I called him because my tub would not stop dripping. I asked him ahead of time what it would cost, and he kept to what he had quoted.
Turned out it was original plumbing from 1979. He came out within a couple of hours.  
He was able to take it apart without it breaking, and found the parts at the supply house he needed.
Very nice person. Very good at what he does. Very happy with the results.

He has helped me with several projects from plumbing to electrical, the biggest a full electrical upgrade in a home from the panel to the outlets and all the lighting. Adrian helped us install a brand new water heater on relatively short notice and made the entire process hassle free. His rates were more than fair, and his work spoke for itself. He's easy to communicate with and get along with as well. All in all, Adrian is as good as it gets, and I highly recommend doing business with him. Honest and transparent dude who does great work. Doesn't get any better than that.

Adrian and his team were great. They retro 6 recess lights for me, the price was fair, I was amazed about their quality of work and the time they took to ensure the lights placement.
