being upfront, honest and professional all throughout. Highly recommend them!

I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

Great quick responses in Yelp and qoute! Needed our water softener cleaned out. Scheduling with them they were very busy with the recent storms. But they got Me scheduled when someone else had canceled. Very good service and he was done in less than 1 hour. A bit pricey for what I needed, but did the job right and excellent customer service. Patterson Plumbing and Drain is fabulous.  I needed a plumber this morning for a clogged tub and toilet, and checked out several on Yelp.  Patterson Plumbing's reviews were awesome, and they certainly lived up to their reputation.  I called them and Jose was at my house shortly afterwards.  He was kind, personable, professional, and snaked my outside drain outlet thoroughly and then some.  Jose is a great representative for Patterson Plumbing, and Patterson Plumbing is a great company.  I will definitely use them again, and won't hesitate to recommend them.  Thanks, Jose and Patterson!

I called Super Plumber on a late afternoon about an occluded drain in the garage.  The owner, Alex Mendoza, answered and said he could be there the next day at 9 A.M.  He was and succeeded in opening the drain and in snaking the pipe under the house all within 40 minutes.  He told me that my 55 year old galvanized iron drain pipes might be corroded.  I asked him to look at the bathroom drain, which was very slow.  He found no obstruction under the sink and concluded that corrosion was likely to be the problem.  He gave me a reasonable quote to replace all the drains under the house and said he could do it that same day.  I gave him the go-ahead.  Working alone he removed and replaced all the drains within only three hours.  He was right: the pipes were very corroded.  Alex was fast, knowledgeable, competent, and polite.  I'll used Super Plumber again if ever I need one.

Cardinal plumbing was recommended by a friend who has owned a business related to plumbing for over 30 years.  The crew delivered everything as promised and then some on the repiping job.  Courteous, friendly, neat, and professional.  Water was shut off for only 8 hours at most.  End result:  Strong water pressure, clean copper sweating, neat stucco and sheetrock repair.  Thank you Van, Hai and crew.
