Tom and his crew at Drain Time Plumbing were the only company out of several that we reached out to in our area for our homes emergency. They had a quick response time (under 45 min.) which was greatly needed as it was a major plumbing issue that we had. They solved it right away so my home would stop flooding. As a new home owner I can't say how much my family appreciated Tom's team promptness, skills and knowledge of his trade which I'm sure saved us in several ways from more costly damage. They are up front and very affordable for the quality and amount of work they do in a speedy time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in a need of a plumber and we'll be using them for preventive maintenance and any other of our plumbing needs going forward. From the first call to Drain Time, i knew this was the right choice! The manager answered and helped me through my issues.
She sent her Professionals out so quickly! My house was flooding fast and when Tommy and Mark showed up, they hurried to get the situation taken care of right away. I can't thank them enough for being so kind, considerate and professional.

Our sewer line backed up and flooded our home around 8pm on Sunday night.

I sent a message about the services I needed in my home and he was the first to respond very quickly I might add. I called other places who told me they would get to me the next day. Tom told me he could be to me within the hour and 45 minutes later he was pulling up to my home.

Tom was very knowledgeable about the issues we had and how they could be resolved. He was quick and sufficient in doing the necessary repairs.

I would recommend Tom, he has for sure found a customer in us!

I have to give Tommy, Mark and their whole crew of guys a 5 star review and highly recommended Drain Time Plumbing!!! We had a clogged pipe that had years of build up prior to us buying the house. We gave them a call and they where quick to respond and come out to us in Galt. Other companies wanted us to wait days before coming to help. They were able to unclog the drain along with descaling both the main line and kitchen line along with Hydrojetting. They currently installed a new water heater for us. Tommy and Mark are both great at being straight shooters and give you the whole run down of what the issue could or could not be which is hard to find these days with companies. They are also very transparent with time frames and cost (even helped us with discounts for new customers ) Once again we would highly recommend these guys!! We will definitely keep them in mind for any of our plumbing needs!! THANK YOU Drain Time Plumbing!!

The Drain Time team, led by Tommy and Mark were wonderful throughout the whole nightmare of a broken pipe in my home. The guys were knowledgeable, patient, and walked this home owner through the process step by step. If I could give 10 stars, it would be a ten.
