Of course it always the weekend when something with plumbing goes wrong!  When our tenants used the kitchen sink, the water would backup into the garage sink.  So we called around and most folks did not call back or said wait till Monday.  Sam answered right away and was able to come out to our rental within a few hours.  Fixed the problem right away in a very courteous manner and explained what the issue was.  Great work!  Fast and courteous.  Highly recommend!!!

I requested an appointment on-line but did not receive a response.  However, calling the office was easy and efficient and I was able to schedule a convenient appointment.   My service tech, Jairo, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.  He explained the problem, provided a quote and then did the repairs.  I would use EJ Plumbing again and request Jairo if I could.

The pipes in our kitchen sink have been leaking for sometime. We finally said we'd get someone to come in and fix it. I went on Yelp this morning and messaged a few plumbers. Trieu responded immediately and asked for pictures of the pipes. He said he could get it done in an hour and gave me a quote.

We set up an appointment for Saturday. But unfortunately, the pipes collapsed and I asked Trieu if he could come in today. He said yes and he arrived in about an hour. As soon as he arrived, he put on a mask, sanitized his hands, and got to work.  He was done in less than half an hour!

Trieu is very professional and I highly recommend him.  He also charges a reasonable price. We are definitely keeping his contact information.

Mike is amazing and super helpful! He puts the customer first and is more focused on doing right by them as opposed to making the most revenue. He gave me some great advice and helped me resolve my shower issue without needing to spend $$$$ which was looking like the most likely outcome until I spoke to him.

I have been using yelp for a long time but never written a review until today.
I had my property sewer pipe line replaced.   First, Marco came out to meet me at my property to provide me an estimate.  He was very knowledgeable and he patiently answered all my questions and concerns.  I had other estimates from 5 different companies but I decided to work with this company. Made a request for new toilet installation. Daniel, the owner, was very responsive and was ready to come out the following day. 2 days later we set an appointment and the tech, Hugo, finished the job in an hour. Have had no problems with the installation and job was cleanly done. Would not hesitate to use them again for future needs.

I needed a sewer drain unclogged, on New Year's Eve.   He came out in under an hour on the same day, got it done faster than I've ever experienced with a plumber, from need to completion!   Rates were lower than almost all the other quotes from Yelp too!   Nice guy, wore a mask, never had to step into the house to get the job done.

Here within one hour of my call to them. Toilet was having some issues. Service was quick, clean, and reasonably priced. I'll definitely keep these guys in mind for all of our properties.

Our water heater was broken and they came on time and made sure it won't leak anymore. They are very quick and know their job very well. We will keep them as our go-to plumber. They also checked our faucet which was having some issues. Thank you so much for coming quickly and saving us from water damages.

This review is for replacing all the water pipes in my house from galvanized to copper.

I was remodeling my bathroom and all walls and floors were removed. Then I realized the water pipes going up to my shower valve are galvanize, and copper was only soldered to it near the top, which is a big no no, because you cannot connect copper to galvanize directly as two different metals will corrode and rust (need a brass connector to bridge two different metals). The minute I realized that, and also thinking that my other bathroom's shower has no pressure due to galvanize pipes rusting and had not been replaced, I called AAA Plumbing for a quote in the morning. Khan responded and gave me a quote. He said he can come by later today to take a look.

After he took a look at my bathroom and which areas are water pipes coming in, he gave me a quote. He actually told me he lives on another street where I live :) Before he left, we agreed on the price and he said he will probably start the project on the coming Saturday. On Friday, he texted me that he had the materials ready and a crew will come on Saturday morning before 9am.

The crew came by at 8:30am. There were about 8-10 people. His younger brother was part of the crew. They started putting cloth material over my wooden floor as a walkway so it does not scratch while carrying things back and forth from the garage to my bathrooms. Khan came by during the day to check on things.

The most impressive thing is that they do not need to tear down any walls to route the copper pipes throughout the house. My house has a crawl space underneath the house and it can be accessed through one of my bedrooms. It also helps that I already teared down the walls and floor in my other bathroom, so they can access it there too. They said they did not replace the pipe from the street meter to the front of house because that is PVC and not galvanize (no need to replace if there is nothing wrong with it). They also installed another main shutoff valve at the front of the house next to the garage so that I do not need to do it near the sidewalk area, which I think is an excellent idea. Another thing they did for me was they replaced the cartridge in my other bathroom, which was a freebie.

I was so impressed with their work. They cleaned up and finished everything by 3:30pm. They said the water may smell a little for 2-3 days because of all the soldering and copper. The smell went away afterward as they mentioned. The more you use the water, the faster the smell will go away because of the flushing of the pipes. There was so much water pressure coming out of my other bathroom shower that it is night and day. No more worries about rusty pipes as this will last for the next 30 years or more. Now I just need to finish remodeling my bathroom:)

I highly recommend AAA Plumbing. Khan and his crew was great to work with. I definitely will refer my brother in law to him in the future for water heater replacement.

Wouldn't know if these guys were any good at plumbing since they never showed up for the appointment.
I left 3 voicemails and did not receive a call back until the next day.  They said they got busy at another job so couldn't make it.  That would have been fine if I received a call letting me know.
I left work early to meet this guy and he didn't show.  Total disrespect for someone's time and totally unprofessional.

We had a plumbing crisis 2 on December 23 with all our family visiting. Phil and Isaac came out that day and fixed it, and saved our Christmas. The office staff was also very helpful in discussing the problem with us.
