Best Backflow Services in Riverside CA

I've had them out twice this year for stoppages on rental properties and am very impressed with their level of service and expertise. They're now my go-to service.

I called several plumbers for my broken water heater.  This one - Tri City, is the very best.  They gave me very decent quote by phone, and told me that they could come to my house the next morning (it was evening).  And when I asked them is onsite inspection needed to determine the final price, they said no, the quote was final price (flat rate), so it could save me time and get the water heater fixed ASAP (since water heater issue is always an emergency).
The next morning, they arrived on time, did clean and swift job, dissembled the old water heater (AO Smith), installed the brand new one (Bradford White), and then hauled away all the wastes.  The whole process only took them less than two hours.  So that noon, my whole family can have warm showers.
With urgent situation like that, Tri City is really responsive, helpful, and responsible.

You ever get excited about writing a Yelp review?  Me neither. However I have some good things to say about Juan and Juan. I put a request out for quote to fix a water leak. Juan as well as a few others responded.  Juan had his guy out same day. I had a water leak that the city notified me of and I knew it was somewhere in my irrigation  system.  It proved to by nearly impossible to find.  His three guys spent the majority of one day trying to track it down to no avail. Today Juan the Supervisor came along and tested the various valves to no avail in finding a leak.  Just after he told me that we would have to start digging the main line to isolate it, his guy told him the meter had stopped moving.  So believe it or not, perhaps turning the valves on an off, kicked something loose and the leak stopped..... For now!  He wasn't taking credit, just lucky he said.  Best of all is that he was very fair on his pricing and didn't assess a service call charge just to show up.  Juan is now my plumber and I hope I never need him again.  :)

Ryan did an excellent job in repairing several plumbing jobs at my house. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a plumber.

The owner came and gave me an estimate on 2 bath remodels, hes super friendly and prices that work for the level of quality he provided. I would feel as if I'm doing ppl a disservice by not sharing the great experience I had overall. It seems crazy 1/2 way thru a job I was worried, but the end results are amazing, that's why I'm not a plumber lol. I rarely review stuff but I want to do it so that anyone needing plumbing services knows that this is a company that you can trust , the two gentlemen that serviced my home did a great job they were thorough , and double checked their work before leaving . They had everything they needed in their truck and they even had a whole setup so that they didn't make a mess . Overall I am totally satisfied with the job they did and my drains are working like new

We found a gas leak under our house and called multiple plumbers. Rush was the first to respond, and very friendly. They ended up running all new gas lines to our 100+ year old home, and had the work done quickly. The techs were friendly and did fantastic work.

Very disappointed. Had them come out to inspect a leak, they did. I was told they'd be out next day at 10am to run test on the issue. I get a call late in the afternoon next day stating the individual who helped the day before was off and they wouldn't be able to help with the test anymore. How do you tell someone you're going to help next day if your off? Make it make sense. Definitely shouldn't trust their service. Guess I should have read all the unreliable reviews.

4 years ago All Star Plumbing installed a new HVAC system in our home for us. They were very  skilled and quick with a very fair price.  This week we noticed that the system wasn't cooling as well as it should.  They came out and performed a service on the system and added some Freon.  I can't say enough about their service.  You will not regret calling them.  Splendid service!

The two gentlemen who arrived were very professional and knowledgeable. They were happy to explain their findings and how our system worked. They made recommendations on what changes needed to be made and were happy discuss how to replace the items myself should I choose.  They were equally fine with the idea of me doing the work or they would themselves. There was no heavy pressure.

I had a possible leak in my sprinkler system and wanted to get a second opinion. Kevin came over and was very efficient in isolating any possible problems. Turns out that my system was fine no leaks but Kevin took his time and investigated all possibilities.  He checked all of my toilets checked the sprinkler valve and he checked the auto pool fill valve.  I was very impressed with his knowledge and the fact that he did as much as he did at no charge. It's just as they said on the website that they will give you a professional Consultation at no charge. he didn't have to pull out the leak detection system so that saved me some money. I would definitely recommend KP Plumbing to anyone that has a plumbing need and wants a honest Plumber

They showed up gloved and masked for safety which was appreciated. They worked efficiently, were fairly priced and was able to get my sink working properly in no time. Will definitely be calling them again when I need something addressed!

He was very professional and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the entire service. He even took time out of his busy schedule and explained the whole process and how to maintain my water heater in the future. Rene the plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also friendly and did a great job clearing our toilet. It was also a holiday and he was very prompt to finish as well as giving us a great deal.

The customer service started out good. They responded to my yelp inquiry quickly and made an appointment with me for a quote. The estimator came out and spent an hour getting measurements and asking questions. Then from there is where the service went down to a 2 star review. I waited about a week, hadn't heard anything back, sent a message on yelp asking for an update. Was told they would check on it and have them contact me. Waiting a while longer and still didn't hear back so messaged again. They apparently lost all the information and measurements from my appointment. They haven't tried very hard to contact me or come get new measurements. I guess they don't want or need the job that was going to be $3-5k worth of work. Guess I'll start over again and try with another company to see what happens.

Adrian and his team get it done! He is very detailed and cares about the outcome of his work, not to mention is super reliable and professional. He has helped me with several projects from plumbing to electrical, the biggest a full electrical upgrade in a home from the panel to the outlets and all the lighting. If you are looking for a solid guy to help accomplish your home projects give him a shot.!

This review is long overdue. We were told by the water company that our back flow valve needed to be replaced. We called Andy out and he explained to us that as long as the valve passed the back flow testing replacement was not necessary. He even called the water company on our behalf and helped us verify that we had been mis-informed. The total for the replacement was going to be over $6000. Andy could have just replaced the unit and made $6000 and we would have cut the check no questions asked. He spent quite a few hours helping us out and did not charge us a dime!! Andy went above and beyond. He is professional, extremely honest and just a good person. We highly recommend Andy to anyone that is in need of his services!!
