Amazing! I saw reviews from previous customers who rated Elite Plumbing Services with a 5 so when my main water valve went out I called them. Will answered and was at my home with 1.5 hrs. Diagnosed problem, went and got new part and replaced all within an hr and 8 mins. I can guarantee I will call them again when needs arise.

I left a voice-mail about an issue with a clogged kitchen sink I was dealing with and got a call back the very next morning from Will (which I learned the past few days that not every plumbing company you reach out to calls back!). Will was friendly and gave me an ETA for when he could be at my home and arrived right on time. Once here, Will was very knowledgeable on the issue and got it fixed within 30 minutes. He also gave me tips on how I could prevent the issue from occurring again. Also, if you have any concerns about COVID, Will showed up with a mask and respected social distancing guidelines. Woke up to cold water in the shower this morning. Called Bill with Elite and he answered immediately, and came to the house a few hours later (as soon as I could be home from a morning trip to the airport).

He spent about 10-15 minutes testing my water heater and it seemed to be working OK. He advised me what to do if the problem happens again.

When I asked him how much I owed him for this service call. He declined any payment. I told him I'd 'pay' him with a 5-star review (number 85 I think)...so here it is!

I'll be calling Bill for any future plumbing problems. I recommend you do the same. :)

These guys have saved my butt (and my new laminate flooring) several times now. They always answer the phone and have always been able to come over within an hour or so. They've actually gotten used to my fixer-upper foreclosure and it's mysterious issues - and they just laugh and take care of business. I'm so grateful to have a friendly, reasonable, and reliable company in town. Maybe one day I'll even use them for a pre-planned, scheduled appointment. But until then...they're on my speed dial for plumbing/water emergencies!

I called this company after finding them on an internet search. Bill and his son Will responded to my daughter's new home to help with some leaks we found and sink set ups for her new bathroom cabinets. Bill made it simple. These guys are AWESOME. They worked on our drain pipe under our house that had to be elevated to drain properly years ago when we called two other companies who wanted to change and upgrade our drain for ridiculous money. We hadn't had any issues for years and Elite fixed it for a reasonable price and no issues since. Fast forward to this month when our 3 year old water heater stopped working and flashing some error code for the burner. I called the warranty people and they said only parts covered not labor and referred me to a couple plumbing companies who wanted to charge $300-600. I ended up calling Elite and asked if they could do the install of the burner. Bill happened to be in the area and said he would take a look for free. He turned it off and unplugged it to reset it and voila it started working just fine! We are so thankful! It was so nice that they came by like that. It took maybe 10 minutes if that!

It turned off again the other day and I called and left a message to ask how to unplug it. Anyway I got it working by just getting the pilot back on but Bill called me and told me how to unplug for future reference. This company is honest, reliable and have great integrity! Highly recommended!

Bill and his company are absolutely fantastic!

I needed someone to run a natural gas line extension from my garage to my kitchen for a gas stove. Bill Molnar / Elite Plumbing came highly recommended.

I called and talked to Bill and he agreed to come to my house the following day. The next day, he arrived exactly when he said he would. He inspected the house, gave me a quote, and said he would talk to the city (Vacaville CA) to get the necessary permits in order.

He followed up the next week after talking the city, said everything was a go and we set a work date.

On the day of the job he again showed up exactly on time. Bill and his crew were friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and did the job as promised and for the quoted price. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that everything was in working order (which included the visit from the city inspector) before leaving.

After the job was done we had an issue with the installation of the gas stove - the installers (Costco) brought the wrong part. I ended up calling Bill because the installers wouldn't fix it or go get the right part. Rather than say it wasn't his problem, Bill offered to get the right part and come install it. He showed up 30 minutes later, installed the part in 5 minutes, and did all of that without charging extra for the part or his time.

I can't say enough good things about Bill. He's my go-to guy for any plumbing needs I may have in the future

Bill has to be the BEST man ever!
I've been dealing with a clogged toilet for several months. My bathroom stunk, and I've used everything known to unclog my toilet.
I got the number from another plumber, and from calling to having my toilet running beautifully again, it was total of 30 minutes.
20 of that driving!!!!
My toilet is fixed, THANK YOU BILL!!!

My impression is that Bill is just an excellent plumber who will know what your job will take to be fixed and he isn't going to charge you for anything more than what you need him to do.

I had serious sticker shock from an estimate to fix a drain leak behind the kitchen sink. I was almost resigned to think that that is just what it's like if you hire a plumber, but thankfully I was encouraged by other Yelp reviews to call Elite. He came out and did it for a almost a 1/10 of the first company's estimate.

He won our business and restored my faith in humanity! That might seem over the top but I get anxiety over hiring people to do stuff and he was awesome. I think I have some sort of PTSD from past contractor experiences.

At least now I know who to call for plumbing issues.

The city came by and shut off our water due to a large leak in our front yard. The first plumber I talked to wanted $60 just to come out. The second came out for free, but said we needed to dig up and replace our entire main with copper. He quoted us $1785. I called Elite for a second opinion and estimate and I'm so glad I did. Bill was able to locate the leak in minutes and had it fixed and our water back on in two hours and at a fraction of the cost. We will definitely be using Elite for our plumbing needs in the future!

After coming home from work, the last thing I wanted to hear was two clogged toilets and a shower drain not draining. It's very scary to think of what you might have to spend for a plumber (about $300-$900 depending on the situation) to come out to your home especially after business hours. But my situation was definitely an emergency. So I took a chance with Bill. He answered his phone right away and said that he would be right out in 20-30mins. Bill came out to my home and was very confident about what was causing the problem in my drains (flushable wipes to be exact). We had a hard time finding the Clean Out drain and he had to probe the ground full of rocks outside for a good 15 minutes just to find it. We still couldn't find it, so he snaked the kitchen drain line instead because it lead to the bathroom pipes. He did what he could through the kitchen drain line but we eventually had to find the main Clean Out in the front yard. Through probing the kitchen pipeline we finally found where the Clean Out was located and Bill used a metal pipe to dig in the clean out and viola! Fixed the problem. Bill was super professional, knowledgeable, and super easy to talk to! He was also very good at giving us some dos and don'ts and lots of tricks of his trade just to make sure this didn't happen again! So thank you Bill for making this NIGHTMARE into just a bad dream. And his price was very reasonable! Will be calling him again for any future plumbing problems!

Bill came out to my house to help me connect a Coway water filter machine - it's a machine we brought over from our old house. He could have charged us $175 for his labor and parts. However, he saw that the job was relatively easy in buying a coupling and drilling a hole in the main kitchen pipe drain. He gave me clear instructions on how to do the job and then charged me nothing stating that he wanted my future business. Let me tell you, honesty and integrity is hard to find so he definitely has earned my future business. Thanks Bill!

These guys are the best! Saved me over 2,000 on a new water heater. Came here looked at it realized there was just some water in the bottom sucked it out with a vacuum and 20 mins later it was working again! At the extract same time had another plumbing service there quoting me for a new water heater. These guys took over and fixed it in front of them. And my grand total...... 0 $. Wow. Called another service yesterday and left a message. No call back. (sigh) So I looked at these reviews and called Bill this morning. He answered immediately - no voicemail which was a treat! He was in my neighborhood already so he was here in about 10 minutes - no waiting around from 10am to 3pm type thing or trying to schedule a day to come out, which I SO appreciated. Elite Plumbing did a great job repairing a water line break at my house. They diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly where other plumbing companies failed to do so. After receiving quotes from other companies stating I would need to replace the entire water line from the meter to the house or quoting an outrageous amount for the repair job, Elite were honest and reasonable with their price.

I called Bill and he was literally here in 15 - 20 minutes. He was on his way home from another job late afternoon and he stopped by right away instead of making us wait until the following day.

We needed some leaking outdoor spigots replaced and some help figuring out the logistics of our rear yard irrigation; locating, evaluating and testing shut off valves, etc. He took care of everything quickly, the work done was perfect and fairly priced. Bill and Elite Plumbing have to be at the top of the list for folks in Solano County requiring plumbing service. Was referred to Bill by Ken Clark Plumbing as I had clogged sewer lines in my 45 year old home and Bill was in the area ---and here in 15 minutes! He promptly diagnosed the problem and he and his son had the job done professionally and at a reasonable price in twenty minutes. Fair, frank and friendly: they explained the origin of the problem and how to prevent it from reoccurring. What more could a customer want? This i s as good as it gets!

Returning from a trip and finding your kitchen sink clogged is not a great way to start a Saturday! After all the at home methods were tried, we were desperate (and had a Corned Beef cooking...you know that means dishes!)!
Called Bill who was shopping and clear that there would be a weekend fee. I appreciate learning the cost ahead of time! We were willing and able to pay it, and within a couple of hours (and in a downpour) he had diagnosed the problem and addressed it, along with educating us on tricks to avoid this problem (every once in a while fill up the kitchen sink and release it all, to help keep the pipes more open). He also made sure to check for other problems and took care of them, as well! What else can we give him, but a 5 star?

Called Bill to give me an estimate to repair my self-diagnosed problem in my front yard relating to the copper line between the meter and my house. After some preliminary diagnostic work, Bill believed that the copper line was not leaking, but that I was overwatering my yard.
He suggested I cut back on the amount of water I use for my landscaping to see if the puddling water in four different places dried up.
I adjusted the timer and hope to see he was right!
He could easily have taken my money--but he didn't. That's five star service in my book!

If you are looking for quality work at a very fair price give Elite Plumbing Services a call. Bill was able to come out, give me a quote and do the repairs the same day. My pressure reducer and sprinkler system connection had been poorly installed and the valves and reducer were not functional. Bill redid the connections with better materials and a better layout than the original. I would definitely call again for any plumbing work. Thanks for the great work!

I had a crisis at my house with a blown pressure regulator on a Sunday morning, leaving me with no water. I called 5 different plumbing companies and only one returned my call; Bob from Elite plumbing. He was out of town but gave me direction to ease the problem in case I couldn't get help until Monday. His advise served me well and Monday morning at 7am he was there. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and worked quickly to solve the problem. I called Elite Plumbing because of the other 5-star reviews and was not disappointed in the least! Will fit me in to his busy schedule and fixed two leaking sinks in about 1.5 hours--most of which was spent getting a replacement part. I was worried that I'd have to replace the bathroom fixtures, but Will quickly diagnosed the problems as relatively easy fixes: one required tightening of the taps, and the other simply required a new faucet. Will was very prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I am definitely adding Elite Plumbing to my list of trusted service providers!

Bill came out on a Sunday recently because the kitchen sink was backed up. He quickly got it fixed and chatted with us for a bit (on his day off). We hadn't been in the house more than a few months so he gave us some info on the plumbing in homes the age of ours, and even crawled under the house to check everything out and see if the original plumbing had ever been replaced (it had!). He also helped us find the cleanout on the side of the house. He was so helpful and kind! We will definitely refer him to anyone we know who needs a plumber.

Thank God for Bill and Elite Plumbing!

At 7:30PM tonight we heard what sounded like someone was taking a shower upstairs, but there was no one upstairs. I rushed upstairs to see that the toilet valve had burst and water was spraying everywhere--water was dripping down onto the 1st floor.

Bill helped me over the phone and then was at my house (way after business hours at night). He had the new valve installed and fixed in about 5 minutes. Now, I still have to wait for my ceiling, floors and walls to dry, but at least Bill was the bright spot in this disaster. Thank you, Bill!!!

Overpriced!!! 165.00 for a toilet line unplug.

I had a backed up toilet and called Elite. Weekday at 10 am. Not an emergency call as i have another toilet. He completed the job in twenty minutes. Charged me 165 dollars. I know this is overpriced as another plumber did it 6 months ago for $85.00. Had to pay as we had not agreed to a price prior to the work. I was gouged and will not be calling him again.

I was totally amazed at how awesome Elite Plumbing is. I called the for a water heater swap and when they got there we talked it over and Bill said it's just your burner pilot assembly. No need to spend so much. We will get you up and running for just over $200 I said awesome!!!! And then while his son ran for the burner he fixed a drain problem on another system for free!!! These people are the BEST!!!!! I am a customer for life. Bill is AWESOME!!!!

I was doing some light remodeling of my bathroom by replacing the vanity and while installing the new water fittings I had an issue and thought I would need to break down and get a plumber to come help me. Since I had shut off to the water to the house and the new fixture was leaking I wasn't sure of what to do and gave a couple of places a call. When I connected with Bill he asked me what my issue was and said he wasn't in the area but would try to walk me through the problem. I explained to him the situation and he talked me through the steps I needed to take to do the fix myself and where to get the right parts. Although he didn't come out to the house to do any work he saved me from having to have an actual plumber come to the house and I was able to solve the issue myself. Based on this I wouldn't hesitate to give him a call again if another plumbing issue came up as he was responsive and helpful. Thanks for the help Bill, helped keep my DIY project a DIY project.

Elite Plumbing has done work for for the apartment complex here for years, but personally can vouch for the experience for the last four years. Large & small jobs across the board are dealt with fairly, efficiently & professionally. Bill, Will & staff are honest, responsive, reasonable, professional & do a great job with fair pricing. Bill was the third plumber to my house in a week. The first company Cheap-O charged me for a snake out but didn't fix the problem. Then tried to get me to spend $1400 to change the cast iron clean out. Next plumber did another snake out and more thorough investigation but still didn't fix the problem. Bill didn't have any free time but ended up coming very quickly after hearing my nightmare with the other plumbers. He didn't try to sell me anything. He fixed the problem unlike the other two plumbers. If you want honest, professional, experienced and efficient choose Bill. Don't be scared by his $165 hourly rate. Others may charge less to come out but may up sell on things you don't need. Thanks Bill for getting my plumbing fixed. He will be who I call from now on.

Called Will of Elite Plumbing for a clogged drain. He was out at my house in ten minutes ready to work. He explained the cost up front, what he needed to do and did it. He even took the time to reinstall some deck boards I had to remove to get to the clean out cap under my deck. The price was more than fair and he was very nice and professional. I will call Elite Plumbing again when I need a plumber in Vacaville.

Right as I was leaving for work this morning, the hot water handle in shower wouldn't turn off. Called Elite Plumbing Services, explained the problem and they were at my front door within 15 minutes. Determined what was broken and had it fixed within 30 minutes for a minimal amount of $$. I asked for their business card before they left, because if I am ever in need of any kind of plumbing services I will be calling them without hesitation. Bill and Elite Plumbing is honest and quality work! I called a few plumbers to fix a kitchen sink issue related to my garbage disposal. Bill came out the same day of my initial call and because his customer service, professionalism, and price quote was so amazing -- I cancelled the other plumbers who I scheduled for a free estimate. Bill came out the following weekday and completed the job with a lot of good advice to avoid future issues. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They are punctual and very professional.

I want to highlight Bill's honesty as well. The material to my faucet sink hose has come apart so I asked Bill how much it would cost to replace it. He looked under the sink for the make and model and told me that specific company has good warranty and to call their customer service and they'll probably send me the part for free. Well, I did just that and found out there is lifetime warranty (Price Pfister) and I'm getting a replacement hose sent out absolutely free. I appreciate Bill's honesty and his superior knowledge of the plumbing world!

I'm definitely adding Elite Plumbing to my phone's contact for future requests.

Recommended by legendary Vacaville plumber Ken Clark, and now I know why! We needed to move a gas line because our new stove stuck out too far from the wall. Bill was quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. He also finished the job at less than the original price he quoted me! Definitely give 5 Stars to Will! Trustworthy, kind and professional, wore a mask during these covid times.

Had a different name company come out yesterday, they used a auger to attempt to unclog our toilet, the guy thought he fixed the issue and left thinking what he fixed was normal, when it infact was not. Instead, he stated toilet needed to be replaced etc. And quoted a high prices. The toilet did not need to be replaced.

Will was called and was here within minutes, he didn't have to use a auger, he knew to lift the toilet and instantly found the problem and fixed within minutes!
Will was fast and efficient and would definitely recommend! Yay for a working toilet again!

If I could check more than 5 stars I would. Bill came to my house to put in a faucet. I bought the wrong one. I would have had 4 holes in my sink and the faucet I bought only took up one. I would have not been happy with that faucet. I had no idea how to buy a faucet. Will offered to meet me at Lowe's and he would help me get what I really wanted in a faucet. He did do that. He came back the next day, not charging me for the first day, and put in the faucet. He also fixed a few things like lighting my water heater I didn't know was out. He's very efficient. I highly recommend Bill. He makes appointments within a day or so and he's on time. He's very knowledgeable about what he does.

I highly recommend Elite Plumbing services to anyone looking for plumbing repairs that are done by a professional who is COVID-19 safe at all times, answers your call on the first ring, quick and knowledgeable, picks up after their work and leaves your home the same as they found it, and doesn't overcharge the customer.

Will and two other plumbers came out to our home quickly (albeit they were in the neighborhood and just finishing up another job) and resolved our water leak in our ceiling (I punctured a water pipe with a lag bolt putting up garage ceiling shelves (oops...my bad!) in under an hour.

They quickly diagnosed the leak, cut into the ceiling, and replaced the punctured copper pipe (see the pics), all the while cleaning up the water mess on the floor. The plumbers charged an appropriate $280 for all the work and were gone in less than an hour!

No fuss no muss! I couldn't ask for a more painless repair for a really nasty mess!

Do yourself a favor and don't hesitate to call these guys. You won't be sorry!

Had a water hammer issue. Elite plumbing came out same day and identified the issue within 2 minutes. Advised me to save my money and fix it myself with a cheap part and a YouTube video. No more hammering! And they gave my dog pets...bonus points!

I called Bill this morning for a persistent clogged shower drain that bottles of liquid plumber would not fix. He was at another appointment, but was able to come over in an hour. When he entered the house, booties immediately went on to protect my floors.

He opened up the drain and found of all things, a shampoo cap. He dug out some hair and the shampoo cap and bid me good day with no charge and smile.

Excellent customer service! One of the men in our office reported that there was water filling the grout in the men's restroom and that the toilet or urinal was leaking.
Bill came out within the hour, inspected both units and said there didn't appear to be a leak and that he would check back in the next day and confirm that we were still good. He stopped back by today and guess what? The floor was dry as a bone and we have determined that our men are messy :)
This is an honest, old school customer service-oriented company and not only will I call them next time we have an issue at the office, I will also use them for any future plumbing needs at my home.
