I chose this company because of the great reviews I saw. I was not disappointed! I called August to handle a plumbing problem that my 95-year-old father was having and not only did he handle the job professionally but he was very kind to my father also. We will call them again!

Quick response time.  Job came in cheaper than the quote.  No hidden surprises just reliable work on our bathtub leak.  In and out no fuss.  Fernando did an awesome job.

I called multiple places for a drain pan install and they either didn't do them or were giving really high quotes for the job. Juan came out and did the job in less then 30 minutes and was really friendly. Awesome job!

First let me say Thank you to a wonderful company that went over and beyond to help me in a very stressful time! I am a on-site storage manager and had a major crisis on my site that caused my apartment water to be turned off. I have 2 children and to say the least I was stressed out and panicked! When I contacted Scott McLeod Plumbing about the major flood I had going on at my site, the VP Cody stopped his day and came out and turned the water off immediately, he was my hero! Early the next morning Nick was here to start the repairs on the major back flow leak, he kept a wonderful disposition and smile and explained thoroughly the repairs that needed to be made while even giving less expensive options. To top off this wonderful service Brian and Chris came to help and expedite the repair! I cannot say enough about Brian he is truly one of the hardest working men I have ever seen and was even here after dark in the cold making sure the repair was complete! I called on a Saturday afternoon, and Rick was at my house 25 minutes later. Though I just had a leaky sink, but had a leaky pipe in the wall, and leaky faucet. Rick did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, showing me where they were, and explaining the whole process, and solution.  He knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very good at fixing it. I also had a beautiful new faucet put in. I'm so grateful to Rick and Hiniker Plumbing! Thank you for the fast service (I was worried about having to change shifts at the hospital to get someone out here but that wasn't even an issue). Thank you for sending a friendly expert, who didn't make the process an uncomfortable one (like some companies that up sell you stuff and make you feel awkward in your own home). There was no clean up for me, Rick did it all! It's 5 o'clock and we can still enjoy our weekend thanks to you guys!

Total crooks . They sent two of their employees the next day after I called with an emergency. The two guys , 1 specifically,  kept telling me that they couldn't do every single job I wanted them to because they're giving me excuses that they didn't have the pieces or it was going to be astronomically high. My toilet was overflowing and flooding my first floor. They said it most likely needed a new flap on the inside of the toilet but they don't replace it even though it's replaceable. They said they would have to fix and replace the whole toilet. They said it might be my bidet and said they would check. The guy  comes out and says $195 I took out your bidet. I was shocked but I paid it anyways. Less than an hour later my toilet is still leaking so I send them a video. I'm super pissed I paid $200 for crap? I sent them a video showing that it was not fixed yet. And I want my money back because the issue is still there and they told me the issue would still be there. The person said well we don't work for free and their most likely doing a trial and error by removing the bidet. But I wasn't paying for a trial and error.. I was paying for it to be fixed. Well the leak stayed I had to call another company early in the morning to fix it. They offered to come back at 7:00 the next morning to fix it but a supervisor would come. I agreed upon 8 a.m. but through the night it got bad the leak was just overflowing I had to get someone in sooner! Long story long they still sent the two guys  back to my house at 7:30 in the morning. No supervisor in sight.  I already had someone that fixed it and had just left. I also sent the owner of text saying I didn't need their service anymore. I requested my money back the same day they were here  because they didn't fix the problem they refused to refund. They even broke my sink by setting their tool bag in it. They  have horrible customer service they will rip you off steal from you and basically tell you f*** off. Do not deal with them. THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS IS GOING TO RESPOND BACK AND SAY THIS IS NOT A TRUE REVIEW. YES THE F*** IT IS. I HAVE TEXT I HAVE PROOF I HAVE RECEIPTS.

These guys are a total rip off. Watch out for scam high pressure stories trying to nudge you into doing way more than you need or turning small jobs into $$$ big jobs. I had a water main leak at the street area. Not a bad leak just one small portion of PVC needed replacing as it had a tiny tiny crack creating a wet area in the dirt. A small job and I had done most of the digging myself as well as found the leak. All I needed the plumber to do was replace one small section of PVC at the beginning of where the cities brass meter went into my PVC main. A $200-$300 job tops I was thinking. They send this young kid out maybe early 20's who says he needs to talk to his supervisor. He comes back at me with a $3200 -$1500 QUOTE??? I say its really high and he comes up with all this nonsense story just making up stuff to pressure me into agreeing to his huge rip off quote. He says that the city doesn't like it if I turn my water my water off and I have to use copper and replace the whole main all the way to the house and his supervisor says he cant use PVC but he'll do it but for $1500 instead of $3200. Im thinking wow who does this kid think he is so disingenuous hamming it up with this inflated job nonsense a total amateur scam artist really. Anyways I say no way thanks for nothing and they leave. I call another local Upland plumber off of Arrow hwy (K and Sons) not sure if I can name them but they were great and honest!!!!! Guess what? They did exactly what I THOUGHT the job would be for $275 without me saying a thing. Stay away from OPTION ONE they are not honest and will rip you off.

Professional and punctual! These guys arrived quickly and got to the root of the problem with a clogged toilet (tree roots growing into the pipes). I would recommend to all and would definitely call back for any future plumbing issues.

I called Mike today because my A/C unit was not starting. He was at my house within 75 minutes. Turns out that my unit was great but has a bad breaker connection. He cleaned everything up and tested the system for cooling. Never tried to upsell me or tell me something was broken that wasn't.  I would give him my business any day of the week. Trustworthy, timely and friendly in the big heatwave we are having currently. If you need an A/C repair or service call these guys.

I had a very good service experience with Jared today. He listened intently to my drawn out explanation of what was going on with my drain pipe, and assured me it wasn't as complicated to fix as I thought. When he removed and cleaned the aerator on one of our sinks, he showed me what to do the next time it got clogged up. I appreciate all the maintenance tips he gave me and how he cleaned up after he was done. Great, friendly and reliable service. Pricing was good, and I felt like I truly got my money's worth!

The two gentlemen who arrived were very professional and knowledgeable. They were happy to explain their findings and how our system worked. They made recommendations on what changes needed to be made and were happy discuss how to replace the items myself should I choose.  They were equally fine with the idea of me doing the work or they would themselves. There was no heavy pressure.

We had some issues with our toilet. As an afterschool program for children, it's constantly being used. Kevin came out the next day and fixed it immediately. Timely and courteous--we even received updates on ETA. Highly recommend!

I am just the tenant in the home I am renting, but I have watched the owners struggle with plumbing issues since almost the moment I signed my lease back in February of this year. I have almost lost count of the various local plumbing outfits that have come by and taken advantage of the owners naivety selling them repairs that were over priced, poorly installed and never truly fixed the underlying issues with the sewage system in this 55 year old home.  This outfit not only showed up on time to begin the work when they communicated they would, but even offered to start earlier than promised knowing my family is without half of our facilities until the needed repairs are done. All of their employees are well spoken and clean up properly after they are finished for the day, unlike just about every company prior. We have had tree roots compromising the main sewer line since day one. Four companies later and this outfit removed them and verified their removal with a camera their first day on site. Although I am not the one footing the bill, the owners have even commented how reasonable the pricing was. I will certainly always recommend The Plumber out of Rancho Cucamonga to anyone that asks who I trust. Thanks again for showing up on time and delivering! My family appreciates it!

Jairo Quiroz was terrific! Pleasant, knowledgeable and honest about what it will cost to repair/replace our aging toilet. From the first call I made, I knew I had the right plumbing company! All of my questions were answered and, I am amazed that they don't charge for an estimate! Now that's how to gain and keep customers! They also kept me up to date about when our technician would arrive. Jairo will be back on Tuesday to do the install after we purchase a new toilet. The office advised what the cost for the install will be so, no surprises! I highly recommend this company!

This is a mixed review for me. The service has been great. The guys are awesome. We had our water heater break down. Called our home warranty they sent these guys out. When they came to do the install after we were told it's would be $650.00 outside of what our warranty covered. I asked what it was for because the warranty company never explained it to us. Found out it was for a couple things but one of them was a drip pan. We the warranty company told us it was 100.00 for just that. I googled it and found it $10-20 at a local home improvement store. The tech called his supervisor, who liked to tell me that I was the one in the wrong and we should have had it here. I explained we were told and he in a calm voice told me I was wrong. We went back and forth like this for a bit. He was upset because his guy had to wait for me to go to the store. But yet had no problem arguing with while his tech was waiting for us to finish the phone call. So that didn't make sense.

Long story he told me that I could go and get the pan but if I was t in 30 mins he was gonna tell his tech to leave. Which I was like really?!

The guy turned out to be the owner and he's a total ass. I went and got the pan and it was not the right size so we ended up having to use theirs in the end. Before I went to the store Frank offered to do their pan for $50.00. When I came back and the pan I got was wrong, I said I wanted to do it for the $50.00. He said he was willing to do it for that price anymore.

The company overall is great. The owner is a piece of work. We will be taking to home warranty company as well.

It to bad used like this company they have done other work for us and we will not be using them again. Guess not everyone needs business or referrals.

I called and within an hour I received a call back. They made my issue a priority and did an exceptional job. This family run business truly takes pride in their work, a true reflection of them being genuinely honorable.  Professional, courteous, experienced and friendly.  If I need a plumber ever again, guarantee I'll be calling them and you should too!!!

I had a broken sprinkler pipe that was causing flooding and my other zones not to work. Manuel showed up on time. He quickly dug up near the pipe and fixed the problem at a great price. When he was done, the lawn looked as if nothing had been done. I am also working with him to redo landscaping in my front yard. He's very knowledgeable about different flowers and plants. Easy to talk to and work with. I've sent him pics of different ideas and he's always responded. Looking forward to completing the project with this company. It's nice they can take care of both landscaping and irrigation.

Adrian and his team were great. They retro 6 recess lights for me, the price was fair, I was amazed about their quality of work and the time they took to ensure the lights placement.

I needed to move three fire sprinklers in order to accommodate new ceiling fans. Anthony came out and gave me a quote. He was very professional and did a great job with the project. I would definitely recommend Anthony to anyone.
