Good company to work with. They were able to give me a same day appointment. Initially I was scheduled for the next day and when something opened up they called me and asked me if I could do that time.

Stan, the technician was very courteous. He diagnosed the problem in minutes. It was just a thermostat that needed replacement. He did not try to up sell. Also I rent my home and they were ok with the landlord sending a check. Their online payment service is also amazing. My landlord got the receipt and pictures from the work that was done.

Andrew and team were real professionals. Extremely punctual and got the job done within the timeframe.

We had some outlets that did not work, and PCHS was really helpful in identifying and fixing the issue with our electric system. Both Jaime and Eddie were great: professional and knowledgeable . They communicated clearly and welcomed our questions. Eddie was able to fix the issue we had with ease and with minimal disruption (we were WFH while he was working). He also put back all the stuff that we had to move for him to reach the outlets. We are extremely happy with their work.

Bellows is an overly expensive Company with poor customer service. They charge you excessive fees to fix things that are under warranty and do a pretty poor job if it. I like Costco and got in touch with Bellows through there. They make Costco look bad.

Norman was a really big help during my move. He helped fix up a few things in my old house before I left, and a lot of the things I found in my new house when I moved in. He worked on a number of items big and small over a few weeks. Communication was good and I trusted him to give me accurate information, a fair price, and to do the job right. Thank you Norman!

Our 20 year old rooftop HVAC went out and Fuse came out to replace our unit. They were priced competitively and their assessment of what needed to be replaced to keep the existing unit running if needed was on point, where other companies tried to do add ons that were not needed. Ultimately I decided to replace the entire unit and not replace parts. Because it was a rooftop unit, a crane needed to be used which I had a lot of concern about. They were able to answer all my questions about they length of time the crane would be needed, size, disruption to the neighborhood, etc.

We were able to get the job scheduled in less than a day. The day of, the team arrived on time and were extremely professional. When the crane arrived, they didn't take any additional time, the crew was in place and ready to go. The old unit was taken off and the new unit on, and the crane out of the neighborhood in an hour.

The guys that came to hook everything up were very polite. We have 2 newborns and I appreciate that they used inside voices when the babies were sleeping.

I would 100% use them again based on their professionalism.

Our Andersen bathroom window, awning type, needed a new crank operator.  Besides the parts which we were able to order, there was a tricky operation involving a 36 in. piece of trim wood.  Nick was familiar with the problem we were facing and was able to remove and replace this fragile piece of wood as part of exchanging the old operator parts with the new ones.  His work was clean and efficient.  I highly recommend Nick both for jobs he has done before (there are many types) and ones that he has to learn how to do freshly.  If you have a household problem, call Ye Olde Handyman!

I'd give Divine Electric 100 stars if it was possible.  Phenomenal service from start to finish.  The person receiving my initial call was as polite and helpful as can be, and we were able to arrange a prompt meeting for an estimate.  Two days later Rob scoped out my need for an EV charger, and showed a clear interest in making the job as efficient and cost-effective as possible, in addition to obviously loving his job, the team he works with, and their focus on customer satisfaction.  Finally, just as planned, Edgar came out to do the job itself, and again demonstrated that the business is value-driven, with an emphasis on professionalism, excellence, respect and integrity.  The installation was perfect, and Edgar made sure my software/wireless connections were functioning, and documented proper charging of my car.  This is the first time I've interacted with Divine (I just happened to call them first), and there's no question they will be my go-to company for any of my electrical or plumbing needs going forward.

Ryan did electrical work for us that needed special TLC. We were glad we contacted him.

He was reliable and easy to contact. We were fortunate to find him on Yelp and will be using him in the future.

Michael was fantastic. Arrived on time, wore booties, and was such a pro. He was here for two hours to fix our issue and do their full house safety walkthrough that's no cost. I was blown away by how thorough he was and how he answered all my questions.

He was not pushy at all on trying find opportunities that we may had not yet thought of.

The price was right and their focus on customer service has earned them a customer for life with how impressed I was off that first encounter.

We recently had FUSE Service INC. replace our existing furnace with a brand new heat pump system. Vlad was our service advisor who provided us a couple of options for us to choose from, went over the differences between the options, and also told us about rebates and programs we qualified for.

Installers were very knowledgeable and took great care doing the install. They were able to complete a 3 day job in 2 days so we can have the new heat pump in time for the recent frigid weather.

FUSE Service INC. customer service has been top notch. We have received prompt responses and services, so I feel reassured about our project with the 10 year warranty that was offered.

My home warranty company referred me to them when my water heater died. As it turned out, my warranty expired and they didn't auto-renew it: my out-of-pocket therefore went from $75 to $2100. Greg came out the next day (the Sunday after Thanksgiving) and was very personable.

Kevin and Jeremiah came out the following Wednesday, in the rain, and did the actual replacement. They were GREAT. Very personable, knowledgeable and hard-working.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of a conversation I had with Greg the day after he came out. He quoted me a price and I asked him if it was the best he could do: he went mental. It had me shop around for other plumbers. It turns out that his pricing was competitive, and I frankly didn't want to wait the extra few days to get hot water back. So I went with them.

I would use them again and would recommend them. I would suggest that Greg work on his temper a little though, it almost cost him a customer and a reference.
