Safi has great customer service. He is punctual and quick to respond to texts. He was able to fix the kitchen sink flow/pressure, under-the-sink leak, and an outdoor leak all within 3 hours of contacting him. I highly recommend his business.
My toilet valve was leaking badly and I called Farid who told me to buy a toilet and he would install it. I bought the toilet and called him. He was here about an hour later. He installed the new toilet and changed the valve, brought down the old toilet (it was an upstairs bathroom) and gave us advice how to dispose of it. He took his shoes off when walking on the carpet and cleaned the area nicely when done.

I appreciate the honesty and up front pricing. Everyone else wanted to charge you a fee to come look then give you a price. Others not even willing to give a ballpark. They called when in route as promised showed up on time. And resolved the issue for the price quoted. I recommend them.
Very quick response to my online request for an estimate (on a Saturday!) Farid arrived the next day at 10 am-had great COVID protocols and kept our house very clean while he was working. He quickly fixed our garbage disposal, took Venmo, and was done by about 11 am. Highly, highly recommend!!

I contacted them through Yelp and the owner Farid was quick to respond. He texted me the day of to confirm his arrival time. He was very nice and patient with trying to determine the source of our shower leak. Once he figured out the problem, he gave us a reasonable estimate. He didn't have the part on hand, so he had to drive out to get the part. He told me he actually went to Home Depot first but the part they carried didn't match the rest of my shower, so he made the extra effort to go to Lowe's to find the part with the right metal finish. I really appreciate that he took the extra time to make sure our problem was fixed properly. I was very pleased with his service and would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a plumber.

I called this company for my water heater issue which it was not giving us hot water luckily same day they send their technicians to figure out the problem diagnose the issue and fixed it in less then 2 hours. I recommend to all it's really reliable responsible responsive with reasonable price.
Wow! Absolutely reliable, and actually messaged and asked if he could come early, and was incredibly thorough. Super knowledgeable and polite (wearing a mask and took off his shoes). Will be the number I always call for our plumbing needs.
The last company we hired pulled on our dishwasher and broke the door which incurred an additional $200 bill.
So nice to be able to rely on a plumber! Thank you Farid!
Wonderful job. Very attentive, respectful, and accommodating. We ended up needing a follow-up. Turns out we it was our own misunderstanding. Yet he was right over to reexplain the issue within a few hours.
Was not able to use their services since they are not responding in a reasonable time frame; so this review is not based on job that was done.
After my initial contact, it took them 4 days to contact/call back, then ask me if I still need the service and I did reply yes along with some follow up questions, and didn't hear back since then (4-5 days ago). I noticed they read the message not 10min after I sent it!

I have nothing but great words for this man, and the company he is running!
Our toilet was clogging, and I could not figure out why after trying tirelessly to use a plunger to remedy our issue. However, a quick fix it was not. After walking around the house, I noticed the sewage cap popped off, and unpleasant things to see. Lol. Nonetheless, I went onto Yelp, and Farid was so quick to respond and was even willing to come the same day. But due to timing, we waited for tomorrow (6/10), and very punctual. Arrived on the time he said, which I appreciate a lot.
When he arrived, he got to business. Went to the side of our house, and started snaking the lines. Lo and behold, another issue! Now one in the front of the house, he was kid enough to inform me, and quickly went over and proceeded to clog the other drain. Fearing that the cost may add up, he and I agreed on a price and he stayed true to it.
If you ever need any plumbing services, I highly recommend Farid. Punctual, attentive, and very knowledgeable. 1000/10, would recommend!
Safi was awesome. He was quick, fair and able to swap out a bad water heater and let me get back to business within a day of me calling him. I appreciate his hard work. Thank you again!
You get what you pay for. This company said $150 to snake my kitchen sink. $175 later, we thought it was fixed. 2 weeks later our sink is clogged again, and it only took that long because we have been babying it. Absolute cheap hack job. They didn't do the job completely, and there is 'no warranty on snaking'.
Pay more and get a company that stands behind their work, otherwise you get a hack job and have to pay to get a real plumber to fix this companies mistake.
Save your money. Venmo or PayPal only for payment, kind of sketchy
Also- I expect the company to say something, save your money. They are just poor business bullies, who don't care to do a job properly. Or maybe it's me who's wrong, I shouldn't expect a job to last more than 2 weeks.
Replied to service request within minutes and was available in an hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink. He arrived as scheduled and promptly fixed the issue. Couldn't be happier with the service and price. Will definitely be using Reliable Plumbers for any future plumbing needs.

The name of the business fits perfect. Used Yelp to locate plumbers in the area, Farid contacted me fairly quickly. I relayed a few pictures and explained the work I would like completed. Farid quoted a fair price compared to another plumber who quoted me four times as much. Farid was super responsive, great price and service. Definitely will utilize the services again and would recommend.
I had partial power outage early morning where only half the house had power. When I discovered the outage, I immediately hopped on yelp and started searching for local electricians. I stumbled across the business since they were 24/7 and sent them a yelp message. I didn't want to wait the weekend to get this fixed. I got a response back in an hour where the owner needed a call for more info. I called the business and they sent an electrician the same day. The guy was a professional and knew what he was doing. He got my power back in around 3 hours. I recommend these guys if you ever need electrical work.
Came out within the one-hour window he estimated, gave me a heads-up on the cost. (Higher than I've paid others, but still, valuable compared to a clogged toilet!) Very friendly and efficient.
They were quick to respond. Quick to show up and did the job the same day as providing a quote. The price was competitive and reasonable. Would recommend!

Our kitchen sink was clogged. I tried myself to unclog with a snake. But was not able to unclog the sink. Farid was able to unclog in five minutes with heavy duty machinery. The outstanding thing about Farid was that he did this at 7pm and was done by 7:20pm. Farid did mention that he was in a little trouble with his family for missing dinner date at a restaurant. I expressed my appreciation for him taking the job and I want to express my gratitude to his family.
Sofi arrived on time and quickly and efficiently diagnosed and solved the clogging problem with my kitchen sink's drainage. I was charged the amount of their estimate which I considered to be fair and reasonable. Reliable Plumbing has my highest recommendation.
We had an emergency leak in our sink. Asked 6 other plumbers to take a look and this place was the 1st one to reply super quick. It look them the next 1.5 hrs to come in and do the job. I'm not sure of his name but when he came in he already knew how to fix it and when he got started the job was done in about 1.5 hrs. He was also super respectful of coming into our house, he took of his shoes knowing that we had a leak and that the floor was going to be wet. But of course we just had him put it back on. He did such and awesome job, now I have no worries! Thank You very much!

We needed to replace the old copper water line running to our fridge. Reliable Plumbers came out to provide a quote, which was reasonable and fair. We accepted and they dove into the work, proposing a better plan to route the new flexible metal water line under our kitchen and coming up through the floor behind the fridge. Unfortunately, our heating and air ducting blocked the plumber's access to do so, so he ended up having to run the new line through the same path as the previous (through wall, through kitchen cabinets, etc.), which was more manual work, but they honored their original quote.
In the end, the work got done well and we now have much faster water coming from our fridge. Happy customer.

Kitchen sink backed up on New Year's day. They responded quickly on Yelp with an estimate and were out first thing the next morning. Worked quickly and got the drain cleared and leaking p-trap fixed. Will definitely call again if needed.

I'll start out by saying that my home was built in the 1940's with cement subfloor and cinder block walls, much of the plumbing is extremely difficult to access and extremely old. I called reliable since Snappy rooter was booked weeks out and my bathtub wasn't draining after my failed attempts to plunge and snake it. Farid was very quick to respond to messages and came out the next morning promptly. Beyond polite, took off shoes before entering home wore a mask. My bathtub which I'd been wanting to replace anyway had a major leak in the drain pipe underneath the tub, I asked Farid to write up an estimate that included replacing the bathtub. He got the estimate to me very quickly and was able to fit in my repairs within the same week!! I am beyond happy with the results. I called Reliable again to return as my kitchen drain began leaking, also a very old corroded pipe that needed replacing. Farid is communicative, polite knowledgeable and doesn't try to oversell you on unnecessary repairs! Definitely my go to plumber from now on, although hopefully not soon!
I had used a handy man to try to fix the leak and flushing system in my toilet. He did a horribly shoddy job. The Reliable guy was thorough and provided all he needed to get the work done. I highly recommend.

He replied withing 24 business hours of my request for help. I was able to get an estimate next day & the issue fixed the following monday. Super quick in comparison to the other plumbers.
He replaced a toilet that had been having issues. He elimitaed the possibility that it was a pipe leaking in the wall. He did a good job, and was very polite.
Edit to add: He takes Venmo! (as well as the usual type of payments)
His company name is literally how his worth ethic is - RELIABLE.
This man has helped me with two of my properties and I'll definitely hire him for more in the future.
He's works quick but detailed at every tasks I provide him. He's very easy to work with and extremely kind.
Obviously, I highly recommend him and I would be extremely surprised if you don't hire him. Having this man work on my properties was one of the best investments I have ever made.

We waited and waited but he never called to cancel. It is now after 4 and he said he would show up between 12-1 and start working. This is an emergency response. Called them on July 4 and they came and installed a new bathroom faucet. Everyone else was closed or too slow to respond. Had to pay a little more than the others quoted but that was the only day I had off and wasn't working. I respect the hard work cuz its rare. Scatched up a little piece of the countertop cuz the old faucet was rusted and he had to saw off a piece to get it free. But I buffed it out later and you can only see if you look for it. Seeing someone work as hard as me is refreshing cuz honesty, many don't.
I needed a new garbage disposal and requested some quotes on Yelp. I chose Reliable Plumbers and was very pleased with the service. Quick response time and fair price. Farid had great communication and contacted me to see if he could arrive a bit earlier. He was friendly, efficient, fast, and professional. I will recommend Reliable Plumbers to friends who may need services.
Fixed faucet as was the job but broke toilet in the process. Asked us to pay to fix the toilet $350 or $2000 to drill the cement to fix it. Then left us with the broken toilet.

Had an issue with switching out our tub spout pipe from threaded to slip-on. Did the Yelp thing to get quotes from plumbers and this company responded fast, had a great price, was able to fit me in same-day, was super communicative and flexible with times, and got the job done right and made sure there were no leaks. The guy they sent was also very polite - wore his mask, took his shoes off before entering my house, and was overall very nice.

I am very satisfied with the level of service that was provided, and the cost. (Estimate from another plumber was $1,200 more & they couldn't start as soon as Farid did.)
I definitely recommend this service.

I was having issues with my kitchen sink backing up, my sink making gurgling/whooshing noises when it turned on and a leaky sprayer. I put out a request through Yelp for quotes from area professionals to address this. Farid responded promptly and gave me an estimate for the work. When he arrived he assessed the issue and replaced the sprayer which took care of the leak. He cleaned out the fixtures and snaked the drain all the way to the street drain. He was professional, friendly and wore a mask. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Reliable Plumbers for all of our future plumbing needs.
Farid was very honest and forthcoming. My project was much larger than expected and so I had to put it on the back burner. However, he could have strung me along got into the project and then sprung another price on me in the middle of the project. Honesty is very important, and I feel this contractor has it in spades.

Farid quickly responded to my request with an initial estimate and was able to come the next day, review my sink, confirm the estimate, and replaced my kitchen faucet. Clean install, checked functionality, and verified that there were no leaks. Farid also arrived wearing a mask and wore it throughout the install.

I wanted this done today and nobody was willing to do that except for this business owner. I had an Electrical issue. It wasn't an emergency but a major inconvenience. Safi showed up within 1.5 hours and resolved my issues. He stopped by the next morning to re-check everything. He was polite, friendly and professional as well and taught me a thing or two. I will use them again when needed.
Farid has been super responsive and earned the Reliable adjective. He came in and replaced my outdoor faucet with a much better model, and all that in a snap... No brainer...
Toilet line was clogged late on a Saturday night. Farid arrived within 30 minutes, and quickly completed the job. His work was excellent and he cleaned up the space after finishing.
I was very happy that Farid came and completed the job after having a full day of other jobs. Highly recommended for your plumbing needs.
Fast response. Nice enough plumber. Was charged $500 for an hour of non-emergency work. Not sure if that is standard, but it seems excessive.
I also need to recaulk the faucet that got moved around while the technician was looking for the leak.
Well, not being a plumber myself, I thought it was one thing but the plumber didn't investigate further, which in the end required another plumber to service the problem, which was a completely different issue.
Farid is wonderful! I sent a request for service to multiple plumbers in the area on a Sunday evening, after a failed attempt from the first plumber. He messaged me within minutes, with his phone number so he could further assess my issue (blockage in my sewer line). I called him and he said he could come now, however there was an emergency fee which was $225 plus the service charges. I asked if instead he could come Monday morning, which he said he could between 9-10am.
Farid arrived Monday morning at 9am and was able to fix my issue and leave by 9:30. He worked very quick and efficiently. I was unable to show him where my clean out was located (renter problems), however he said he could fix it through my sewer line. He was very upfront with the service charges ($350 to go through the sewer line) and didn't charge any extra fees. I would definitely recommend him to others and I *hope* to not need his services, however I would definitely be a returning customer, if need be.

My washer drain was backed up and I contacted Farid (owner) through yelp. He was very prompt in his response and was able to come out and snake our line within the next day. I had a last minute change of plans and couldn't be home and he was very understanding and had no problem rescheduling to come out the following day. His price was the best one quoted and took care of our issues within a timely manner and we were back in business to finish up our laundry. Thank you again for your great customer service! 10 stars if I could! New homeowner and we had a leaky toilet and they replaced and hauled away two today. I contacted them at 245 PM on a Saturday to request a quote on the work/install/replacement/haul away and it is not even 615 PM on the same day and I have two new toilets installed with no leaks and no old toilets to throw away. Beyond happy with the price and work. I honestly didn't even get the man's name he was so quick but I think it was Safi. He was courteous and better than prompt and clean. Couldn't be happier! We have an under mount bathroom sink that cracked and contacted Reliable Plummers thru Yelp. The response time was quick and they were able to give us a quote by pics that I sent them of the cracked unmount sink which was attached to a quartz countertop. We went ahead and purchased the under mount sink separately and they did the removal of the crack sink and installed the new under mount sink in a little over an hour.
The price was extremely reasonable and the service person 'Farid was very professional and did a outstanding job.
I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing job.

My toilet in my master bathroom started backing up into the shower and the toilet wouldn't flush. I did a service request quote on Yelp and the owner, Farid was the first one to respond to my request. He was very courteous and requested for me to call and do a consultation over the phone. I spoke to him and described my problem to him and he was able to give me a quote over the phone of how much it would be and that he could be here within an hour!
This was exactly what I wanted and needed. I was very anxious that someone may not have been able to get here today or for several hours, and I would have to go all day and into the next day with one working toilet in a house with 4 people! He calmed my nerves right away by immediately knowing what the problem was and coming out so soon. Farid is very knowledgeable of plumbing and I was very confident in his skills. He came and had my toilet working again in about an hour and a half! The whole process from initial contact to completion was less than 3 hours!
Because I did not have a clean out access outside, it cost me $375, because he had to remove the toilet, but he did inform me that was a possibility prior to arriving. I am very pleased with his service and experience! Great experience!

If the million dollar question was about a plumbing problem, then yes I would call ol' Reliable. Quick to respond and schedule, reasonably fast to resolve the issue, a fair price, and stern but kind demeanor haha hard working guy, knows what he's talking about! Our toilet water valve was leaking with the water turned off and I thought the old pipe might need to be sawed (it did).
I also like Snappy Rooter but they get booked fast - will definitely call Reliable again for future plumbing issues.

We had a copper line leakage down in the foundation. We needed it repair right away since a water bill like that can be costly. I messaged Farid on yelp and he got back to me in less than 5 minutes! WOW! I called the guy and he said he is almost done with his current job and can be here in an hour. Yes! When he got here we explained what happened and he was able to tell us what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He went straight to work and wasted no time. It did not take him long to finish the job. Very efficient, patient and polite man. I definitely recommend him!
I requested a quote around 10pm on Friday (not expecting a reply as it was late and a weekend) but received a reply within 10 minutes! Farid (the owner) said he'd for sure have time Monday, but possibly Saturday (the next day) to come out and take a look for an estimate. Around noon on Saturday Farid called and said he could be here in 20 minutes if we had time. He easily assessed the problem(s), gave us great info for some future work that'll need to be done and fixed an electrical issue we showed him at the last minute that we'd been dealing with for about 4 years in under 30 minutes! Highly recommend- he was very knowledgeable, thorough and gave us a great price

This guy showed up in 20 minutes and fixed my faucet in 19 minutes. I loved him. Fast and friendly. I highly recommend this service.
I contacted Safi and he was able to give me some pricing possibilities from what I knew had to be done. He showed up that day to review the project and started work the very next day. My tenants could not use their house because of the bad sewer line. He cleared it out before he started his work so they could use the house. By lunch the next day, the work was done on budget and my tenants and I were happy. I would gladly hire him again
Reliable Plumbers Plumbing Service came out this morning and took good care of us. I value A+ customer service and they provide AAA+ customer service. I had a significant leak near the water shutoff and this company came out and resolved it in about an hour.

This business was the first to respond and was at my house within 20 minutes for the repair which took 10 minutes. We had an overflowing clogged toilet in a house with 7 people so the the situation was of the utmost urgency. The problem was fixed within 30 minutes of me getting on yelp. Very professional and very affordable.
I contacted Reliable Plumbers around noon. 3 1/2 hours later Safi showed up and fixed two shower problems in less than 90 minutes. One of those issues required moving a 2x4 in the wall. Both issues had been plaguing us for months. Safi is a super nice guy, respectful, and knows what he's doing. Highly recommend.
Farid is fast in response and flexibile in schedule. The work was done perfect, and resolved within 2-3 hours. We are very happy with the fix. The cost is descent as well among other proposals. Thank you.

Farid and his crew was quick to respond to our water main leak and carefully explained the process of repair and how to be sure it stays repaired. A hole remains in our backyard, as they are going to return to be certain all is repaired before refilling and restoring backyard features...I appreciate the attention to detail. Farid was quick to respond to my Yelp inquiry, and quick to get me scheduled. He charged much less than the other company I got a quote from, but was more knowledgeable about the plumbing problem. I always appreciate it when the person who's going to do the work is the one who comes out to diagnose the problem and give you an estimate. He was very responsive through messages and texts, and I would definitely recommend him.
Problem was not fixed the first time but they sent a senior plumber to inspect. He fixed it with no extra charge.
Other plumbers in this area said they either couldn't get parts or they couldn't fix this shower valve.
Quick response and was able to come out the same day and solve our problem , will be booking for all of our future needs !

I have three leaky faucets. I put in a request via yelp. And the owner of a reliable plumber responded within an hour. He offered to come in the next day. He showed up on time. Problem fixed. The only thing is the price. It's just too pricy to fix three faucets (even with the discount). My total cost is $420.00
I've used Reliable Plumbers twice: once for a broken water main and once for a leaky shower. I cannot recommend them enough -- they are the most honest, humble, hard working people. The prices are fair and they stand by their work. After a brief water pressure issue after their work they came out at 8pm to fix it and didn't charge me anything. It's impossible to find great service like this anymore and there is only on plumber for me from now on: Reliable Plumbers.
He came in the same day . Great service . Well mannered . Will hire him again .

Had a corroded valve/pipe issue running to the irrigation. Response time was within a couple hours and the pipe/valve was replaced within an hour at a reasonable rate. No fee just to come look at the issue. Overall great experience with this company, professional and would recommend!!

My hot water heater died the evening of Christmas Eve. I contacted Reliable Plumbers the morning of December 27th and the service person Safi Sarid arrived at noon. He brought the replacement water heater and had it completely installed within 2 hours. Slow drains. Needed main line snaked. Very responsive, arrived when he said he would and got the job done all within about a two hour time frame. HIGHLY recommend for your plumbing problems.

Amazing service and very knowledgeable about the craft. Farid responded immediately on Yelp and came the next day (on time). We wanted to place all drains and pipes underneath the subfloor and channel the existing drains to fit the e new tub and shower. Farid offered expert suggestions and used superior parts to complete the job. He even demo-ed the subfloor and upgraded from copper to pex pipes. With his help I can move forward with the project.

Easy to schedule with. Came promptly. Very polite and COVID safe. Offered to look at the most likely, least costly option for repair to our leaking shower. Reliable came out the day after I called. They had the best price to snake a shower drain, showed up on time and did the work cleanly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

Had a 21 year old hot water heater that needed replacing, called Reliable and they where able to come out in short time. I purchased the tank and pressure tank, they supplied the rest. Work was done quickly and professionally. Installed hot water heater but because the city of Elk Grove doesn't remove old documentation for codes the pressure tank wasn't installed. After failing inspection I called Reliable and they came out right away and installed the pressure tank. All in all their quickness and install were perfect. Would use again.

We had Reliable plumbing come to our place 3 times on a very short notice to fix someone else's mistake. And each time they have done an amazing job and pricing was reasonable too. Very friendly customer service. This is the only place I will call for future needs.
wow. not only did this company respond late on a friday, he showed up and diagnosed the main line issue and fixed it. It was tough to be without toilet use even for a night while others were saying 4 hour windows etc. Farid gave me a precise time, showed up on time, professional and was wearing proper PPE for safety. Good price, friendly, professional, .. I def will make this company my go to for plumbing issues, drains, repipes, whatever.
