We had a great experience with Manny.  We had an irrigation valve leak and Manny replaced 7 of them and also raised the valves above ground.  He was very thorough, punctual, and considerate.  We are very happy with the outcome of the project.  Thanks Manny!

Manny is a detail oriented professional that wants to do the job right the first time. He took great care in listening to my concerns and worked through a long - tough job to get it done on time (and ASAP!)

He fixed a broken line that was deep - then found another break when testing system. He fixed all this within the budget with professional parts.

He had to take out a giant bird of paradise and he fixed the stone on top that popped off due to the tree growth.

I needed the beds to be cleaned from weeds and he did such a good job. It doesn't even look like the same plants because they pop with color now.

He brought back mulch and a few plants because it needed it - and again - all within budget.

He kept me posted on progress and unexpected repairs.

Manny is now my sprinkler guy! He is smart, fair and has a great amount of irrigation experience on big corporate accounts. He knows what he is doing!

I had a sprinkler valve replaced. Also decide to replace irrigation filter and make two unions to make easier for future replacements. Manuel was productive in responding to my requests. I was skeptically first because he told me they offered free estimates but a service fee cost so I really did not understand that. How is it a free estimate but charge for service fee even though it could be applied towards repair. Anyways, I provided Manuel a picture of what I was needing repaired and he was able to provide a reasonable quote and within a good timeframe.
Installer reported as requested and on time and knowledgeable. We provided suggestions for concerns and really liked the unions on the pipes!
Overall happy with repair and service. Would like to see other payment options besides Venmo.

The customer service started out good. They responded to my yelp inquiry quickly and made an appointment with me for a quote. The estimator came out and spent an hour getting measurements and asking questions. Then from there is where the service went down to a 2 star review. I waited about a week, hadn't heard anything back, sent a message on yelp asking for an update. Was told they would check on it and have them contact me. Waiting a while longer and still didn't hear back so messaged again. They apparently lost all the information and measurements from my appointment. They haven't tried very hard to contact me or come get new measurements. I guess they don't want or need the job that was going to be $3-5k worth of work. Guess I'll start over again and try with another company to see what happens.

These guys are busy but they do a great job at competitive prices. Thanks Thomas and John.

We were able to reschedule and he provided me with an estimate via email in the time he said he would; actually a day earlier. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend getting an estimate from them if you're looking for any yard work you may need done.

Manny did an outstanding job with fixing our low pressure and sprinkler issue. He added another valve and did a great job with the entire project. He's honest with his work and reasonable with his estimates. We are very satisfied with his work and I would definitely recommend him.  He's now going to do another major irrigation project for us on our hillside. I have had to call out  Manny two different times to help with my irrigation system. Both times he has been quick in responses, also honest and upfront with his prices. After many opinions and consultations his work and prices have always been the best.

I requested through yelp for estimates to repair an irrigation broken line. The only one who contacted me was America's Irrigation. They scheduled me right away. The repairman arrived on time and found my broken line,which we couldn't find.He repaired it and now I can water again! Yeah! I will recommend America's to all my friends and family. The price was right!

These guys were amazing, fast and very honest. I would recommend them anybody looking to get landscaping big or small.

I wish that I could fully review this landscaping company but can't really get them to proceed due to persistent delays. I first started working with Manuel on 4/1, he spent a lot of time with me and gave me great ideas to proceed with an estimate. He came back out in a month when we were more set on what to do. Was told on 5/31 that he was busy but would type up the estimate. Again on 6/17 checked in with him on estimate and was told again he was busy and to be patient, give him another week to get estimate as they wanted to keep my business, I said no problem. It's now 8/8 and been almost 8 weeks later and still no estimate or communication otherwise. I understand being busy, having too many jobs to follow through, things come up but at this point I'm going to look for another company because I've been working on this 4 months and no quote or communication on when things might happen. I really enjoyed Manuel's ideas, he did great at coming out and spending valuable time discussing ideas and plan but the communication and leaving your potential customer hanging is unacceptable. If busy and can't do it or no idea when there will be time, just let your customer know so they don't just keep waiting for no reason so they can decide if they want to wait or go with a different company.

Had a service done went well no problems. months later a sprinkler valve broke. Manuel contacted me, we set up a date for service and got my issue resolved fast.

Someone came out on Sept 16th and gave a verbal estimate for $14,000. I said I was interested in paying for a landscape design as well, and was told he would get back to me if they had someone. I asked for the estimate in writing and never got one. I called the main number and left a message about a month later inquiring about the estimate and never got a call back. It's now November 10th and I'm still looking for a landscape company.

Manny and Thomas just finished a big job with adding irrigation to our 1 acre property. Their team was a pleasure to work with and worked every day until the project was complete. Manny and Thomas were professional and enjoyable to work with. The bid quote was fair and reasonable and they stuck to their bid and didn't yank us around after the job started. They advised us with water and maintenance saving ideas. 10 out of 10!

We hired Manuel and team to assess our inconsistent watering issues from an older system. The assessment was super thoughtful, tested everything, asked good questions, and helped us prioritize within our budget. Additionally, we had assessments and quotes from two other companies and while their assessment was far superior, their quote was consistent with the others' pricing.

Once the work started it was evident from day 1 that we'd made the right choice with America's Irrigation & Landscape. Everyone on the team was professional, super friendly, and efficient with their time. It was genuinely pleasant to have their positive energy here. Within four days the project was done and it is WONDERFUL - exactly what we'd contracted for.

This team is clearly knowledgeable about their line of work - not only with irrigation but about many of the plants and trees too. We finally had one of our mystery trees identified. :-)

We are very happy with the results and will definitely use America's Irrigation & Landscape again and again as we have more projects.

Someone came out last week and said we'd have a quote by the end of the weekend. I contact Kathy Sunday night and told her we were still waiting on a quote. Kathy said she would contact the technician to follow up. Here it is late Tuesday night and nothing, not even an apology for wasting our time. On top of that we had to wait almost 2 weeks for an appointment, good thing it's been raining or the whole yard would be dead.

No hard feelings, just a warning to all not to waste your time and don't believe the 5 star rating.

I asked for an estimate on the repair of the sprinkler system damaged by the large tree in the parkway (the area between the street and the sidewalk). Manny came on time and gave a very reasonable quote. When he came to work on it, he was again on time. Manny is professional and sincere about his work. I would recommend America's Irrigation & Landscaping to anyone.

I just had my backyard done by America's Irrigation Landscaping and I have to say that there is no regret. Manny price was fair and the work was stellar. My backyard had grass, trees, lighting, and stamped concrete with a  gas fire pit and I couldn't be happier. My backyard is my paradise now and I get plenty of compliments from my family. I would definitely recommend this guys any day of the week.

Manny, Thomas and his crew did a wonderful job removing Lots of Cactus plants,installing Sprinklers throughout the whole backyard, added Sod and built a beautiful retaining wall. I high recommend this company for any irrigation or landscape work you many have. They worked very hard for a week completing there job in the heat. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is excellent.  They back up their work also.  We had an old system and several heads and a couple valves needed replacing.  Later we had a couple pipes break (not their fault) and they were out in a jiffy and repaired.  Am getting more quotes from them for  more work now.  Highly recommend.  Thanks Manual and your crew.

Called and got an appointment they came out and I really liked there ideas on improving my lawn. Was excited and eager to await proposal for which I intended to hire them. Followed up with a text for proposal, which never came.  Disappointed I could not be a customer.

I had a broken sprinkler pipe that was causing flooding and my other zones not to work. Manuel showed up on time. He quickly dug up near the pipe and fixed the problem at a great price. When he was done, the lawn looked as if nothing had been done. I am also working with him to redo landscaping in my front yard. He's very knowledgeable about different flowers and plants. Easy to talk to and work with. I've sent him pics of different ideas and he's always responded. Looking forward to completing the project with this company. It's nice they can take care of both landscaping and irrigation.

Called this company to find a leak in my sprinkler system and do the necessary repairs.  They ending up having to rebuild the manifold (20+ years old), install a new shut off valve and replace a head and a couple nozzles.  Manny was very thorough and professional.  He was easy to contact and always showed up as scheduled.   I ended up also using them to dig out a few stray palm trees that were invading my planters, as well as replace the mulch in all the planters in my front yard.   Very happy with this company!

Manuel showed up on time with a crew of 6 other guys who came to provide tree service on a big property. They worked very hard for a full day, mulched a great number of branches, cut over 12 giant trees, and always cleaned after every job.
Manuel is very knowledgeable, professional, and generous when it comes to providing information. He even offered to find other companies that would help with other jobs that we needed among the property.
We are going to ask for their help on monthly basis with tree service besides other landscaping projects.
We highly recommend them for similar jobs!

This company shows professionalism and efficiency. I've been in contact with Manuel regarding sprinklers trouble in my home. He spotted the problem and suggested ways for me to save water and money.  His estimate was reasonable as well as flexible. I am satisfied with the work that they have done. They placed a water regulator from the main line to the sprinkler valves to regulate the pressure. Too much pressure was the main reason my sprinklers constantly get damaged.

I am so happy I found this Sprinkler repair company.  Manuel Nava was very professional and prompt with his service.  I will use them for all my future irrigation needs.  The price was fair and the job was done in a timely manner.  I had a bad valve to my sprinkler system.  They were about 10 years old.  We replaced both of my valves.  I also asked Manuel if he could set them up higher off the ground and he did it no problem.  I have included a before and after picture.  Thank you Manuel.  Never lose your honest demeanor, and keep up the quality work.

Manny is a good guy that runs a good company. I hired manny and his crew to install a completely new irrigation system as well as 3400 sq ft of Bermuda sod. The project came out great and my kids love it. Manny truly cares about the customer, his workers, and the project. His prices are fair and his work is good. If something isn't right, he's easy to talk to, and makes it right. The company also offers monthly service which I happily use. They aren't just a blow and go group, they take their time and pay attention to detail. They also use a Tru-Cut reel mower for my Bermuda grass. Give manny a call. You won't be disappointed.

I called these guys at 730 am because one  of my sprinkler valves was shooting water about 6 feet in the air. I couldn't get it to turn off, I didn't have the right tools to shut off the water main to the house.
They showed up to my house by 8 am, had the problem done and fixed by 830 am. Awesome!
How much would you expect to pay for service like that? A ton of money right? I was expecting to pay at least 100 bucks. You know how most contractors will add an extra fee for same day service or whatever just to gouge you for more money.
Well, not this contractor. I was so shocked by the reasonable price. Way less than I was expecting.
They will get my recommendation as well as any future business.

Manuel and his guys did an awesome job on our front yard landscape lighting. We had tree spotlights and pathway lights installed. They spent extra time and effort to make sure everything was perfect. Manuel even came back out when I decided I wanted to add an extra light. They set the lights up on an app that makes it easy to control. I am so happy with the way it turned out. Now the house is so welcoming at night. Manuel also took a look at our irrigation system and made some quick adjustments that really made a big difference. He really knows what he's doing. I was impressed with their knowledge and workmanship.  Had a complete sprinkler system reinstalled and I am very pleased with the end results.  Also had them put rocks in the flower beds and it turned out beautiful.  I recommended them to a neighbor and she is going to use them after seeing the work they did on my backyard.

Manny came out, inspected all our sprinklers, we had an issue with a couple of sprinklers and after construction in the front yard we had more issues.  Gave us a great price in repairs, changed all the sprinkler heads to more efficient types. Moved one sprinkler so it doesn't hit our new wall. Also added another sprinkler so one doesn't have to work twice as hard. Overall, very satisfied with their service and work.

Manny came out to check a valve that was broken, noticed some leaking we hadn't noticed, gave me a price which seemed extremely reasonable.  He not only rebuilt the system he also is very knowledgeable and good enough to share his information in order to get the best out of what we have I would recommend Americas irrigation to anyone they are a top-notch company

We had a bad leak in our front yard and had to turn off all the outside water. I sent a message on Yelp late at night and received a response from Manuel early in the morning. He had a crew come by shortly after that. We had a pvc elbow that had come apart underground. By 8:00 am, everything was fixed! Manuel came by an hour later to make sure there were no leaks and to backfill the area. The team did a fast job and left everything hosed off and in great shape. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Manuel and his crew.

I'm old and say things like I remember when! These guys are like what I remember. Nice on the phone , gave me an accurate estimate , showed up on time , AND the guy that came out actually knew what he was doing! I even got a check up call the next day to make sure everything was working correctly

BRAVO!  Talk about speed and quality! I had sent out a request for a quote over the weekend and Manuel got back to me faster than any other company.  I was in dire need for someone to come and do a clean-up for me.  Even though my request was last-minute and I'm aware they aren't open Sundays, Manuel was STILL able to get someone out here today (Sunday).  AMAZING.  I told him what my budget was and he expressed how many hours of clean-up it would be.  I was expecting the possibility the job wouldn't be finished, but to my surprise the guy he sent out finished my whole 7,500 sq ft lot within 5 hours!  He came with all the necessary equipment to take down all the nasty tall grass and weeds that had been growing for years! This will be my go-to company for clean-ups and maintenance for sure!

Got a quick response from the this company. They were clear and upfront about the pricing and availability. Scheduled work and they showed up in the expected time, walked through the job and talked through needed repairs. He made helpful suggestions and was generally a very pleasant person. He was very knowledgeable  and ask if they did landscapering.  And told him I was very unhappy who we had currently.   They came out today to do service. Jose his coworker that was with him did a FANTASTIC job!. I told him what I wanted to be done and they did it.  Manuel is very respectful and great with communicating on what needed to be done with the sprinkler  system.  These company is cheaper than what the previous landscapers were charging  and do a much better job! Great job!

After days of quotes and deciding who to contract, I finally decided on Many's business - America's Irrigation & Landscaping - Many's honesty by far his exceptional knowledge convince me. I would recommend his business to anyone. It was easy and smooth. One last thing, no hidden fees. His quotes are final unless otherwise stated. The crew were professional and respectful.

I had all my dinosaur sprinkler valves replaced that always seemed to leak constantly. America's valve sent a guy (sorry for forgetting his name) who was experienced and very knowledgeable. They were very reasonable on there prices for labor and parts as well. I will  definitely be using them again in the near future for all of my irrigation needs.
