Best Faucet Installation in San Jose CA
I've had these guys out to work on appliances of mine several times and always a great experience. I've recommended them to several friends and family in person and figured I should get around to writing an actual Yelp review too.
They're really knowledgeable and willing to do serious troubleshooting, help find or install aftermarket parts, or repair appliances in place. They'll explain or show what's going on; sometimes it's not a problem they can fix (e.g. a heating problem I had turned out to be in the ducts, not the furnace; one other issue was with an oven so old the circuit board needed wasn't available any longer) but they always give me all the information I need to understand why they think so and what they recommend I do next. And the prices are very reasonable, so I don't hesitate to call them if something is wrong.

We had an issue with the power outlet for the refrigerator. AY EMP was very accommodative in scheduling the work and they were systematic and patient to find what the issue was. Will definitely be using their services again.

If you want honest, experienced and really down to earth (so you can actually have a conversation about the project) then reach out to Chuck.
Best way to get him is by text. He will send you his rates and availability.
He was very accommodating with working after 5pm which was really helpful.
I had a dishwasher draining issue. Chuck showed me how to drain it manually. Checked the water flow and instead of billing for hours to pull it apart suggested that I call the manufacturer and see if this problem has already been reported.
That way I could purchase the needed part and get him back again.
This saved me money and I appreciated the help (because I was lost and Utube were sending me down a dark path with do it yourself suggestions).
Get a professional in to do the job right - CHUCK is your man.
Will definitely have him back in my home.
Thx Chuck

So happy that my neighbor referred me to Jay! Awesome service from Jay. He took his time to assist us with the water filter system, new facet for the kitchen and new door lock. Jay took his times and went above and beyond to ensure everything were installed correctly. He will be coming back to do a few more items for us and we are very happy with his service. Will definitely be in touch for future home improvement needs. Thank Jay and see you soon!

We had a major problem with our water softener tank, and Marcos Escobar, a Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical representative, came to our home in Santa Cruz County to help fix it. Not only was he punctual, he was polite and very knowledgeable with our unit and our problem. He also called with a follow-up the following day with further information as promised. I highly recommend this professional company who is also organized with retuning telephone calls or emails.

Had a towel hook that fell off the wall in my bathroom, and I was not able to put it back in place myself. Norman came over and solved the problem with a molly bolt! He also made sure that we socially distanced the whole time. Thankful for having Norman over to fix this problem and teach me about different wall anchors.

Our outdoor Viking under-counter refrigerator wasn't cooling. I called a few repair services, Fuse appliance repair is the only one who could send the technician on the same day. Although the first technician were not able to locate the problem, he did a good job helping clean the surrounding area and put the refrigerator back to its original location. (It was not easy to pull the build-in refrigerator out, and even harder to put it back.) Then Adam, the best technician, came. He is very knowledgeable and skillful. He identified problem and tried to solve it without changing parts even though it didn't work. Finally they ordered the parts and fix the problem. Very satisfied! The only pity is that they didn't put the refrigerator back into the original position leaving a gap between the top and the counter. But I'm not a picky customer, still very happy to have the refrigerator fixed.

Couldn't be better!
Nick fixed and/or diagnosed almost 10 different issues while in the house, ranging from handyman to plumbing to electrical. The best part about hiring him are his license in both electrical and plumbing (for depth of knowledge and my peace of mind) and the fact that he came incredibly prepared, with spare/replacement parts of common items like screws of various specifications and electrical outlets, as well as long tool to install bulbs at 20' height - in his incredibly well equipped truck. In the past when I called handymen, I always wished they could be a 'one stop shop' with the knowledge and tools/parts to fix almost anything - which I could never quite get - this is what you get if you call Nick since he's an excellent general contractor.
Super happy that the house is back up to smoothly running thanks to Nick being at the top of his craft.
Of course, he was also punctual, professional, friendly, and easy to work with, and very honest and fair with pricing, even though its understandably bit on the higher side compared to a less skilled handyman. You get what you pay for!

Dave the Handyman was quickly responsive and reassuring. He arrived on time and was very respectful. He knew exactly what to do AND showed me how to get some drawer latches unlatched should I need to in the future. I will definitely use Dave in the future. I highly recommend him

Ro and one of his teammates helped to address failed bathroom exhaust fan. They were very professional, prompt with reasonable pricing. Very satisfied with their service and plan to work with them in the future

My first time working with Divine Electric and I'll say I'm very happy with the results!
I had 2days reserved for my appointment to install:
16 recessed lights
A three way light switch for the recessed lights
An additional light switch for another area
1 chandelier
A new dimmer light switch for said chandelier
Converting a outlet that was controlled by a light switch to a normal outlet (and this one had loads of surprises after being worked on!)
2 flush mount light fixtures
1 timer switch
Being a first timer to install lighting I was not ready on the start date as I thought I was. I ended up wasting a lot of Jamie and Carlos's time, to figure out the configuration on the ceiling to where the recessed lights would go. They were very patient and helpful with their advice, but lost time was lost time. They came back with Bryan and Ryan the next day and the 4 guys finished all the work with time to spare at the end of the day. Not to mention some of the jobs that were originally supposed to be easy ended up being a can of worms bc the previous owner seemed to be an electric DIYer. But they followed protocol and safety measures and finished everything! I couldn't be happier with the results, and now I have a beautiful living/dining space! Thanks guys!
I'm going to make another appointment to install more lights/ electrical work for the rest of the house when I'm done planning :)

Ryan was very responsive from the moment we asked for the initial quote. He gave us an actual $ amount for the work we asked him to do (change the sync, fix the doorbell, and install new shower-head), and delivered as promised. He also showed up right on time, even though we had to reschedule the initial appointment to a different day.
He worked tirelessly for the whole day to complete the work professionally, and didn't take any shortcuts.
Highly recommend, and we will definitely hire him again for our handyman work.

Recently, our brand new and newly installed luxury Miele dishwasher (the very best and newest model) had a drainage problem. We cleaned the filter out and ran the garbage disposal for a few minutes - but none of the tricks worked.
Sent out a bunch of random Yelp requests for appliance repairs specifically on dishwashers, and Kevin at Fuse reached out quickly and offered to come out the next day. Thanks Yelp for letting us know that they are fully licensed to do this work.
Fuse's team of two - Kevin and Max - texted us they were on the way, took off their shoes (thank you!), and immediately got to work. Took off the wooden panel, unscrewed everything, and began their diagnostic and investigation. After telling us that the drain pipe is clogged by something and us agreeing to their provided estimate of $250 minus 10% military discount, they started taking the pipes and hoses out under the sink to clean. They brought all their tools and bucket.
After three hours, they ran a few tests on the dishwasher, and viola - the water drained! On their initial test, there was a crazy crashing noise that I've never heard before, so they took it all apart again and found a pin in the draining hose - thank goodness I was there while they were running the final tests!
After the job was done, they texted us the invoice, we paid the invoice via Apple Pay, and we received the receipt of payment - all over the phone! What a very efficient and smooth process!
The next day, the office manager or owner, Kevin, called to make sure everything went smoothly. My only concern was the language barrier (Russian) between Kevin/Max and us; as long as we spoke clearly and slowly, they'd let us know that they understood. We told Kevin (who was on the phone with us) that the water drains extremely slowly in our kitchen sink drain, which is completely new to us, and he seemed to not understand what we were trying to explain. Other than the slow kitchen sink drain, they got the job done with the dish washer and that's all that matters to us! We will have to call Kevin or check the kitchen drain ourselves to ensure everything is okay. Thank you.

My thermostat died, called them right away in the evening, and Jeremy and John showed up the next morning on time. They were on-time, friendly, and very professional. Provided estimate on the diagnostics, identified the issue (faulty contactor) after checking everything else out, and fixed the problem. I appreciated John explaining and walking me through everything clearly. John and Jeremy were friendly and easy to work with, respectful of property, and had the expertise to solve the problem. Will definitely call Pacific Coast for other services in the future as needed. Great experience with this team, and much appreciated.

These guys are incredible!! The have great communication and response time. We were able to get an appointment right away. They could have easily charged us for way more than what they did. They made sure to go through ever little thing before resorting to a worse case wiring issue. They were able to pinpoint an issue caused by the solar equipment. They also explained a potentially dangerous issue stemming from the solar breakers and a few options of how to resolve that issue. They explained to me how to avoid tripping the breaker in the future. I cannot give these guys high enough praise!!

There is a reason the General SF has 252 five star reviews. It was all around a really great experience. We had some water damage from the storm in October that needed to get fixed, I was concerned there was mold growing and that it wouldn't be safe for my Family. Yevgeny came by that day to take a look at it, he explained what was going on and reassured me that our house was safe for our family. He spent about an hour looking at the issue and a few other things. He was so thorough and honest we decided to have him fix our issue.
Which was an excellent decision, he is a perfectionist and does incredible work. Not only that but he wants you to be happy and works with you to make sure that whatever he is doing meets your expectations. Not only that but he is kind, patient, and will take the time to answer your questions... no matter how many you have.
We will 100% hire him to do any work that is needed in the future.
Kind regards,
Kim

We had some breakers that would trip and we were unable to identify the issue. I called Pacific Coast Home services seeking their help. Richard Castenada arrived within the 2 hour service window neatly dressed and wearing a mask and shoe covers. Richard was very knowledgeable and explained the issue. He then fixed the issue using supplies he had already in his toolbox by replacing the breakers for us. I'd definitely recommend (and hire again) Richard Castenada from Pacific Home Services for your electrical needs!

We had a great experience with Handyman Heroes. Larry came out to take a look at the bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, fireplace project, and provided a reasonable quote. We were working under a tight deadline, AND we ended up adding work to the already difficult timeline. Sergio and his crew did a great job, completed everything on time and the place looks terrific! We recommend the Heroes and would definitely work with them on future projects.

Had issues with our tub filler and bathroom faucet. Had another quote from another company and they recommended we replace it all... cut a hole in our drywall and then sent us a proposal for over $2500....
Rafael came out and looked closely at everything - he was able to fix it on the spot. No new faucets needed.
