Phil & Paul's Plumbing

I have never used them for any plumbing issues until recently. I own the Mr. Pickle's in Lodi on Kettleman Lane and they did some work for me raising the fire hydrant to the required fire code. I had bids by several other companies and this company was very reasonable and take care of the community needs. It's not always about making the big money! They did a fantastic job and I recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Horrible business that uses horrible, shyster business practices.  
For example, send out two workers who wander around spouting obvious BS (pad the bill) for an hour, then leave for another hour and a half (to get parts) only to NOT be able to either fix or diagnose the issue.
The only plumbers in the world who don't carry parts in their truck??  Please.

Phil and Paul's is my go-to for plumbing issues. They've done everything very professionally and successfully, no matter who comes to the house. They've cleaned clogs and TV'd my line in the past. Most recently, they dealt with a water heater manufacturer problem and once again did a great job. Very happy with their whole staff, from the office to the person coming to the house!

Using Phil & Paul's Plumbing for the second time, I couldn't be more pleased with their knowledge, skills and sincere consideration of their customers.  There was a slight misunderstanding regarding their service fee and was resolved immediately by the owner, Jeff, who stood behind their 100% satisfaction guaranty.  (Thanks again, Jeff). There is no doubt that I would recommend them to my family and friends, besides using them again in the future!

Having a wonderful weekend until we got home 5pm on Saturday night to find the sewer backed up. The county came out and established it was not their problem, by that time it was later on a Saturday night - the toilets, bath and shower were out of action. I started calling plumbers, the first was too busy and offered Monday (thoughts of a hotel room were starting to sound like an option), second had answer machine, third was out of town but offered an alternative - getting worried - the alternate (Phil and Paul's) answered and said they would be there in an hour. (He was less than an hour :)) I was so relieved I did not ask what it would cost. I then looked up on Yelp and wondered if I had made a mistake, but saw the owner responded to all negative reviews.
Jim came out - very pleasant and professional. Quickly got to work and solved the problem with minimal fuss, even worried about his equipment in the garden. He took care of business, was reassuring, offered some advice to prevent the problem reoccurring and left with a very reasonable cost for later on a Saturday night.
Phil and Paul's number will now replace the first call in my address book, and I will use them next time I have an issue...

Jeff contacted me directly and explained the situation. He promptly apologized and informed me that this employee had been let go due to his non compliance of their company standards. He made it right and as I said in my original review, everything else was five stars, which is why I am updating my review. This company's customer service is impeccable and if you have any issues during your service they are only a phone call away to making it right.

Matt came to install plumbing for our new sink. There was an issue and he explained nicely what the issue was and what he was going to do to fix it. Came on time, very nice, and did a great job, would absolutely call them again.

These guys are the best. Today I had them to for the second time (different issue) and they were great. They did everything I asked and were professional! I highly recommend them.

Awesome customer service, they showed up on time, had a clean work site and completed the job on-time and on budget! This job was in a shopping center and I received NO complaints from my Tenants!! I will definitely use Phil & Pau'ls Plumbing again!

Called and left messages on 3 different days over a week apart and never got a call back... found another plumber that did an excellent job and will now handle the plumbing needs of my rental properties!    Not a way to run a business....

Having learned of potential legal ramifications to Yelping, I will not delve into detail about my experience with the firm within the last 24 hours.  I have been a regular customer with PPP for years now, recording a 5 star Yelp rating a couple of years ago.  I invite potential customers to read carefully all Yelp PPP evaluations, from 1 star to 5 star, to obtain a full appreciation of customer service at this plumbing company.

PLEASE - PLEASE DONT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!!! They're never on time. Do a horrible job and dont clean up after themselves - leaving a mess for you to clean up.  They take lots of breaks when at your house...smoke breaks and you pay for them.  Then they come back into your home stinking up your clean air. Jessica who takes your calls is rude and very unprofessional! Call anyone else!

Dave from Phil & Paul's came and fixed a plumbing problem we had.... he is awesome!!! Did a great job!! He even had to go get a part and was back and fixed the problem in no time. This is a great plumbing company who we will now use for all our plumbing needs!!

I recently had Phil &  Paul's do you work at one of my rentals.  I was not happy the way that work turned out.  I expressed my unhappiness with Jeff and because his customer service and customer satisfaction is important,  he came back to me and made everything right.  I truly appreciated his desire to do the very best job possible. I would recommend his services to anyone.

The team was very responsive to phone calls to set up a visit. They arrived on time and were very polite and professional, as well as skilled. They came highly recommended, with good reason.

Have an older house in Lodi...  the back shower likes to back up every six months or so.    This morning... it backs up again and I've got meetings to get to.  Call Phil and Paul's.... get answering machine promising a call back.  

I got a call back!  QUICKLY!

Tankless water heater went out. Unfortunately, I learned that not many plumbers are not as well-versed or as knowledgeable in repair and installation of Tankless  water heaters.  Mikey Martin of Phil and Paul's plumbing was awesome.  He was smart, fast, and fixed the problem. Phil and Paul's plumbing rates are very fair and reasonable. Can't ask for more than great people like Mikey that get the job done, quickly and correctly. Thank you!

I called at noon and it is now 6 pm and we are good to go. Aaron was great, helpful and not pushy about upselling other services we didn't need. I'm very happy with the service and I'll never use another plumber. You can't ask for more!

Sink was clogged. Garbage disposal not working.. GFi would not reset.
P&P's plumber came and ran cable to clear the line and reset GFi.
It was a little pricey but excellent service.
The plumber was very efficient and courteous.

Jon was here yesterday to install a new faucet in the kitchen.  He was on time and very friendly.  The faucet was installed quickly and painlessly.  Good value and very reasonably priced.  We have used them before and had the same excellent service.  Call them first!

Excellent customer service. Called them about hot water heater not working on a Friday afternoon, and they were able to send someone out before the end of the day despite the short notice and their booked schedule. Dave was able to determine the problem quickly and get the damaged part ordered from the manufacturer. When the part arrived, Dave came back that day and installed it. The problem was exactly as he had diagnosed it - hole in the burner plate. He noticed our pressure relief valve was not connected, so he also took care of that as part of the same service call. This was one of the easiest interactions I've ever had with a service company. Dave was reliable, honest, and knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend the company to family and friends!

Found out this morning I had a sewer blockage from house to the street. It wasn't until that afternoon before I could check out the problem. It was more than I wanted or could handle. I checked out Yelp to find a Plumber. The first one I left didn't answer, so left message. never heard back. In the mean time I called Phil & Paul's Plumbing at 3:39 I check my phone for time.
I Talked to Marc, said he could come out right then. I met with Marc showed him the problem, said it shouldn't take long, Signed the work order and he began his work. Marc cleared the sewer line, I flushed the toilets a few times to test it and he was done. I paid for the service which was very reasonable for a Saturday. I was back on the couch watching TV at 4:49. Fast and Friendly service.  Marc was very professional. Definitely call them again if the need arises.

After trying several plumbing businesses that I knew of and not being able to get anyone to come, I called Phil & Paul's and they were able to come and access what the problem was, a drain pipe in the kitchen wall with a hole in it.  They were able to schedule a day to come and repair it and they did a great job.  The pipes were replaced and they cleaned up the area.  The price was reasonable and I'm extremely satisfied and will only be calling them from now on.  Thank you to Eric, Aaron, and Carlos for the work you did especially having to go under the house with all the cobwebs and spiders.

We live in an older home in Lodi with an old orangeburg sewer main, damaged from trees, that we had put off replacing.  The day came when we couldn't put it off any longer.  We called Phil and Paul's plumbing.  Mikey came out the next day and provided a thorough estimate for the job and patiently answered all my questions.  Jeff and Jessica scheduled the job in a very timely manner which was much appreciated in our household.  We opted for replacement, using their trenchless sewer repair to save our existing patio and landscaping.  We did have to break up some of our cement walkway to replace some old cast iron pipes to the house.  Mikey, Mike an Chris came out and completed the work over the next couple days.  They were very professional, throughout the job all the way through the backfill and clean up.  I was also happy with how well they match the cement patch work with the old walkway we have.  Great job all around.  I would recommend and hire this company for future jobs.  Thanks!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Dave from Phil & Paul's just came out...  on SUNDAY night...  spent a couple hours fixing our water leak and making sure we have water tonight (which we do, thank you Dave!) and is coming back tomorrow to make sure all is well.  Nice guy and didn't ding us!  Up front.  Honest.  Hard worker and determined to get us water tonight.  (really great since my husband had been working hard all day and really NEEDS a shower!)  I always check reviews and now am pleased to write one.  Thank you Dave from Phil & Paul's Plumbing!

absolutely wonderful service and professional service.  They could not make it on the scheduled date but the owner called me and came in on the weekend with no extra charge.  Fixed my issue within an hour and at a great rate!!  I highly recommend.

Had an issue with my toilet water running continuously. Called about 10 different companies and they were they only ones with availability and willing to come out same day without charging me at an emergency or after hour rate. Called around 3 and Matt (I believe was his name) showed up around 4. Very professional and thorough. Explained the problem to us and repaired in about 10 minutes. Affordable and reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend and use again!!

The best customer service I've received in years!!! It's rare you find a company that's willing to bend over backwards to ensure their customers are completely taken care of. Our house was a disaster! We just bought this house and moved in and the next day the master bedroom flooded from a toilet that overflowed and almost flooded two whole rooms. That set off a series of horrible events that no one should ever have to be exposed to including another overflow in another bathroom and after trying to run a load of laundry my bathtub began filling up and all the toilets at the same time with sewer water :( In the middle of the night I called an emergency company that came out and charged me $350 to attempt to snake the toilet for 20 minutes and was unsuccessful and then left without a care. I saw all the great reviews on here and was looking for someone local and came across Phil and Paul's plumbing. They are the nicest people and went above and beyond the call of duty. They worked around the clock even on Saturday to replace a pipe that collapsed. I was worried sick about how much the cost of this entire disaster was going to cost and for the first time in a long time the quote they gave after their assessment was what the bill was. Companies like this are definitely a blessing in this day and age. Can't thank these people enough for the kindness and diligent work ethic they have.

Will definitely use Phil & Paul's Plumbing again. Super prompt, easy to communicate with and did the job correct and for a reasonable cost. What else would you need from a plumber?

My neighbor and I had a water heater put in same make and model.  I paid $1350 and my neighbor paid $2400 thru phil and pauls.  They are a rip off.

We called Phil and Paul's last week to fix a leaky toilet and replace some worn parts.  Dave came out and did a great job, and was courteous in the process.  We would gladly call this company again for future work.

This company was so fast and resolved my problem that another co left. I highly recommend it . Jerry was great and easy to work with . He even let me see into the camera to identify the plug. Call them you won't be sorry

Writing this is very hard for me, I have been putting this off for 3 weeks. Just want to give you all and FYI that this company does not back their products used, the workmanship or care about customer satisfaction.
I had them repair my shower faucets because I could not turn the cold handle using both my hands. They replaced the stems and handles for a cost of $110.00 plus labor and I still cannot turn the cold handle with both hands. So I have resorted to using vise grips. I called and spoke to a man who said he would talk to his boss about my complaint and someone would get back to me. That never happened so I called again a week later and a women answered who said there were no notes about my previous call, yet she new about my complaint almost word for word. She said someone would call me back and again that never happened.
I thought I was using a well respected company as they have given me good work in the past. I can only assume that the original owners have retired and given it to their sons who couldn't care less about the reputation of the business or the customer.
I explained that I am a 70 year old widow and my hands are too weak to turn the handle but they chose to not make it right for me.
I need work done on other household maintenance but now I feel that if I can't even pick a decent plumber then how would I ever be able to choose a reputable contractor.
I am also sending this to Yelp and the BBB.

Phil and Paul's pulled one of his guys off a big dollar job so he could replace our water heater, it went out in the morning but by 7:30 that night we had hot water again. Great service great people , the owner Jeff even came by to check that everything was done right ! Thanks Phil and Paul's you rock!

Extremely unprofessional. Kept moving forward with the job without keeping us informed or even updating us. Wouldn't come back out and finish the job. I'm glad they didn't come back because i paid someone else to do the job with half the hassle.

I was told that they would come between 8:00 and 10:00.  When you have a plumbing problem you need it taken care of.  They did not show up or call.  Don't use this company unless you enjoy no shows.

Very Impressed with the service from Phil & Paul's Plumbing...
My daughter had a cracked main water  line from Meter to her house. I dug down and saw that it was more that I could handle so I called Phil&Paul's. Jessica called me back within five minutes and said she would have someone to our house in a couple of hours.. Dave called about 15 minutes later and was at the house within 25 minutes of the original call for service...Dave fixed the broken PVC pipe and stuck around for a while to make sure it was fixed and did not leak... We are very impressed with the demeanor of the staff and the service they provide.. We will be calling again if any Plumbing related problem occurs.. THANK YOU Phil & Paul's Plumbing

These guys are very good. They have done at least 2 jobs in my old home in the Victory Park area of Stockton, & both times they have been professional - fixing problems quickly & skillfully - & not overcharging for their services. They are now officially my go-to guys when plumbing & water heater issues arise.

Quick response and help from the secretary to the service person who came and helped us with our hot water heater. We will have this company on speed dial for any future needs.

Found them in the phonebook called them about a problem with my shower draining. Steve came out to my house and was professional and very knowledgeable about his trade. Would recommend this company as long as Steve comes out. Steve was very respectful of my home and very honest about the pricing. Was very nice to have an honest contractor for a change.

Had a clogged master toilet. Got a same day service call by Aaron. Friendly and prompt!

Our hot water heater went out. I called them Saturday morning and they had it fixed that afternoon. They stocked the parts I needed and diagnosed the issue immediately. They charged about $80 for the service call and $100 for the pilot assembly. I looked it up and that seemed fair. I was very happy and others I know highly recommended them.

So I had an emergency. I had to shut off the water to the whole house due to a water leak in the bathroom pipe. Called around to different plumbers in the area and chose Phil and Paul's.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. They charge an hourly rate as some of their competitors charge a flat rate. I actually paid half of what another Plumbing business quoted. They sent their Plumber Dave to due the job.

My AC condensation line developed a leak. A small section of the copper pipe was eaten away over the years by electrolysis. A difficult place to get to and repair. I called several plumbing companies and Phil  & Paul's was the only one to return my call. Made an appointment on Friday for Monday. Aaron showed up and sized up the situation and went to work. He fixed the problem in a professional and timely manner. The cost was fair. If I need future plumbing issues resolved, I will not hesitate touse Phil & Paul's again. I highly recommend this company and if you use them you might get lucky to have Aaron show up.

Excellent customer service.  Great communication when they are running a little late.  Fixed two separate clogged drains in under an hour.  Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with P&P this week.  One of their servicemen fixed a leaky shower head with a new cartridge in about 30 minutes. I called a couple days later about the water pressure and he came back and took care of it in about 5 minutes.  He did quick work and was a very courteous guy.  I'll call them again next time something pops up.

Called Phil & Paul's Plumbing to check out my water heater because it was not operating following Bell Brothers so called complimentary service.
Phil & Paul's responded immediately and confirmed the water pump had burned up and the tank was empty. Another pump was installed and the water heater is functioning properly thanks to Phil & Paul's expertise.
I learned one thing from this experience: stay with your local companies who are the trained experts and not some company trying to hook you into a service contract with one stop service for all your needs - they are just salespeople!!!!

These guys are awesome! My kitchen sink was clogged, and the wonky plumbing was leaking.  Called them and they sent someone promptly who unclogged the sink, and rebuilt the plumbing under the sink.  The work was excellent,  and only took maybe 45 mins to an hour to complete!  The price was very reasonable for the work done.  They also replaced our hot water heater a few years back and the job was very professional, timely, and reasonable then as well.  They are just the best in the Lodi area!

Excellence response time and service. I needed to have a new water heater installed. The process was explained to me as well as a clear, written explanation of the price breakdown.
My technician (Jeff) arrived on time and did an AMAZING job. He cleaned up the job site & explained all the work that he had completed. This is my first time using this Plumbing company, but it definitely won't be my last. HIGHLY recommend

This is a owner who actually believes his own lies. I already said I NEVER said I had a friend who could do this job for 300 dollars NOR this did I ever ask him to do the job for $300.I told him I got estimates from a couple  plumbing businesses explaining the work needed with a scenario of a simple repair right under concrete. Which turned out just as I described to each business. They both quoted 350 to 500. I called after they started working which was my mistake, but became Leary when they did not start at 8am since it was suppose to take 2 men all day. They started at  noon so felt something was not right. That is when I called Jeff and he said that was a estimate and would talk to his worker about what job entailed. Jeff called the next day to try and justify price and told him we would never agree the price is fair and to just send the bill and I would pay.Never ever said highway robbery another lie but was the truth. So now he is saying he had 4 men there which I only saw 3 and they all left for parts, which took a hour to get. My question is two men came day the day before to locate leak under cement for $250 dollars and saw water leaking around copper pipe and told me they were 95% sure leak was right there. Why didn't they bring parts the next day they knew size if pipe. Couplings,elbows and Jeff said they rebuilt valve. But they put a new valve on. So Jeff  said he had 4 men to get job done faster. Really on one guy can work in hole at a time. I guess with that logic if he had 8 men there it would been done faster and it would justify man hours worked. Should of contacted state contractors board

Poor customer service, and the other people who have commented about overcharging are definitely correct. Don't expect them to call you back, nor should you expect them to arrive when you need them to. I have a very bad plumbing issue in my new house and they kept on putting me on the back burner, even though they knew it was an urgent matter and that my plumbing would stop again. Sure enough it stopped earlier than they said it would, and then I had to pay even more for them to come out and fix the plumbing again.

I was thrown about four different mixed messages from the three plumbers that have been to my house about what was wrong with my house. The last time I used them I got called sweetheart by a plumber who was clearly upset that he had to come to my house on what I believe is his day off (I was told by a different plumber from them the previous week when I finally reached someone that they were understaffed, and told that I was lucky that my plumbing has worked for as long as it has... given he was the one who found out the actual problem with my house. But I'm going with another local business for all of my plumbing needs in general.

Great experience with Dave and his crew at Phil and Paul's plumbing. They fixed a leak and also did a phenomenal job repairing the sheet rock damage. Dave even changed my lightbulb for me when he took down my light fiixtire to paint. Thank you for that!!!!! Also, I was really concerned about potential mold, but I was fortunate enough to be walked through all the repairs and able to visually inspect the area where the leak occurred. Thus reassuring that there was no documented mold. The whole experience was about 3 days and they did an absolute great job! Thank you so much!!!!

Do not call this plumber. The owner, Jeff, was very unprofessional. He has a terribly short fuse and completely went off on me. It was very intimidating. Not cool. After 2 visits (and charges) to clear my septic line (city septic) he misdiagnosed the problem. He charged me $200 to run a camera video  and only ran it under the grass in front of the house. He didn't run the camera under the house at all. He recommended a $2000 unnecessary repair at the city line. I agreed to his recommendation. After he put me off for weeks, the house finally flooded with sewage. After the insurance company came in to find the problem I was told that if he had he snaked the line under the house he would have easily diagnosed the broken pipe.  My tenants then told me that the owner of the company continuously bad mouthed me while he was there. He said your landlord is a slum lord. My tenants love me and know that I had taken all the steps to rectify the problem. I just went with the wrong company. When I called to cannery the $2000 repair, Jeff hung up on me after yelling at me. I do want to say that there is a  gentleman there named Steve, who was very nice and helpful. Jeff had him call me after hanging up on me twice.

Just had Josh from Phil and Paul's fix our water heater. I called them based on two things: the good reviews here and they are located close by. I called around 11amand Josh was here at 4:15pm. He did a great job. Very nice and professional. I'll hire them again in a heartbeat. Good company.

Had a drip leak out of our shower bottom faucet. Called Phil's & Paul's plumbing at about 4:00 in the afternoon spoke with someone who explained to me they can have someone go by the next morning. We had this leak for a while and was fixed within a hour parts included. Price was very fare. Very professional glad there is still good businesses out there that take care of customers the way they did. Any other time we will need a plumber in the future they for sure can count on our business. Very satisfied.

5 star service from Phil & Paul's. Their service tech,  Mike, arrived shortly after I placed the call.  He was friendly and polite,  and was able to resolve the situation fairly quickly.  Good job all round!!!

Matt came out to quote the job within a very short time of my husband calling him.  Mike and Matt came out today and worked in the rain for over 4 hours.  They were rerunning supply lines that feed the faucets that are on the outside of the house which they had to spend most of their time in the crawl space under the house. While they were under the house they found a leak under the kitchen sink and they replaced the bad fitting AT NO CHARGE.  We are extremely happy with their professionalism and their workmanship.  THANK YOU FOR A GREAT JOB!  We have used them in the past to fix another plumber's mistake at our rental property as well as at our home residence and because they do outstanding service, we will call them again.

I apologize to the staff of Phil and Paul's Plumbing, Inc.. There was a huge misunderstanding on my part and I did not think the technician was coming. The technician did call me and I did not think he was coming. Again huge misunderstanding on my part. The company technician is still coming out but this afternoon. Fantastic!!!!! I had a main line clog-and they were able to fit me into an already full day! Mike came out, and had to snake from the roof, but he was super and also just a really nice fellow! I've only had one other issue-several years ago, and they were great that time as well. I can't recommend Phil & Paul's enough! While I hope I don't have to see them again, they will definitely be the first people I call! THANKS MIKE! You saved my day!

First time using this company on an emergency type of situation. We had another plumber come out who was unable to fix the issue. Within a short amount of time they've already cleared my drains. They are extremely professional and arrived earlier than expected which is greatly appreciate it.

The owner reached out to me regarding my concerns and addressed them promptly. I now feel good about the company!

I am updating my review as the owner immediately responded to my post and has taken care of my concerns. I will happily continue using Phil and Paul's for our families plumbing needs.

Was having a small backup in shower.  Called Phil and Paul's and within 90 minutes Jeff arrived, assessed the situation and determined it was a clog in my sewer outside of house.  He snaked the line and all back to normal.  Very responsive and professional.  Highly recommend.  Forgot to mention that I called about 4:00 pm and received that kind of service.

Please see my original post below for context. I've decided to increase my stars from 1 to 3 after speaking with the owner. He reached out to us to apologize for what happened and offered to make things right with us.

I really appreciate the candor and the very generous offer that was made however we have decided to stick with their competitors as they have won our business the right way the first time and we feel a sense of loyalty toward excellent service.

I do believe what the owner expressed, that this situation was not representative of their business, but was the act of an individual employee who should not have been sent out in the first place. I'm sure they have other employees who would have been better suited to the situation, but the fact is it happened and I feel that my review is fair and honest as is.

I would give zero stars if I could.  The plumbers that came to our house led us to believe that they (and any plumber we called) couldn't possibly take a look at our issue until the standing water in our dirt crawl space was gone. (It was maybe 2-3 inches deep at the most and just water, not sewage)

They also tried to throw our water mitigation guy under the bus for it and made us think he hadn't done his full job and sucked it out when he was here.

So they left us feeling like we were totally getting screwed by our insurance. So we called our insurance and our water damage mitigation guy back all full of fire at our perceived injustice only to be informed that these plumbers were probably just being lazy and didn't want to crawl around in mud!

So then we contacted another plumbing company, Crystal Plumbers, and they responded within just a couple of hours despite us calling pretty late in the afternoon.

Crystal Plumbers quickly investigated and problem solved for us and were able to at least restore our cold water for the night and set up an plan to take care of the rest of it tomorrow.

So clearly these Phil & Paul employees were not interested in being helpful. Do yourself a favor and call Crystal Plumbers!

My kitchen sunk was clogged and I needed someone to come in that day. My friend recommended them as a local plumber and they came within a few hours! He snaked the pipe and worked for about an hr and it came out to $189. He gave me tips on how to maintain my sink pipes too!

Best service I received ever, he was here earlier than expected and got straight to business and fixed my clogged sink and put new piping down there. Works great and wasn't very expensive finished everything in one hour. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you mike

We had a plumbing issue in our office complex, due to some construction over the weekend.  We could not get anyone to come and fix it.  I found Phil & Paul's Plumbing on the internet, saw their 5 star reviews and called.  We were in a panic to get water on to our office.  They came out promptly,  fixed the issue immediately and got us up and running.  Their fee's are more than reasonable.  I would highly recommend them for any work.  So appreciate their promptness in an emergency. Thank-you!

Great people. Honestly the best plumbers I ever had an encounter with. Jeff is a great guy. Did an awesome job. Discovered the mistake done by installer and corrected well.

Phil and Paul plumbing is my go to when I have plumbing issues. I will ask for Aaron for my technician after my last experience with him. Aaron is very professional, knowledgeable  of his craft, clean, on time and engages well with clients.
After having renovations done to my home and having to call Paul and Phil's plumbing because of a prior faulty plumbers mistakes, I am very happy with the repairs Aaron has done to my home and I'm confident about his knowledge in doing things the correct way.
